I read the reviews and requested that Brad Fuller replace the windshield on my truck. He did a PERFECT job. There was absolutely no damage done to my truck and I am completely confident that he performed a clean, safe installation. Most impressive was Brads willingness to sit down with me and discuss my concerns. This is a top-notch company with top-notch employees.

Needed to repair crack in car windshield and a competitor had no slots for 2 wks. They answered the phone and got me in same day in between appointments. Brad took care of me and was excellent service. Able to have my insurance pay for it a well. Highly recommend!

Hello, I would rate this company a zero if I could. They took a deposit from myself who has owned my home for 17 years. They were hired to do a shower window enclosure install in APR 2020. The reps of the company came early May and the glass measurements were invalid. Then later in May after I had to call several times the installers came and broke the tile of my newly renovated shower. I spoke to the lady who originally took my 1,000 deposit in early June and she informed me that because I refuse to pay someone that referred them an unwarranted and uncontracted amount of 5,000 that the company has decided not to refund my monies or fix the tile. The lady who wants 5,000 was not hired by myself but by a friend who I hired as my contract manager because she was unemployed. I spoke to the owner of the company who has not responded to my calls or texts since June 7,2020. Do not use the company if you want professional work. They to date have not refunded any funds. I will be contracting the news. It is amazing that people and companies take advantage of a young widow with three kids who only is trying to create a new environment after the death of a spouse.

I called because I just got a new car, Ive had it for two weeks and I noticed a chip in the windshield, I was concerned about it spreading on my new car so I called immediately, they were out to my office the next day! the tech who came outs name was Brad and he was unbelievable nice! It turns out that my windshield was actually already repaired in the past and the chip I was seeing was a dremel hole used in that repair, he put a little resin in it to smooth it out and disguise the look of it a bit and he explained all this to me and did that for no charge which was very generous considering he drove all the way to Grapevine. If I ever do get a real crack in my windshield I will definitely be calling again!

They fixed the window chip in the front window of my car. I was in and out and it was a good price but it still looks like the chip is still there. Glad they were able to fix it.

My family and I were on a road trip where I had a bad encounter with a rock which left a 15 inch+ crack on my brand new Nissan Rogue windshield. I called this place up to schedule 3 cars with chipped glass for repair. Paige was INCREDIBLY sweet and helpful on the phone and walked me through the insurance process. I was very thankful for her help as I was not aware that our insurance company would cover a repair 100%. Little Joe came out to do our repairs. Very friendly quote over the phone to replace my F150 driver side mirror. It was very easy to schedule over the phone and my appointment was prompt at their shop. Overall took about 20 minutes to replace mirror, and another 10 min to pay, get paperwork and pull the truck back around.Nice new clean building and professional staff. Overall good experience, I will definitely use again if the need arises.

Paige was very friendly. After my car was broken into in the middle of the night, I requested several online quotes from companies at 3 AM. Paige was quick to call as soon as they opened, gave me a fair quote, and said they could have it replaced same day. The work was great and is now as good as new.

I needed a new windshield for my 2016 Ford Mustang. Advanced Auto Glass was recommended by both my insurance company (State Farm) as well as the biggest local Ford dealer. They use OEM factory glass with any and all original factory logos/emblems (in my case the FORD logo).I spoke with Haley on the phone who was extremely kind and helpful in gathering information and setting up an appointment, and collaborating with my insurance to get payment taken care of.The very next day they called and said they had another customer reschedule and could install my windshield a day early. Heck yeah!The techs name was Bradd, and he was exceedingly polite and professional. Im very paranoid when it comes to scratches on my car, and Bradd didnt give me anything to worry about. He was quick with his work but more importantly he was extremely careful to not scratch any of the paint. He was kind enough to thoroughly answer all my questions throughout the process.Bradd was careful with his application of the epoxy/sealant, and the new windshield was seated perfectly. Its been five days and no sign of air leaks or other problems. 10/10, I recommend this company to everybody who needs new windows!

I needed my motorhome windshields removed and replaced because they had popped out. When I called this place The lady asked me all the particulars about my motorhome in detail. So, they had the exact year, model and length of my diesel pusher. She said to bring it in at 8 AM no later on the next Monday. She said if I got there later her technicians would be gone on mobile installs.So, I had to drive through heavy rush hour traffic all the way across Fort Worth with a 38 foot motorhome. When I got there I waited about 15 minutes in a man came out and told me, we dont do motorhomes.

Advanced glass STILL has no paid us for our scope of work in the building of their new facility. I cant imagine how they treat their customers.
