Ive been taking cars to Vu for a very long time. 20 years plus and Ive been very happy with his work and prices. Sometimes depending on the job my car would be ready that same day. And sometimes even I was able to drop off my car night before and pick up drive the next day. Thank you Mr. Vu.

I’m surprised to see these reviews. Myself and my entire family have been going to Vu for years. He does good work at a very good price. He’s done my oil changes, brakes, smog checks, check engine diagnostics, a fuel pump replacement, and more on several different vehicles for me over the years and I’ve never had a problem with his work or with his communication. He is short and direct but I like that. Regardless of whatever communication issues these people may have had, I challenge anyone to find another mechanic in the area that will do good work at the prices he offers. He is VERY fair.

I bought a Volvo from Earnest at VU Auto. The car is awesome. It is in excellent shape and super low milage! Also, it was priced right! No need for negotiations. I have driven all over the country in it and had no issues. I would buy again and again from VU Auto (Earnest).

This is the most horrible place that you can avoid, there are lots of good auto repairs near by. The guy is really mean, rude, not responsible and talk to customer like trash . Not surprising how he got that much negative reviews.I came in the first time and then recognized there was a small plastic part broke down under the car. I came back and asked him to have a look, he did not want the responsibility, he rudely asked me to move to parking lots to wait, I waited right opposite his garage for a long time( really sure there was no way he cant see me ), then I saw him closing the garage, came to talk, he just turned extremely mean, and told me he did not see me, now go away he needed to close ( OMG,,, I was obviously right in your face the entire time ), this is not just a responsibility problem, it is also a manner problem.

When I asked Vu if he could do an engine flush of my oil before changing the oil he said that this was too complicated for him and that I should do it myself. His manner was quite rude. Ill take my business elsewhere.
