The worst experience. Chose Sears windows over Home Depot and Champion and deeply regreted. I feel very disappointed because I did not get what I paid for. Sears does not have their own installers and they sent independent contractors that did not were professional. I Would never recommend Sears. I try to call customer service but there is always a robot in the other line And never got to talk to a real human being. I am about to start a claim.
