I was going to do the oil change myself but just can’t find the time. I was allowed to bring my own oil, filter and additive. It was not busy so I got in right away. I’ve been going there for years. I was only there for about 30 minutes. The only thing they forgot or don’t know to donTHIS time was reset the “change oil” notification message. The other times I’ve been there they took care of this. I guess it’s once again under new management. Anyway, I easily found out how to do it on YouTube. Yes I will be going back.

Long wait, but theyre the most used Jiffy in the state so thats normal/expected.Updated review:This time they didnt update the tire pressure at all, but did remember to wash the widows though I arrived with the side windows down. Notified me of additional needs in the car OUTSIDE their normal notification. (Spark plug heads were broken though functional)

It was great service. However on the receipt it said they vacuumed my car and they did not do so. I was kind of bummed out about it because I already planned to vacuum my car just haven’t had the time to. But other than that they were great!

I went to this location to get an oil change. This girl with a shaved head and glasses said it was going to be two hours minimum, and was really rude. Any concerns I had she acted like she didnt care; she was too busy with her phone. Also, she was fighting with the others there. The rest of the staff seemed okay, but it very unorganized. I cant really speak about the rest of the staff because I had no contact with them really. In addition, when I tried to call to make an appointment, they kept hanging up on me.This place is very unprofessional.Long story short, I just turned around and went to Grease Monkey.Do yourself a favor and do the same.

The Fellas was very professional, kind and let me know exactly what needed to be done. Joked around made me laugh! The price was decent for what I needed done. I’ll recommend the location in Fountain as I had issues with other Jiffy Lubes! Thank you Guys my car is running as it should ❤️

So, huge pandemic going on. Theres a bunch 9f employees, not wearing mask. None of them. Not one. Customers inside also not wearing mask. Getting in and out of customers vehicles not wearing mask. They come up to my window to ask why Im there, still not wearing a mask. Im sorry, but its my vehicle, and Im clearly wearing mine because its MANDATED by the governor right now. If it was just in the bay area where its just employees, outside of customers vehicles, just doing the oil changes and such, it would be understandable. Devin is the rudest customer service person I have ever met. I called about the oil change wait times and asked if I could drop off my truck. She proceeded to tell me they didnt do that, but 2 months ago I had dropped off my vehicle vehicle they had done it without issue. The manager is usually very accommodating to that and has done it in the past for us no questions ask. When I tried to explain that I couldnt wait due to some home issues I had to take care of she hung up on me. Didnt even give me a chance to ask if the policy changed. This is the worst service I have received at this establishment. Usually they are very nice and accommodating.

I got an oil change here and a free diagnostic. They repaired my car and it ended up being less than the estimate so I am very happy with them, and my car is running better now!

They changed my oil in record time, topped off fluids, and let me know they couldnt find anything else wrong with my vehicle. No random filters, up-sells, etc. I trust them and would be a repeat customer if I wasnt about to move out of state. Highly recommended!

An inspiration was done on my vehicle for a rideshare company. They were fast, friendly, and courteous.

After recent oil change vehicle overheated within 10 miles of driving. Coolant was spewing everywhere. Stop driving immediately called center and husband. We (not jiffy lube) ran codes and my husband had to put 3 gallons of coolant in. They had not addressed our vehicle concerns, money spent on coolant or the 4 hours that my husband lost from work. They have said someone would reach out to us. Only after husband sent in review did they call and we took vehicle up to them... again NOTHING resolved and we were told someone would get back to us... that was Friday and here we are Sunday no response. We have receipts, photos and videos.

It was good. Took way too long this time. I waited over an hour and there was only one vehicle ahead of me. I always come here and have never waited this long. I did notice new employees this time. Great place for an oil change. The staff his kind of a revolving door, but the service is always fast and friendly. Been going here for 8 years.

So this particular store is pretty good however I do have 2 complaints so not 5 star. Service was quick and was showed air filter for possible replacement and showed everything was done right which it was, the problem with that while the guy was showing me the filter he chose to sit right next to me with no mask. Yes I know mask thing is over but the pandemic isnt and that was too close for comfort. He did not need to be that close maintain at least a 3 ft distance. The other thing is that was the 3rd time I had come around because the other 2 times the lines were more than 6 cars so 2 at each bay and I didnt want to be there all day. That particular day they had 2 open bays so was fast.

Im known for writing long reviews when impressed so, for those who want the short summary, I had great service twice especially from Dave and Devin.I work in an understaffed hospital and dont have much of a support system in this city, so, when my check engine light comes on, panic ensues. It happened on 7-27-21 at 0100 ish when no ubers were available. Luckily, I made it home and was able to take it into the jiffy lube on N Academy the next day. They sent me to the Jiffy Lube in Fountain around 1600. My blood was boiling at this point as my car had been at the initial Jiffy Lube since around 0900 and it wasnt until I pitched a fit that they even looked at it to tell me their store couldnt fix it. So, I pull up to the Fountain Jiffy Lube ready for battle and overall just drained. The guy who helped me had great customer service and, unfortunately it would have to wait til the next morning when they could get the part. I explained I worked at 1530 and he promised to have it done by noon. He followed through and the price was more than reasonable.Fast forward to 8-13-21 when the check engine light came on again. Diagnostics said it was the same code. I called and explained my situation to Devin on the 13th and asked if I could make an appointment. She said I would just need to bring it in but shed get the part ordered. I dont have the greatest faith in most chain mechanics so, when I pulled up and joined a long line of cars, I was somewhat hesitant in my expectations. Devin was the one who got me checked in and, even though I came at noon, they fit me in. Dave was the one that ultimately fixed my car. The part was under warranty since it had been 2 weeks and, even though they were backed up and the car was running hot, he kept trying. They got it done in under three hours which was more than fine by me- I had the time. Dave walked me through what he did and explained the part must have been faulty which i believe was technically the parts stores issue but Jiffy Lube took accountability. They were super professional and kept me informed. Devin did a great job managing the shop, handling the billing, and keeping things moving.I think I finally found a shop I can trust which is an absolute first.

I was happily surprised at how thorough a job the techs at this JiffyLube did. I just needed a basic oil change and along with telling me what they found in the brief inspection, they cleaned the outside of all my windows and vacuumed the interior for me. Very nice employees. Speedy quality service, but could be because the same exact service elsewhere is $30 cheaper. Would be a 40 difference but used a 10 off coupon.

Aaron was so extremely helpful throughout the whole process. While I didn’t end up getting my issue fixed due to the electrical problem is was having, the employees at this location made sure I had the tools to move forward with another mechanic at another shop. All in all I was very happy with my service.

Great experience working with this team! I had an issue with the front brakes and I reached out as I believed it might be warranty. When I spoke with them, they confirmed without argument that this sounded like warranty (bad rotor out of the box they believed) and they wanted to schedule an assessment and repair. Between the original repair and now, I had moved from Denver to Colorado Springs, and their regional team here worked together to find another franchisee location to go to, so that I could avoid having to drive much farther with a potential hazardous brake issue.The repairs went smooth and as expected. I worked with Doug and Devin at the Fountain, CO Location, and the day of the repair they expected me, took care of everything in short order, and the car is riding smooth again.Thank you Jiffy Lube team for a great experience! For me, it is huge when a company steps up to the plate and fixes an issue like that without any hassle. So while this started with an unfortunate need to have a return for the same repair, they handled it and communicated it well!

I have used this particular Jiffy Lube for years. They have always given me great service. The only problem I had today was I went today for an oil change and I had a coupon for a synthetic mix oil change and received a standard oil change but that was because they were going by the records on my old 2011 Kia Sorento in the system and I now have a 2018 Kia Sorento. The guy apologized and it’s been updated now so I am sure it will be fine in the future. Everyone is always great, friendly and positive.

I went to get an oil change at the 85-87 location. I had 3-4 vehicles show up after me and they all were all done within the 1 hour and 15 minutes i waited for my oil change. It was outrageous. Never will go there again.

This place tries to up sale you, get a second opinion. They claim for 20.00 they can look at my brakes. I didn’t have a problem before nor after, yet I was told more than once. After my oil change they didn’t turn off the oil change light, they claimed they didn’t know how🙁 nor did they bothered to put the sticker on, just handed to me. The employee kept asking me what oil to put in, I kept telling her I didn’t know. Another employee brought me the air filter to show me it needs to be replaced oh they can do that. After I paid for my oil change, when they bought me the car they didn’t show me the engine. The quality has gone down here. Don’t go here especially if you are a woman, they will cheat you.

The Jiffy Lube tech did the usual pre check in and whe he checked the computer he found out that my car was not due for an oil change, but instead of just going through with the service, he informed me my car was not ready for the service. He then checked my oil, just ensure it was not low, which it was not. He then topped off my washer fluid and then told me to have a good day, no charge for anything. I thought what a great way to run such a business and left in a good mood.

Since my car has an oil leak, the technician told me to bring my car in for a check as often as I need it between oil changes. They checked my car, filled it up and did not charge me even though it takes their time and oil.

The manager was 100% on top of everything. I got synthetic oil and a new air filter. I was happy with the value I received for my money because the customer service and minor details like the visual of the oil level on the dipstick that most mechanics wouldnt take the time to show. Due to public health orders I drove my own truck through this time.

They made my visit quick and painless. I went in for an oil change and I felt a knocking in my tire when I drove. They did a full inspection and found a huge bubble on the bottom tread of my tire that was very close to a blowout. I had it checked somewhere else and they said they didnt find anything on the tires so I was super grateful that they found that I was able to get it fixed before getting on the road for a 2-hour trip with my kids in the car. Even in the freezing cold they were fast an extremely friendly. Five stars all the way

This is the only place I go Fast efficient and great service Everytime. I no longer get maintenance on my cars anywhere else because these guys are the best.

Very disappointed. There are usually two guys there that know exactly what’s going on and always deliver outstanding customer service. This time everyone was just standing around. There was trash by the coffee maker. The window water was dirty and who knows when changed the last time. Even though there was a new person there, very unprofessional way to talk to customers.

This jiffy lube is great! The techs are very nice. They had to replace my oil pan on my 2004 jeep liberty, which is not easy. But they kept a positive attitude and did a great job.

Quick and friendly. They did not try to push additional services. Ill be going back.

Came during my lunch thinking is was going to take about an hour but was in and out within 15 min. The guys were super friendly and checked my tire pressure, lights, and even showed me my air filter needed to be changed. I went during a busy time on Sunday so it took a little while but once I was in the garage they were quick and efficient, especially for the amount of cars they had lined up. I was greeted and my information was taken before I was in, making the process more efficient.

Slow service, they move cars from bay to bay. Wash half your windows. Stand around talking, the pink haired cashier just sits and text. There are only two hard working older guys that work there that do there jobs well. But that leaves two people to work on all the cars that come in. They also take cars out of order, if your 2nd in line,,, they may take the next 4 cars after you and finish them up first. And oh God dont let someone come in with a check engine light on, they will all stop work just to look at that one car, yeah all 5 of the workers, even the guy under the open floor. Then its going to take all of them to get on there phones to search whats wrong. After 2hrs of watching the workers of this store walk from room to room, sending text after text, my car was done with just a easy oil change, air filter and wiper blades[and the young guy working there doesnt even know how to put the wipers on,, he has to call the older over and stop him from working just to teach him] and I was the 2nd car in the bay, and the 5th to leave. And still had to go home and finish half as job done on the windows.

Ive said it once and Ill say it again.....These are my boys!!!! All of the employees are so polite and professional. They ALWAYS do a great job and their quick about it. They have always been honest and upfront with us about our falling apart at the seams Blazer and whats best for her and our wallet. This place is amazing!!! These guys are the best hands down! They go above and beyond for their customers! I purchased a Groupon for oil change and upon arrival they let me know that it was much to soon to get one and offered to top up all my fluids for free! I was concerned that I had an oil leak so they checked that for me as well and turned out it wasn’t an oil leak but a power steering fluid leak due to a broken hose clamp! They even replaced that for me free of charge and will check back in couple weeks to see if it worked!!! Was fairly upset that during a pandemic, not one of the employees wore a mask. Three different people came within 6 feet of me for different reasons. In todays world, this is not acceptable. The service was fine, coupon made it affordable. Timeliness was also good.

It was ok as I was overdue for the oil change. But I was not pleased.You used to vacuum and do the windows but it was not done. Price was $77.00 for a simple change which I though was too high. I was asked if I had a coupon but I could not print one out at the time. In the past the person would find oneand apply it if I did not have a coupon.Your service has gone downhill. I doubt I willbe coming back.

Great business! Every employee there is not only professional, but friendly as well. Doug took the time to go over with me the prices and also explain me to the work that was done as well as work that will need to be scheduled in the near future. I came to have my oil change, and my brakes changed; they told me it would only take an hour. 3 hours later, IM STILL HERE! I have a Volvo, and NO said they would need to order my breaks and wait for them to come in hours later. Poor Communication on their part because every time I asked if my car was going to be ready, they told me it would be about 30 more minutes every time.

Very professional. Changed my oil in a timely fashion. I needed tires rotated as well, upon inspection of tires they noticed a nail in my tire. They marked it and gave me great recommendations of places to get it repaired. Very appreciative.

Came in two Saturdays ago for an oil change. Just 10 days later, my drain plug is gone and my car has died due to no oil. The plug was either stripped or tightened insufficiently.EDIT: Within just 2 hours of this original post, I was contacted by this stores regional manager. He took everything from there and got an engine replacement under way right away.Unfortunately, things did not continue as smoothly. Between waiting for shipment of new motor and waiting for installation, at least 3 weeks passed between time of incident and getting the car back. I also felt mislead, as talks began with getting a motor with half the mileage of the old one, then it was just a bit less, before ultimately being stuck with a motor that actually had ~2k more miles than the old motor.Things got delayed even more when they had the wrong parts.When we did get the car back, the staff present emphasized heavily that the AC had been recharged and ready to go. I noted a bracket that had not been fastened properly under the hood before departing, and this was taken care of quickly.But after departing, we didnt get as far as the Taco Bell next door before realizing that we had been lied to, that the AC had not been recharged as we were told. We turned around and waited at least another hour in the lobby for this repair.About a month later, the entire driver side wheel well mud guard completely fell from the car while driving. This guard is attached to the vehicle by at least 12 fasteners. This could only have fallen off if removed for a major repair and not replaced properly.Around the same time, I also found the serpentine belt cover to be dangling loosely, which explained the new rattling noises the vehicle had. I also found the oil level to be severely low, suggesting that it was not properly filled at the time of repair.Long story short, Jiffy Lube will fix their mistakes and leave you with more. Ill be handling my own oil changes from here.

My son and daughter had a good experience with their cars. The price was decent and the service was in a fairly decent amount of time although when my husband and I wanted to bring our trucks in it was pricier than some of the other places. My husband had said much higher so we decided to change our oil ourselves which we are saving over $70 instead of taking it to Jiffy Lube. It is also cheaper for us at Big O Tires right next door. The only thing with Big O Tires is they can be busy at times where you may need to wait a little longer or make an appointment the following day which isn’t that big of a deal.

Took my dad to get his oil changed. This is the only place who was able to get him in today (hes not from here). The staff was very nice and courteous. They were very efficient. We waited maybe 10 minutes to get into a bay.Thanks guys!
