Great parking. But severely understaffed. The gentleman took about 25 minutes to look for someones package. During that time no one was manning the computers. And tons of unchecked packages sat without supervision. Several individuals stopped by to drop off packages. None of which were scanned prior to them departing. They just left them on a table. Seemed like a great opportunity for things to go missing.

I had to come here because UPS could not find the address to my apartment to deliver my package. 🙄 I had to come to this location just to pick up what was supposed to have been delivered to me. Because customer service was good, although I could not use my phone inside because there was no service.

I have no idea how to get in touch with a local UPS office that manages your drivers, however, my sons wallet was dropped in the middle of the street and a local driver found it, picked it up, and returned it to us. This was a huge act of human kindness in a world that is not so kind and I would like very much to thank the driver officially and let the drivers’ supervisor become aware of how a gesture of kindness was met with an equal amount of gratitude.

I was informed that they would try again tomorrow clearly customers service lied to me, anyways I wish I could give no stars because clearly they don’t cater to their customers packages as they should.

UPS is horrible!!! We moved to a newly built house in Fort Worth. We have purchased several items that were shipped through UPS and they cannot find our address. our Address shows up in Waze and google maps, just not apple. Fedex and Jocus shipping have both delivered items without a problem. We have spent multiple hours on the phone with customer service when you can finally get through. They just say we will forward in on to the local UPS. We finally had someone deliver one order in a personal car and said this would be fixed and we are now in their system. However we have had other packages since then not be able to be delivered again!! There is now one to speak to who actually knows anything and You can barely understand the representatives you get on the phone!

Multiple deliveries are not delivered and address is changed by ups personnel. New drivers apparently don’t know the area. Seasoned drivers make the delivery properly. Seems like its always packages from a specific vendor that ate not delivered which makes me wonder what is really going on. Supervisors do not return calls when customer service sends a call back request.

Rate really should be negative 0. This was the most unprofessional facility I have ever being at. I call customer service number to verify that my package was ready for pick around 4:15 pm they told me it’s been ready since 10:32am (they didn’t call me as promise, so how should I known it’s been ready but anyway). I get to the UPS around 5:20pm the woman asked for my tracking number I gave it to her she than says it’s not ready. I told her yes it is because I called to verify before I drove over here. She than pretend as she looking up something. She said I’m sorry but it’s not ready my response go make it be ready because I was told by you guys customer service that it’s been ready since this morning. I asked for a supervisor, she come out 10 minutes later and the first thing she say to me is you not getting your package, it’s not ready.My problem with this is this supervisor is so unprofessional I don’t understand how she got the job to be a supervisor because she doesn’t know how to speak to a customer. She never introduced herself, she never identified the mistake or issue at hand. She immediately came out frustrated saying I’m not getting my package. And asked me was I not here when we had a weather storm. Ma’am what do that have to do with my package. She walk away and when I asked the staff what was the supervisor name she told me cythina but she don’t know her last name. 😒 really you don’t know your boss last name.Oh yeah the agent for customer support heard the whole conversation that the supervisor had with me.I will never do business with UPS again, worst experience!!!!

My package was labeled undeliverable as addressed receiver has moved by someone at their facility at not fault of mine. My address was correct and I have not moved and two employees confirmed with me that this was their mistake and that someone would contact me to resolve the issue. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK AND NO PHONE CALL AND MY PACKAGE IS STILL NOT HERE. The incompetence of the handling of this situation is ridiculous. I ordered online for the main purpose that it will be DELIVERED and no word or update from anyone!!! They dont even attempt to make the delivery.

Whenever I have a package go to this location it never gets delivered on my day the lazy driver drives right by and then I get a notification stating that they tried to deliver it and theyll try it again another day so now my package is going to be held till Monday considering it is Saturday... They keep holding my packages w/o my authority. Every time I ask why they cannot give me an answer. They literally told me the request was coming from this facility. They dont even attempt delivering, they just send it directly to the holding facility. Company should shut down! Delivery company that doesnt deliver.... My son receives EPILEPSY medicine thru here, we missed the delivery driver but normally they leave the medicine in the mailbox. My toddler needs the medicine because without it he has been having many seizures, anxiety, no sleep and he even bit his brother and took a chunk out of his back due to his mood changes due to not having his medicine.. THEY REFUSE TO LOOK FOR MEDICINE UNTIL THE WEEKEND IS OVER..... my kid is suffering so much and so are we, supervisors are no help and turned my wife away... I work over the road and feel hopeless and infuriated, I want my child to stop suffering and we have to wait until monday apparently. Pls help, if something happens to my kid, idk...

Visited this location to ask a question about shipping and was met by a very precocious, and rude UPS employee. I explained that after calling UPS headquarters and speaking to customer service about my shipping question, I still needed more info. This gal working at this location appeared upset that I was wasting her time. I explained that headquarters wasn’t able to answer my question which is why I was asking her. The reason for two stars is because she was actually able to answer my question, but I think I’ll take my business to FedEx after being treated so horribly.

3 weeks later and Im still waiting for my package. They keep giving me excuses that theres delays but Ive been receiving packages from the same location that were sent a couple days ago and Im still waiting for that one package and nobody can give me answers and they send me emails to file a claim but when I try to file a claim it says that its not illegible to file a claim this is very very frustrating.

Awful, drive said that the business was closed, attempted delivery at 10:32 AM, did not even attempt to get ahold of my, did not attempt to make the delivery, my apartments open at 10 AM so they were open, the driver just did not want to do his job, trying to get into contact told I would get a call back from the facility to no avail. They did not give a call back and have ignored my requests. Id like to speak to someone from the facility but there is no way of getting into contact with them.

Customer service was as good as it could be at customer center with only one overworked worker. Website /tracking isnt worth anything, it stated out for delivery between two specific times, and little further down it said ready for pickup at local ups location, not helpful when you have to drive 40 minutes away when there are several pickup places 10-15 minutes from original delivery adress. I would give website minus stars if possible

Last two shipments have been late both this week). Both traveled all the way across the US to Fort Worth, appeared to be on package cars for delivery, and then be held due to package damage. Finally was able to speak w cust service on the first one. Lady was helpful and placed a hold on package so I could pick it up myself at the hub. Said Id receive a call within 1.5 hrs. After 3 hrs I went there only to be told the item had a Claim on it due to damage- that the damaged box supposedly arrived to them without the contents. The lady at the desk said she doesnt know why corporate tells customers well call them because that doesnt happen and corporate cant see the same details she can about the items.Now within a week, I am in the very same situation again. Not even worth inquiring about the package because it seems UPS cust support isnt designed to be helpful.

In the past week I had an overnight package (that I paid a lot to deliver) arrive two days late and I had a second package labeled as “address incorrect” (when it was correct). When I contact UPS they said they will call me to correct the issue. Surprise... surprise... no call or communication. What a class A cluster. Use Fed-Ex or USPS.

The automated system is the worst I have ever encountered. For 3 days I called and it cut off in the middle of directives so I could not figure out what they were asking for. I finally got a live person who told me someone would call me within the hour but no call was ever received. I explained to the rep it was a new development so they may have a difficult time locating us and to please call when in the vicinity so I can direct. No call. Called again today and same problem with automated call cutting off twice. The third call I was able to pick up bits and pieces of what I needed to provide. So now, after 1 week of the expected delivery date of 6/1 I now can go pick up my package at the center (6/8). VERY frustrating...

The worst service ever!! They marked my items delivered to my house when it was not delivered to my house. They actually took my items back to the warehouse which cause you to think it was lost or stolen. Which pushes your delivery date back about 3-8 business days. They need to fire anyone that falsely mark customers packages delivered.

Recieved a ground package before a next day air. The ground was delivered at 3pm the was supposed to before 1030am now its 630pm and still no package. The drop off box at the North Riverside Drive location is in horrible shape! The door gets stuck. And the top drawer for the supplies is hanging open. I placed a box inside and was trying to close the door. Got stuck half way when closing and I couldnt open it back up to retrieve my box. Waiting game to see if my box will makes its destination.

So I was expecting a check from my 401k to pay bills while Im out of work due to my 2yrold son having stage 3 cancer. The delivery driver couldnt be bothered however to deliver the check. He fraudulently marked the tracking as delivery attempted, and then somehow lost the package.Now I have bills over drafting, rent not getting paid and no money to feed my family. Why? Because this ups facility doesnt actually do its freaking job.I call and get nothing but a bunch of people from overseas talking about how its not their fault. Of course its never anyone fault at ups, that ups cant seem to deliver or even keep up with a package.Called a friend who works for ups and was told most likely the driver got behind on his route and marked a bunch of packages as delivery attempted and just dropped them off somewhere.This entire operation is all about shifting blame and nobody taking ownership or responsibility for their freaking job!What can brown do for you? This location is awful. They staff only 1 person at the customer service desk. I initially called the Northside location. They told me to call the 1800 number, the 1800 number told me the item was at the Northside facility. I drive over to the location during my lunch break. When I arrive 1 woman is working the desk and rudely said that she doesn’t have the package and demands to know what the name of the person was at 1800 number. I say I don’t know. Her tone was raised and very hostile demanding to know what their name was and how was she supposed to know where the package is. When I simply ask her to look she walks into a nearby closet glances In the closet and states “not here.” Throughout this whole meeting she touched her computer only once. My package is still missing. I get bounced back and forth between 1800 number. The ups access point and the warehouse.

UPS CC Fort Worth location is closed on a Saturday. Really? My package is stuck at this facility until late Monday if Im lucky. If not I will get it Tuesday. When I should be getting it today! Id give no 🌟 but can...worst shipping company ever. Every time Ive had something shipped to me ive paid the extra for same day, next day, or three days and they have yet to make delivery on time. They have always managed to miss place my shipments and I end up losing out on what I paid for in the end. I end up having to go to the damn ft worth location to pick it up and dont get a refund on the fact of not getting it the day promised. If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS, I would. For one the women that work here are VERY RUDE. For two they’ve lost two of my $12,000 checks in a matter of days. The customer service here is truly HORRIBLE. My company uses UPS on a daily basis and you would expect to be treated like a loyal customer. Instead, I get yelled at by Vicki when I asked nicely for an explanation of why my package did not get delivered on time. I understand that sometimes they may not know the exact problem and that it may be my word against what they show in the system - but that is no reason to raise your voice at a loyal customer. They should show a little compassion and courtesy to their customers.

Biggest customer service joke Ive seen in a long time. Long story short, I was supposed to receive 3 packages yesterday, only received 2 but they marked the 3rd one as delivered. Spoke to a nice guy there last night and he said someone would call me in the morning. Its nearly 2:00 PM and I still havent heard from anyone. The guy said I could call him if I hadnt heard from anyone, with the number he called me on, and that number is not answered by anyone. I tried the 800# and they said they dont have the number for the local office and that it is impossible to call the location directly. Imagine, a corporation where the customer service staff does not have a telephone number to the local office. Meanwhile my package is missing and I cannot get an answer from anyone where it might be. Like I said - a huge joke! Im only giving one star because I cant leave this comment with zero stars.

Its what to be expected of a shipping company. Giving 4 stars because of a policy the employee at this location says UPS has in place....cant pick up packages with an out of state DL. Good thing I signed my lease online so I had a copy to show a residence here. This seems absurd seeing as how you can have a package shipped anywhere. If Im visiting family for a few weeks in another state and order something to be picked up doesnt make sense to have an ID for that state.

My package was undeliverable. I go to this location to pick it up. I just moved from california. Im told they dont accept out of state I.d. The next lady behind me same thing. Except she is told she can use an insurance card or water bill. I told them I have my banking info with the TX adress, my auto insurance, and the shipping information from my purchase. Im still told my information wouldnt be accepted but the other ladys would be. Horrible service by ups.

Went to pick up package about 10 minutes before they closed they didnt come back with other persons package until place was already closed and they expressed that very greatly. Didnt deliver the packages sent to me, no phone call attempts from them. I have only managed to speak to Customer Service reps in India.... When I tried direct it just rang and rang, no answering service. I have been trying for 4 days now. And that was the day my package was supposed to have been delivered to me. I did find out they marked my package as undeliverable due to wrong street address. It is absolutely correct, and I have verified it twice with customer service. This is the worst service I have ever received from any business. This isnt a business, its a joke, a waste of money.... do not use these guys.

Service was good, only one customer ahead of me. UPS was fine on this end, but my package was going to UK and the driver there said there was a mistake on the address (address was correct) and package was delivered a day later than I paid for, but it was received. Terrible experience. Paid to have a Very Very important ENVELOPE to be overnighted and guess what they lost it. Well they said it didnt get put on the correct truck and it would be there by 10:30am. I really wanted everything to work out so I could go back to trusting UPS.. But it didnt happen that way. I had a very important package coming in, so I waited in the front of my house working on some things.. Fed Ex came and delivered a package, followed by USPS. Still no UPS. So I check my tracking number only to find out that an attempt to deliver was made, but no one was home. I can promise you that no one came to my door. So I called and scheduled my package to be held for pickup that evening. It took almost an hour to get to the costumer center and had the opportunity to meet a lot of unhappy costumers who were in the same boat. They told me three different stories, every time guaranteeing that my package was on the way. After well over an hour, they informed that the driver had placed the package in holding until Monday and there wasnt anything that could be done.Im sorry to say that they will make up stories to tell you what you want to hear, but in the end, they just wont deliver... Which is bad news for a shipping company.

I actually had a good experience with them. I had an issue with a package being delivered to the wrong address, my old address. The current resident signed for the package and UPS considered it finished. I called up there and it took probably 15 or so times to get an operator, so that part was bad, but the girl who picked up was very helpful and gave me the direct line to a managers office. I called that number and after 20 or so times when it just rang and rang, I got through to her. It turned out that she was at the dock getting the drivers out and was not at her desk. When we did talk, she got me taken care of that minute. She talked to the driver and he picked up the package from the house I used to live in and shipped it for free to my current address. The managers name was Brittany I think. Kudos to her.

Worst customer service ever! They lose packages and have the running excuse that packages are locked in trailers and are inaccessible. Their drivers dont know how to knock and are constantly delivering our packages to the wrong address.. even when we put notes on the door to notify them that we are home they still do not knock or deliver our packages. When you call the customer service line to try and get some help you just get transferred around to multiple different people that place you on hold for an extended period of time. I was told multiple time that someone would call me back on 3 separate occasions in regards to 3 separate issues and no one ever did. I have sent multiple emails and filed multiple claims with them about all of the problems we have experienced and still no response. One of their customer service agents even told me that they are unable to handle the volume of packages that they are receiving for shipping and that when I was given information from other agents that they had lied to me... I am absolutely disgusted by how I have been treated and how they have no regard for their customers.. never again will we use UPS!!!!

This place isnt all that bad. Its attached to one of their warehouses/distribution centers, so parking is a bit confusing. But Ive picked up packages here at least twice now and never had issues like others are saying. Id still say, however, that FedEx is probably easier to deal with and more reliable, sorry UPS. But UPS isnt that bad. Definitely not one-star bad in my opinion. Just average.
