I contracted the services of Trinity Custom/Texas Builders after the hail storms of March 2016 and Im so glad I did. We got a new upgraded roof, new gutters, a new air conditioner(in & out), and some basic paint/carpentry and it was all covered by the insurance company. My contractor worked with the insurance from beginning to end and made sure we were given every dollar we deserved. I couldnt be happier with the work they did, and I was even more impressed with the quality of people that work for Trinity Custom. Do yourself a favor and call Trinity Custom when you need anything done to your house.

UPDATE: Update: since posting on here and on Facebook Ryan Bumpas reached out to me and got everything taken care of so I added the 2 extras stars.ORGINAL POST:They guys were at my next door neighbors who knew one of the guys that works for this company. So I thought that I would get great costumer service which was far from the case. Their communication was not what I expected during the process and their crew did a lousy clean up job after the job was done. I am still picking up nails over a week later. I did call to complain and they said someone would be out to fix it. They haven’t come back out and it been almost two weeks ago.
