Where do I start, every vehicle I have goes to these guys for any work, the most honest people you’ll ever work with, always go above and beyond to save you money and get you taken care of. Alex and Aaron are the best guys ever, they have a million things going on at once and will remember your name, your car, and everything that is going on with it. These guys are so busy all the time because of the trust they have, people always go back to them, would recommend them to everyone, you can blindly take your car there and you can trust and believe that they will take care of you. Keep it up guys, you’re amazing! 100/10 would recommend!

Alex was so friendly and helpful. He took time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. He even went ahead and ordered a part for the issue when I was still figuring out if my warranty covered it or if Id be able to get it done. I ended up going with Meineke and the issue seems to have been taken care of, but I have a year warranty with them if the issue arises again.

I had my car at H&H Tire, who originally quoted $85 for an alignment, but Travis there said it might take ...up to 4 hours, but he wasnt going to charge the normal hourly rate, since its just an alignment; that it might just be $100 more. After having my car for 4 hours, Travis calls and says itll be $360, quoting the need to replace a small part (tie rod end sleeves) 3.6-fold more expensive than I found (AC Delco) online at Rock Auto. There are obviously times when unknown issues are found when working on cars, but theres also the all too common, unethical tactic of *claiming* that and overcharging for the extra work, knowing most customers will just do it, thinking they have no choice, partly because the car is already there and allegedly the work is half done. Negative.After thinking about how H&Hs new quote, to just replace an easily accessible connector had the amount increase 4.2 times their base alignment charge, I called Meineke, told them it might needs those sleeves and asked for a worst case scenario quote. He told me worse case...total cost out the door...$220. So I called H&H back and told them not to do the work, Im coming to pick up my car as is, which I did.Aaron at Meineke was very pleasant to deal with. He called with an update

Meineke (Camden Blvd, 80817) has a professional staff, very friendly and respectful group of people. They have always helped me even when I’m freaking out because of engine light, power steering light, brake issues, tune ups and battery. I’m very thankful for these guys! I recommend this facility to all of my family and friends!

This location told me I needed to get a new ac unit . 2800 . Long story short . It only cost 170 to get it fixed at a different shop . Some places just want to take advantage of people .

An appointment I made a week in advance was set for 9:30AM, I arrived at 9:25AM. The appointment was an oil change and inspection. I dropped off my keys, to which they said it will take an hour. I showed back up at 11:00AM to find out my car had yet to be even taken in. I asked what the status was on it and the staff mentioned that they dropped/lost my ticket. So this meant they took several vehicles ahead of mine that had later appointments or were walk ins. After explaining they made a mistake and would get me in as soon as possible, it still took another hour before my vehicle was even touched. The only thing they offered to “alleviate” this inconvenience was to give me $10 off the bill. So I waited ANOTHER hour. I checked in at the desk again to figure out the status. The staff said two bays just opened up and my car Is about to go in. 30 minutes later two other cars were pulled in instead of mine. The staff at the desk went to check why mine was not pulled in, his response was that they pulled in the wrong vehicle instead of mine. I lost an entire morning of work instead of just one hour beachside this was a 3 HOUR ordeal. I ended leaving without any service because I could not wait any longer. By far the worst service I have ever experienced. This was my first and will absolutely be my last appointment with Meineke.

Management was very informative and educating and polite. Mechanics were clean cut and respectful somebody is doing a good job with this business. I will be coming back cause I own 8 Mopars and somethings I just can’t do myself.

I have been going here for the last few years. They have always been amazing to me! They always take the time to explain to me things that I dont understand. They dont try to rush me either. They always find out whats wrong with my car, even after other mechanics have worked on the issues. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of talking to Alex. He was very kind and patient with me and didnt get upset when I asked him to explain the stuff he was telling me. He also had visuals for me when the work was done which is even better because I can see it for myself to get a better understanding.

This is by far the most professional car repair place ive ever been too. The manager especially knows the business well and cares about the customer. I cant recommend this place enough. They saved me money, offered me a ride home as opposed to waiting and had an opportunity to charge me for new brakes and didnt because my brakes were fine. I will be doing business there for a long time. Thanks again.

Great service, made an appointment for an oil change and they pulled the car in right at 4, and had her done in about 25-30 minutes! He even checked and adjusted the tire pressure and explained the recommended pressure for my car! Above and beyond service, well be regulars here!

I have been very happy with the service I have received on both occasions that I have used the Fountain Meineke. They were very honest in telling me that my car did not need a front end alignment after checking it. They could have just done it and taken my money. It’s very refreshing to see honesty in a business that’s fraught with quite the opposite. I can absolutely recommend this location.

I came without an appointment for an oil and engine filter change. They service my car quickly and didnt have to wait long. Employees are friendly and the waiting room is clean.

Aaron was very polite and answered all my questions about a flat tire I had when I brought my car in for an oil change. The oil change was fast and although my tire was beyond repair Aaron recommended me to a tire shop that could help! These guys are awesome!

They arent going to try and nickel and dime you for services you dont need, they are going to tell you up front if they dont think the repair youre looking for is going to fix the problem youre having and will do what they can to pin point the real issue. They were nice they tried to find the problem with my FWD stick but ultimately couldnt and taught me stuff about FWD I didnt know. Although I feel they definitely overcharged me for a fixed headlight my headlights are only $6 and they charged $15 plus $50 in labor which was crazy, they fixed it in about 30 minutes. Not cheap but they are helpful

My headlights went out so I took my car in. They were able to get me in right when I called so that was great. I sat there probably close to two hours. My headlights had went out and couldn’t figure out why. So they ran a diagnostic on it and had to try different switches to figure out what exactly it was which meant they had to keep getting it from another shop. I was a little surprised at the cost. The switch was $90 and I was told the diagnostic would be waived if I got it fixed there. But magically the labor they charged me equaled the same cost of the diagnostic which I’ve had things done there before and never paid labor they just charged me for the part. So I was a little disappointed in that but they’ve always been able to get me in right away and able to fix it that day. They’ve always been nice. I’m satisfied and would return despite this.

Great service! They worked hard and stayed open a little late to get my car back to me the same day. They also applied my military discount without me having to ask.

*BEWARE* I had work done at the Meineke on Ainsworth Street. After I had the work done to replace a catalytic converter and two sensors I had to go back three times because there was an exhaust leak. Then a couple weeks later my brakes started squeaking. So I went back to have them do my brakes and they said they were new and nothing was wrong with them.They said I had a rock in them or going through the car wash and the tire shine makes them squeak. So I waited for a week and they got worse. I was down in Fountain so I stopped by the Meineke there to have them look at them and they told me I needed front brakes and gave me a price of $400 which I knew they were not my front I was having problems with. I went to Pep Boys and Firestone to have them look at my brakes and the other two places said I needed rear brakes. $900 later the squeak was gone. If the Meinekes would have known what they were doing I would not have had to buy two rotors it would have just been brakes only. I talked to the owner of the Meineke in Fountain and he pretty much said oh well deal with it. By the look of the brakes I dont think that you could not tell that they were worn out. I looked at some of the reviews and they do not respond back to people that give bad reviews but people that give good reviews they respond to. I would highly recommend not going to the shade-tree mechanics they shouldnt even be in business. I talked to the field manager and corporate they acted like they didnt even care. So Im sure if you have work done there and you have a problem they will not stand behind the service. I like how they respond acting like they want to solve the problem and make them self look good. I called the number and it was the same BS that I went through before I posted a review.

Thousands of dollars worth of damage and replaced spark plugs with over 70,000 miles left on them. Manager would not call back. Ive been calling them for over a month! Im having to take them to court. Do not go! Fraudulent activities!

I called and spoke with Aaron to schedule an appointment. Aaron was very courteous from my initial phone call, to me arriving for my appointment. I was in and out in good time. Overall good experience.

We took our 2012 Buick Enclave in for an inspection to determine what was causing a noise in the rear. Meineke did a complete inspection and said it was the rotors and some other issues and the cost to repair it was $1400. This is the vehicle I use to transport my daughter who has leukemia back and forth to her appointments at UC Cancer Center in Denver. I asked them if they were sure this would fix the problem and they said yes. I reiterated that we didn’t have much money. They did the repairs and two weeks later the noise came back. I took it back in and they said they forgot to tighter something. A few weeks later the noise came back. We took it back again and again they said it was fixed. A month later it started again. It became obvious they were only doing a temporary fix on the problem. We took it back again and this time they said it was the all drive system that they could not repair and referred us to another shop. I took the the other shop and they confirmed it was the all the drive and it would be around $1400 to repair. The noise it was making was the exact same so I knew it was not a new problem. The technician at the shop we were referred to said it was an old problem and the inspection Meineke did should have identified it the first time. He also said they had received numerous complaints regarding the Fountain location from customers who had went there. Meineke knew what the problem was the first time and knew they couldn’t fix it but made up an issue to cheat me out of $1400 that my family disparately needed. I called Meineke customer service numerous times with no call back. I finally spoke with a rep. Who said the owner at the fountain location stated they fixed it and the current problem was a new issue which was a lie. The rep. Also said someone tried calling me back but my voicemail was full which is another lie. My daughter has a cancer page with over 3,000 friends. I’m going to make sure it everyone is aware of what this place did.***UPDATE***I called the number given below and it was a sales service number that couldn’t help. They connected me with customer service, the same people I’ve called over 30 times with no response. I spoke with a rep who said corporate left a note in the system that there was nothing they could do and to contact the store owner who already has said it’s not their fault and they couldn’t fix it. HORRIBLE us timer service again. I’m going to make sure every is aware of the issues I’ve had with this establishment.

Brought my truck here to get a fuel neck replaced and was very quick and easy. Had to bring it back due to the part being faulty (which wasnt Meinekes fault.) They did everything they could to get it fixed and were great with communication. Aaron was especially awesome. Will come here from now on to get repairs done.

I had the rotors and pads installed. It was a little pricier than I had wanted being that the dealerships charge 199.99 to install pads and rotors that I had. But service was good and staff was cool .

This organization is phenomenal. Yes it is a tad pricey but you get what you pay for. If you want the best quality work then you will go here. They replaced my breaks with a life time warranty. Thank y’all for the great work!

Went in for a basic oil change, they really do check everything, they set all tires to manufacturer spec, changed the oil and even replaced that pesky front turn signal that would have taken me a half hour! Aaron was knowledgeable and helpful. Whole process took less time than it would have taken me to change the light. This is the best meineke around, hands down.

I needed my oil changed. I dropped my truck not thinking that Meineke could fix my signals. I was pleased to find out everything was taken care of in no time and for a reasonable price. Meineke can repair more things than what I knew about!

I dont know how theyre getting 4 or 5 star reviews people are lying. Ive taken 2 different cars to them and both of them ended up leaking in my driveway, had breaks done and one of the pins fell out during a roadtrip, and currently my wifes car boils over coolant bcuz they fixed a leak and replaced the thermostat and when I said something they tried to tell me it was transmission fluid(some of us are handy I just had points to burn). I went to this shop to get my oil changed, I was originally quoted a price that was higher than what I actually payed. When I came to pick up my vehicle they explained that my car needed a synthetic blend and adjusted the price to reflect that. I also asked that they looked at my brakes, these guys took the time to show me where my brakes pads were in their thickness, educated me on that, and estimated when I would need brakes. They were a great group of honest people. I will absolutely be going back.

Apparently scheduling online is a little iffy but its ok, I was still taken care of and put into the system. I did not mind the wait, the person at the front desk was very nice, excellent customer service. My car was taken care of for cheaper than Im used to so Im more than satisfied.

I regularly take my car here for routine work in which has always been completed satisfactorily and in quick time. On two different occasions I have taken my car into this location but due to the issue being beyond what they could fix, they have referred me to where I could go and charged me nothing for the service of taking a look and minor things such as topping off my oil. The staff is always extremely pleasant and easy to work with and communicate with.

It was okay I just highly recommend the guy at the front desk to wear a mask especially if he is coughing.

When I made my appointment I was told service was drop off only. I told the person who scheduled the appointment I was ok with that. My plan was to sit under a tree and read a book until the car was ready.Go figure it was raining to the point of flooding on my way to Meineke. It let up as I arrived. I was told it would be an hour maybe a hour and a half. I Iet the young lady know I would be outside.She told me if it started raining hard again she wouldnt leave me outside. My car was ready within 30 minutes. I really appreciate the folks who work at Fountain Meineke. They won me over the year they offered free oil changes for vets. They are my go to Car Care Center.

We needed an oil change, tire rotation, and for someone to take a look at our windshield wipers and fluid since both were not working properly. My wife went in to take it, and they took care of everything in a timely manner. We are new to the area, and I was impressed with what a good job they did. My wife and I were very pleased with the work and their professionalism. Will be going back for any other car care needs!

Im not sure why the reviews are so bad. These guys were great. I came in with an issue with the Cam Sensor. They gave me a straight forward price that was right around what I expected. I decided to get the oil changed as well. During their work, they recommended the air filter be replaced as well as another item. They were able to get me in immediately and the earliest other local mechanics could see me was 4-5 days later. Total wait time for all repairs was about an hour and their prices were better then fair. Thanks for the great service guys!!!

This is a terrible shop. I was originally quoted less then $600 to do the repair on my car. When I picked it it was $800 plus they tech didnt not put the dash back together. Very unprofessional. I need to find a better garage. When I had the brakes done before the hub cap was not put on correctly. There was a tab that can only go on one way. I will not do business here again.

They did almost $500 on my moms car. They didnt notice her fan wasnt even working. She made it about an hour down the road to Denver and it overheated and broke down on I-25. Ive used them in the past and didnt have a problem so Ill give it 3 stars. But they have become pricey.
