I spoke with Jack and Henry and they both treated me (a new customer with basic maintenance) with the highest quality service and professional manner. They gave me detailed answers to all my questions. Diagnosed several of my concerns with a faulty washer blade motor, brake pad intervals, and just random Audi questions. Theyre super flexible and will work with whatever situation you give them. If I wasnt leaving the state I would absolutely go to them with any auto issues/questions.

He suggested a new air filter and didnt charge any extra labor for that.

Jack is a breath of fresh air when it comes to keeping Penelope in good running condition. Not everyone knows how to properly care for a 71 Super Beetle, however, Jacks German does an excellent job.

Best service Ive gotten from any shop, went above and beyond my expectations and made sure my car was in impeccable shape even when they didnt have the parts in the shop went to another shop for free to grab spare parts for my car, its nice to feel like they are actually trying to help you understand what they are doing to fix the car rather than keep you in the dark then hit you with the bill of things you didnt really need, the quality of the work was second to none . I highly recommend this shop . I wont go anywhere else unless completely necessary.

Have known about them for almost 20 years now and had my car transported almost 100 miles ignoring other shops much closer.; needed my IMS and other critical repairs done on my Porsche 996 because I realize their dedication and knowledge to doing the absolute best work.

Wealth of knowledge inside those shop walls, old school and new. Lets be honest, no one likes a big bill, but we all love when the car runs well, and no one got a run around to get it there. Henry fixed my husbands car (a check engine light issue) fast and much cheaper than the dealer who qouted a very high price, and the dealer recommended stuff we didnt actually need. Jacks fixed the car same day, wish we would have found this shop sooner.

This week has been awful for me, but my experience with Jacks German Auto Service made it better. My VW Beetle was towed here after braking down on the freeway and I was worried it would be expensive, but Jacks German Auto Service made my day when they fixed my cars throttle cable, car alarm, and emergency brake within half an hour without charging me! I cant thank them enough! They also had fancy coffee and candy bars in the lobby. I absolutely recommend their services!

Ok theyre not your fancy Porsche dealer...but honesty and integrity is something that Jacks German Auto has. I take my Cayenne to them for all my services that I cannot do myself. I highly recommend Jack and his qualified staff.

Im sure that Jack has done great work in the past and i like Jack himself as he was trying his best to pick up the pieces that his tech left behind. I went in with a check engine light on and they quoted me $400 for an EGR replacement. I took it home and replaced the EGR myself. Upon inspection of the EGR i found that the vacuum lines were all cracked and falling apart. So i took it back to him and pointed this out and asked him to replace them. He did. Low and behold my fault code was gone and it only cost me $100 for a couple pieces of vacuum line. He charged me $100 to diagnose the code. He called a bunch of times after that and was trying to ask if everything was good but i didnt feel it necessary to keep communication up with this garage that had tried to pull one over on me without even checking the lines. Im sure Jack is a stand up Tech and knows his stuff but I wouldnt trust the younger tech that he has working for him.
