AMAZING SERVICE!My company had a pretty big commercial junk removal job that ended up taking us two full days. When I called Take-A-Dump trailer rental Mark had some of the best customer service I couldve asked for. Mark answered all of my questions quickly and had two trailers ready for me to go.It was last minute on my part but through their extremely easy steps I had a gate code and trailer number within minutes. I picked up my trailers at midnight, which was a very easy process, and they were ready to roll for my job. This company will get you out of a bind with no problem and I will definitely be contacting them again in the future.Mark, thanks again brother!I cannot thank you enough for the quick and easy process.

It was after 9pm and I needed a trailer for work at 6am. My wife found this amazing company. Not only was I able create an account, rent a trailer, pick it up at any time I chose, but there were people there to promptly answer questions and help with the entire process by text and call. This literally blew me away. The trailer didnt end up working for me because I was trying to use it to transport a 10k lb track loader, but thats beside the point. They are high quality, they all appeared to be in nearly new condition, the lot was easily accessed, clean, well organized and the process is seamless. I cant speak highly enough about the experience as a whole, and if I ever have a dump trailer need in the future I wouldnt even consider going elsewhere. It seems these days I always end up dealing with some annoying automated service that leaves questions unanswered and uncertainty to whether or not it will work... especially late at night. This company takes customer service to an unbelievable level. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!

They are always available by text or phone if I have any questions about the trailer or where to dump the trash. The trailers are replaced often and I have never had an issue with any trailer. Excellent product, excellent service & excellent price.

I am so glad we found take a dump. Amazing concept, where you can get trailer for the best prices around virtually 24 hours a day. Everyone I have dealt with from there is beyond nice. They go above and beyond for their customers. Even when we brought a trailer back that wasnt in the same condition as when we left we were charged a reasonable service fee and not some crazy over charged amount. During the summer we used one of their trailers for a few months with no issue. Word of advice, if you are not familiar with using a dump trailer, make sure to ask a lot of questions they are happy to help. Thanks a ton guys.

The pick up and drop off process is super easy, it’s all done online. The trailers are clean and in excellent condition. I had a few questions and they were quick to answer all of them, even helped me reattach the coupler lock at drop off. I’ll definitely be back again and referring others as well.

Businesses and companies are a dime a dozen in DFW. And I can 100% say Take-A-Dump Rentals stands out. One of the cheapest 15 yard trailer monthly rentals, but yet the trailer and equipment is CLEAN, MAINTAINED, and looks almost brand new. Any questions I had about pricing, drop off and pick up, and extra days or anything was answered within a few minutes by text. Even forgot the lock code and got an immediate response. Friendly, competent, and they really take pride in what they do. They showed me every feature of the trailer, how to operate and tow it safely, and did a thorough walk around inspection and gave tips to avoid damage that I would be responsible for if it happened.Also, how can you not smile everytime you see the business name. Hilarious!10/10 will be using them in the future for any demo jobs we have.

Loved the concept, but once I called and talked with the owner, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.I own a construction surveying company, and I had a small personal project I needed a dump trailer for. I rented a 5 yard trailer, but they have all kinds of sizes.1) Quality: equipment is maintained in tip top shape. I’ve used some rental companies that make me pucker up driving down the road with their equipment behind me2) Friendly and flexible. They take the time to give you a quick safety briefing, and make sure your truck is fit to handle the trailer. Once that’s done, pick up and drop off at their yard when you’re done. Could be 3 in the morning or midnight. You clean it up, take pictures, and leave it there. Great for pickup/drop off outside “standard” business hours. Kind of like when you rent a Bird or Lime scooter.3) Pricing: They’re very reasonable on price. I always buy for quality, and not just the lowest price. Even so, you’d be hard pressed to find a better deal.I appreciate it when people take the time to review my business, so I do the same when I work with a well-run company.End of story.
