The fist time I went to this place the service was amazing the gentleman was great I would have gave this place a 5 start !!! Im glad I waited to do this review !!! I went back 1 week later. And the lady at the front helping me was so rude. She said that I needed to work on how I shipped my items and that I need help knowing how to send things. I was in shock no one had ever told me that I need to learn to mail something out. Then I asked her if she could plz just add a fragile stamp on the package 📦 and the seemed really bothered by me like I was a burden. I was really upset when I left there no one should feel this way !!!

Great service.... I like the new staff there....very convenient since I live in the neighborhood....but its kind of expensive to mail stuff (thats why the 4 stars)

I had a pleaseant experience here. The woman behind the counter was kind and curious. She answered all our question concerning which shipping company to use and what their rates were as well. She even spoke with our employer to do payment over the phone. Overall, there was good customer service, ready information, and they sold all that you would need to send a package or mail.

I would highly recommend drop off with your own pre-made labels ONLY. My work package was lost due to them using a US Airbill instead of an international label. Package has been lost for a week and now im driving across town claim my package that never made it. thanks for wasting my time!

This is the only place I do business with for International or State-side postal service!! So much cheaper than the USPS. And you cannot beat the service. Sometimes you have to wait while they give great customer service to others...but they always try their best to give you what you need. I have used them for over 3 years now. Glad they are here!

Very slow service and rudeness from the man that works there . Also after visiting the Post Office in Keller, I found that Got Mail adds a hefty percentage to the shipping cost. I understand everyone is out to make money but adding $20 to a $75 shipping cost (USPS Price) is a little much. Quite sad as the lady that works there is very helpful. Better off going to the post office.

Wonderful family ran business. Friendly and fast service. Reasonable prices and bonus... kids love coming for the train table fun and free fruit snacks. Glad to have them in our neighborhood.

Terrible customer service. Sent mail to my mother and they told me wrong price and she had to Ot $4 at her post office ! Very rude hereSet up a P.O. Box and he didn’t know how to set it up and was charged fee. Never got mail there a month later. Reporting to post office. He yelled at me the entire time. And she just sat there TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This place would not accept my medical exemption to masks. They just kept saying “put your mask on. Put your mask on. Put your mask on.” She pointed to the door when I said I had a doctor’s exemption. I won’t give my business to someone who discriminates.

I highly recommend this little business in the neighborhood. This is a great little place and Jan & Steve are wonderful. They have supplies available for purchase, which is great if you need something from the office store in a pinch. They are always nice to little kids and usually have toys and candy.I’ve had a mailbox there for my company for a couple years now. I get shipments in regularly.They DON’T ship UPS, they only receive from them. Only because there are 3 UPS stores in close proximity, so UPS won’t let them.I’ve seen them busy with people lined up to the door, and they do their best to handle everything efficiently. Yep sometimes it might take a few minutes. I’ve seen people come in and be completely ridiculous and try to do things that a basic mail ship place can’t handle. If they can’t help you, they will direct you to where you can do what you need to do.If you need more from FedEx or UPS, then that is where you need to go.Yes it costs to ship items, nothing is free!Will it cost more than a post office.. Yes!But going to a UPS or FedEx store will too.If you have a mailbox and you pay your rent, you will always have a mailbox. I don’t get a ton of mail, and I’ve never had an issue. I pay for a year at a time on my mailbox and I get an Awesome rate!!! So much cheaper than a PO Box at the Post Office. The service at Got Mail is no worse than going to the Post Office, UPS or FedEx and I’m in those places weekly to ship. At least at Got Mail they know my name and are helpful in many ways. As long as I live here. They will be my place to handle mail and receive my shipments.

I pull up and the sign on the door says they open at 7:30ish. I waited until 7:50 and still no one showed up. Yea, real professional way to run a business.

A mom and pops post office that has everything you need including a computer and copy/fax machine. Also has school suplies and boxes in all sizes. Been a customer for many years, overall very happy with their service.

Very poor service by the man that works there. He needs to keep his politics and hatred of Trump to himself. Very immature for someone of your age.

Everyone is super nice and helpful. It can get busy but Its expected when getting your mailing needs taken care of.

Aside from the hefty markup that they add to all postage purchased through them, I witnessed them ask a customer to leave the store simply for being a Trump supporter. I think that says everything you need to know about the place.

Great staff, always willing to help. I have my wife Mail stuff a handful of times a month. They even have a small play area from the kiddos. Way better then going to the post office.

My company opened a mailbox here. But since we didnt use it much, they closed it. Didnt tell us that they closed it. Huge shuffle to get mail redirected. Just go somewhere else. Save you the hassle.

This place is terrible. Every time I come here the employees are rude and couldnt be less helpful. Also, be warned, they will charge you to print off prepaid shipping labels because they dont have scanners to handle FedEx barcodes.

I walked in to ask for help me send my nieces birth certificate through email, and they were very rude didnt help me at all just charged me at the end felt like they were racist last time i ever go there so now my niece cant go to school 😧
