Came here for a non-mechanical fix. After receiving car, I did quick inspection at home to discovered that 2 missing screws were not where they should be and one part was protruding from door panel. Luckily, I found spare screws to fill in the missing piece. I wish there was better quality control checking before releasing the car to me. I’m glad that I am finicky about other people’s work & I do my own qc-checking. I am hesitant to bring my car here for mechanic service.

The people at Perfect Auto are honest and very good at what they do. The owner, Barry, runs a very good repair shop. We have been going there for years and trust their work. I would, and have, highly recommended then to several people. We drive all the way from Chino because of their honesty and good work. They wont disappoint.

Good costumer service but they dont fix good your cars i had a honda crv 2000 and they couldnt find the part then they fix my radiador and they left me with no anti freeze the check engine ligth they never fixed not good place

Poor service and qualityFont office clerck with an attitude, no written estimate was given, mechanics with NO gloves and oily hands and uniform, He hit my car door to the post, simple oil change, changing oil, oil all over the engine, scratch the engine cover to open and replace oil filter. Overall very poor service. The clerck made sure No repeat business going back there with his redundent questions and rude and bad service. Costing me 2 times more to replace the scratched Engine cover and polish the driver door.

The employees will sometimes treat the business as their own garage at home. They do not act professional. So, I rarely use them. You cant trust them with your car if they dont know how to treat the customer bringing them business.

Went in to get my 60,000 mileage done on my car and brake fluid and transmission fluid was leaking out of my car and stained my moms new pavers.

I recieved a coupon in the mail for discounted service, so i called Perfect Auto to make an appointment and they said just come on in. I then mentioned the coupon and they asked what kind of vehicle required the service. I told them it was a Ford Ranger and they said it would be fine. When I got there with the coupon they told me the cost would be higher. The price went from 169 to 300. When i told them that they were false advertiseing i was offered less service for 200 dollars. These guys are liars in my opinion. They advertise one thing and sell you another. I would highly recomend going somwhere more reputable.
