Every time I come here to drop off a package the employees have used all the customer center parking. There is plenty of parking at the back of the employee parking lot but I guess it’s too far for their employees to walk.

I have been waiting for over a week to have a package delivered. There is apparently a new driver that is on my route and they can not seem to find my house. My normal driver had no problem delivering my packages to me. I have called numerous times and every CSR has advised me that someone from the Haslet location will give me a call to get directions to my house......NO CALL. The message from UPS says that I need to give directions to my house and I cant even find a way to contact anyone to give directions. This package was a birthday gift and now I am still fighting to find out where my package is. Not happy!

The ladies there went out out their way to find my package that was left on the truck. Was really impressed. Thank you very much ladies!the one wearing blue shirt Friday night,the one wearing pink nails Friday night,and the one who threw old food in trash.. lol Friday night.

My daughter worked here for two weeks before she was fired and escorted out of the door after arriving to work one morning. This was a month ago and she has yet to receive a paycheck I called the HR line and got transferred to India where Im told she needs to email her manager. SHE HAS NO CLUE WHO THAT IS There is ZERO way to speak with a human. I have contacted the Texas Labor Board and Texas Workforce Commission. You dont get to decide to just not pay someone for their work. UPS does not allow people with disabilities to work for them. Disgusting place, disgusting management.

Worst Customer Center to go if you want to ship; at a Hub, no less. NO PARKING AVAILABLE unless you dont mind walking a few hundred yards with all your packages from your vehicle to the door.

Horrible customer service. I had an order of life sustaing medical supplies that were not delivered and no one at UPS tried to contact me. I started dying. Then they lied to me about me picking up my supplies at their warehouse. Total failure of customer service.

Package was set out to be delivered today by 7:00Been at home waiting and never heard a knock or an attempt to be notified !!Checked status online and then looked outside and saw that they had left a note but I’ve been here the whole time and heard nothing.Filed a complaint on the driver now I have to drive 30 min to haslet and pick up a package.

The UPS website says the address is 1400 Intermodal, but its not. The place is down the road. All the customer parking was packed with cars from the employees parking in customer parking. I had to drive all around and the only parking near the customer service area was motorcycle parking.

Aside from the fact that theyre closed from 12pm. to 4:30 pm. And only open Monday thru Friday, I havent yet formulated an opinion. Their customer service better be off the charts, after the unmitigated HELL Ive already endured.

Edit... Werent open and their call center had no idea. Let me clarify the reason for my frustration. I called the UPS customer service line, spoke with 2 different representatives and received 2 different answers regarding the status of my package. Neither had any idea that the customer center was not open or that it wouldnt open. I, along with 6 others, waited for 45 minutes in hopes someone would show up. If there had been better communication between departments it would have save me an hour trip each way. UPS as a whole is a great company, things just fell through the cracks in this situation.

This was by far the worst job. Trainer was SO nice! Then as soon as you hit the floor you get introduced to all the terrible personalities. Everyone is rude, entitled and clearly over worked or something. I feel bad for the people that think this is a healthy or fun work place. Yikes.But if you literally cannot find a job because I know times are rough during COVID I guess do what you have to do.....2/10 Because the trainer was very helpful and the people that I was training with were very nice. All other aspects are a no go.

UPS claims they promote from within but they absolutely do not. UPS claims that they value their employees but they do not. It’s just a numbers game to upper management. Example- new hub opened in Arlington, less than a hand full were promoted from this hub that is filled with a plethora of potential. However they did hire over 50% off the street directly into supervisor positions. I tried to take advantage of the opportunity since I have military background and more than sufficient leadership experience but was DENIED. So instead I’ve busted my back unloading for 9months in hopes that my good work ethic would move me up. I’ve been told by many supervisors that they will move me up but it was always for a later date. I waited patiently and continued to be a hard charger but it was never good enough. At UPS your hard work will get you a more heavier work load than the rest with no advancement, no incentive, and absolutely no promotion. If you enjoy working under kids fresh out of high school (the majority of part time supervisors) then UPS just might be for you! Other than that the hours suck, you’ll get less than 20hrs a week. And they will not work with you if you have another job.

Below is my experience from 2 weeks ago. and my most recent experience TODAY! I get at least two deliveries a week so this should NOT be difficult! So today I am tracking my package all day and it is showing out for delivery as expected AFTER being delayed from Friday to Monday because the truck was late. Okay, no problem. All of a sudden my status changed from out for delivery to unable to deliver package. When I called and FINALLY made it through all of the prompts to a person, they send a message to THIS location to have them call me within the hour. Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. They will call and tell me I can come pick up my package 40 miles away OR they will redeliver. Th problem with this is that THE DRIVER is the one who changes the delivery instructions! Can the UPS Facility not deal with insubordinate drivers? He needs to deliver my package TODAY! I did not create this problem, yet here we are again, same issue. The DRIVER changed the instructions to say held at customers request! I am BEYOND over this with UPS. I will have all of my packages shipped via ANY other method at my expense to avoid using them. It is ONLY my package shipping through this facility. All others are on time and arrive with no issue.8/13/2020:Simply Unbelievable! I received an email at 10:03 PM on 08/13/2020 telling me there had been an update to my delivery and updated the time for the next day, Friday, between 1-5. When I checked the tracking at 4:00 on Friday, I was SHOCKED to see my package was being held at this facility AT MY REQUEST! I did not request the package be held, nor did I receive any other updates regarding a change of delivery. After over 2 1/2 hours on the phone with UPS - CS and the Manager of THIS location refused to get my package to an Access point on the next day because they dont do Saturday deliveries in the area. I called the CS back and again spoke with a supervisor who assured me my package would be delivered early Monday, 8/17/2020 as it has food items in the package. GUESS WHAT???? MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER MOVED BACK TO THE DOCK AND IS STILL BEING HELD FOR DELIVERY!!!!!!! I am beyond angry to put it nicely! I am over an hour away from this facility. It is not my job to get this delivered as promised. To top it off, you cannot call this location. Thats just complete BS on their part. And apparently there is NO ONE in the entire UPS system of operations that can ensure the manager of this location actually does their jobs! I did find out the the DRIVER changed the instructions for my package to be held and no one knew why. As the receiver, I dont usually have a choice of who ships my packages. I plan to see if I can pay the difference and NEVER use UPS again. This is beyond ridiculous!

I’ve had terrible experiences with the UPS Haslet site. From employees lying about where my packages were located to, them sending back a package to sender without even trying to deliver it, and most recently I had a package with glass in it and the delivery man tossed it on the ground.

Finding the customer center was difficult it hidden on the side of the building, while there are signs there is no light on them so if you go after sunset its really hard to find. Also employees use the customer parking. So you your choice is park all the way in the back of employee parking or park in the middle of the road, once inside service was great.

After having missed the delivery of a package for the office I work at we finally tracked down which UPS it was at, got a hold of them here and they said they would hold it for our pick up and gave us a window of 8-12pm the following day. Upon arriving ALL the CUSTOMER parking spots are taken by EMPLOYEES. So it was either park somewhere you’re not supposed to or walk a mile. After the 45 minute drive from my office, when I got inside I spoke to a woman by the name of Tricia, told her I was there to pick up a package and she said they would check to see if they still even had it because it probably went out, which i don’t understand why when I was specifically told on the phone it WOULD BE HELD. After waiting for the package to be finally found I was asked for my ID which I provided and was told that it needed to have the address of our office on it, I DONT LIVE WHERE I WORK. Long story short I had to have my office provide them with authorization that I could pick up the package, I was NEVER told I needed anything to pick up the item and I told them I was not leaving without it especially after the drive I made. All in all horrible experience. I would much rather not have my package than deal with the rude and condescending people that work here.

For whatever reason my package was deemed “undeliverable” so I opted to pick it up at this customer center. UPS stated via phone that the store would call me within the hour to let me know they are going to receive it. They NEVER called. I had to do so much searching to see where this package was. Once I finally found out it was shipped there, I immediately headed to the store. Once I walked in the women working were so insanely rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. I will be opting out of using UPS if I can avoid it from now on.

This is a new hub for UPS and Ive had to drop packages here a few times. Its open later than the UPS Stores and has been a great back up option when the driver fails to pick up my packages. They have been nice & helpful on my visits there.

I work very hard at this location and I do my best to make sure packages are going where they need to be as fast and undamaged as possible wish everyone work hard together things would be even easier and more faster but its okay I plan on becoming a supervisor no matter how long it takes Im going to keep working hard period even when I become supervisor and make sure everyone is working hard and together as a team

Besides not working on the weekends but still taking your Business, for not delivering flowers to my mothers funeral… I walk into the office and the two semi working employees are not wearing their mask and they are not keeping 6 feet apart. What a nightmare.

No notification that my package was damaged I had to initiate contact ask questions as to wheres my package. In the beginning was told they were looking at questionable item in my package turns out, uh.. not really we damaged your package. Were inspecting to see what needs to be done. No dates as to when this will be concluded repeatedly said they would call the shipper, which was my company, but never called them my company had to contact them and inquire. No dates for when, how, or by whom all this was to be done by, no explanation for what the damage was, no offer for compensation, nothing just sorry we will eventually get back to you.

I wish I could give this location zero stars I’ve been on the phone with customer service since 6:30 am because I saw on their website saying that my package was being returned to the vendor because the address to the location was incorrect!!! while my husband’s package was delivered to the same location that mine was supposed to be 😡😡😡 after numerous phone calls to UPS customer service told me that the my package was being sent back!!! Then I drove an hour from my house in Cleburne, TX all the way to the customer center in Haslet to have them tell me that it wasn’t at their location!!! Y’all seriously made this a very inconvenient day for me I don’t know if i will ever trust doing business with UPS again!!!

I had my package delivered to be picked up because it was delayed. I drove an hour to get to this location. And was told no one was there scan and bring out my package. Once again I was lied to by being told my package was available. They promised it was available 2 days ago. Its now Christmas Eve. And I have no gifts to give. I have to shop at the last minute to find a gift. UPS is unreliable. If I had a choice from the company I made the purchase from, it would be a reliable company like FedEx.

Every time I have a package that needs delivery the past few months it keeps getting the shipping changed to customer requested to pick up in blank location like they never called or asked anything. The company is lazy as a whole and the staff is down right rude and unhelpful. People need there packages delivered and some dont have cars to drive to be able to pick up what they need. AVOID using ups for any package deliveries if you can.

I work here and this hub has only been open and running for five months, so its still a bit shaky, but my only concern is that the address is placed on intermodal parkway, but the only entrance for employees is on keller-haslet, so its always hard to use Uber and other transportation services.

Extremely disappointed with UPS. I took a day off work to receive a package, only to have them change the status late in the afternoon, claiming I requested a different date. I spent all day Friday playing phone tag with the company, only for them to tell me late into the day that I could either wait for my package on Monday, after my family has gone home, or pick it up Saturday, only not really because the facility is closed.I will go out of my way to avoid companies and services that use UPS in the future.

Worst service Ever. I had a driver with a truck broken since Dec 28 so we sent a package (a truck part) he needed to repair the truck on Dec 28 from San Diego to Gordon, TX. We paid for UPS next day air delivery (more than 500 dlls) Since Dec 31 when it was supposed to deliver we were calling 1-888 pickup7 apparently a call center that knows nothing about the package but what appears on the web site (only says on transit) but nobody can tell you when is going to deliver or if the package is on its way to deliver, we called every day for a week and said it was on transit and will deliver for sure the next day... We had to pay hotel and food for 1 week until they delivered. what a waste of time
