The staff at C&S are the absolute best. TJ very knowledgeable and knows what hes talking about. The woman at the front desk very nice also very helpful. Coming from out of town the other trailer place didnt get it right. So as a last ditch last minute effort C&S came through. I told them what I was hauling and where I was going and they gave me exactly what I needed. Superb experience I will definitely be back.

Rented a goose neck 26 foot. When I got it the trailer had a leak and the brakes didn’t work. I replaced the tire after a blow out and showed them the photos. They said if I don’t bring the old tire back it’s my problem. The biggest issue I had was the breaks were wore out. I told the guy that hooked it up to my truck and he told me “ yeah they need to be replaced”. After I put a couple pallets on it the trailer would not stop and was very unsafe to drive. I returned it and they said you can rent from down the street if you have a problem. Don’t rent from these people ever!! Go to nationwide trailers they believe in customer service!!!!

This place has all your trailers axle bearings and associated hardware for Dexter axles. RV or any other type of trailer. Dont try to get these parts at an RV parts place. This is where they buy theirs. They also give a military discount!

Very nice people, and process was good, albeit a little slow. But the reason I am giving it only a few stars, is not because of the personnel/service. I rented an enclosed trailer for a week, that nothing I stored in the trailer, after going through a rainstorm, did not get wet. Thankfully nothing was damaged, but I was lucky that I wrapped up electronics sparingly.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with C & S Trailers. The customer service was phenomenal and far surpassed my expectations. I live out of state, and was in the process of coordinating multiple vendors and several different aspects of my flatbed truck camper build. Trust and communication is key in these situations and Richard at C&S Trailers did not disappoint, not even close. It was a real pleasure to work with Richard, he answered all my questions, kept his word on all communication and follow ups, and he went out of his way to make sure every step of their process was done right. This is probably the second review I’ve ever taken the time to write up for any vendor/business establishment, but they absolutely deserve it. Brian and the service department are the best I have found in the Fort Worth area. They are very thorough and quick to get repairs complete as well as fair on their pricing. My buying experiences have also been very pleasant and informative at C&S so I highly recommend doing business with them.

These people are amazing. I needed a trailer last night and I could only get there right at closing time. The staff were super helpful and extremely nice. Im only 22 and I was towing 10,000 lbs with a 2007 Tundra Limited. They warned me several times that it was going to be right on the limit for this truck (which I know it is), and they were very concerned. But they gave me great advice and I was able to tow it no problem at all. They didnt discriminate based on age like most car rental places, and they were super professional. The next time I need to rent a trailer, C&S will be the first place I go. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful last minute.

They dont honor reservations, gave me a trailer that wasnt rated for the weight of the truck I told them I needed to haul and lied about it! They have no after hours or emergency contact and if you have a flat tire or mechanical problems its in the fine print that its up to you to have it fixed on your own and at your expense. Go ANYWHERE else for trailer needs!

If I were you I would rent a trailer ANYWHERE ELSE than here. They DO NOT honor reservations. They then misrepresent the capabilities of their other trailers. There is no after hours phone number to call for help. In the fine print it states that you are responsible for any flat tires as in you have to arrange the repair and you are expected to buy a new tire for their trailer with no reimbursement whatsoever.

Great place to rent and buy a trailer. Awesome customer service and they will always find ways to help customers out.

Took in my trailer that needed work on Friday. They told me itd be ready Tuesday and estimated that it would end up being between $550 and $850. The third time that I called on WEDNESDAY, they informed me that they had just put it in the bay to work on and that it would be ready first thing in the morning. The third time that I called on THURSDAY, which was after 4PM, it had just come out. I went to pick it up after 6 full days and the total was $1050. The extra 2 days and $200-$500 gave them plenty of time to stick their company stickers on my companys trailer. Wont ever buy or fix a trailer here again.

After spending several days shopping for a cargo trailer. I came across C&S website. Jordan answered the phone, very friendly and helpful. Got exactly what I needed at a good price. Quality and selection is better than the completion. Lots of accessories to choose from as well.

We needed custom fabrication, cutting welding in an emergency situation. These guys did a fantastic job and because I was stranded on the road did a 3 hour same day turn around at an extremely fair price. I wish all businesses operated like that. I was looking at trailer prices throughout DFW n the internet and found all of them quite high. So I stopped in to look at the trailers directly and liked what I found. All of the trailers were heavy duty built and for the most part, built here in Texas. I found several 16 trailers that would fit my need though the price was just as high at $3,400 plus tax, tags, etc.. Still, the price would be well worth it since I would use the trailer a thousand times.I plan on returning and getting one of the best, since no other trailer store matches their prices and product.
