Older Gentleman Who is In charge back in the shop is Incredibly rude and tried to Belittle myself And another Customer. Maybe he was Having a Bad Day maybe he is Normally a Very nice individual. These guys are the worst. Unprofessional. They left me on hold for 15 mins and then when they answered at 4:59 they said they were closed. Their hours posted online say 5:30. They have always closed at 5:30. They dont want any business. Also, save your receipts when you return stuff cause they WILL call you and say you didnt return everything. Every time!

Rented equipment for a job that promptly broke. Im now out hours of pay and have to return to a jobsite thats over an hour from home for an extra day because of their poorly maintained equipment. All theyre willing to do is reset the rental time with the manager being extremely rude about the whole situation.

We rented a projector and screen for an event. We picked up the equipment Friday morning and ended up having to make 4 separate trips as it finally turned out that the projector was faulty and we were given another one. Outside of this, the employees were very attentive and helpful.I will recommend Taylor’s to my friends and family.

I worked with John Jacobs as a recommendation from my florist for my wedding. I wasn’t sure what to expect because it was difficult to initially get in contact with them. However there was a monsoon happening in DFW and they were swamped with assisting clients tents going up that week. John came out to our house and gave us a lot of advice we didn’t even think about. He was very professional and went above and beyond for my wedding. He even had heaters delivered right before my wedding started because the temps dropped to 30 degrees. Highly recommend this company and John.

I spent $960 at Taylor Rentals, been a customer for over 12 years. Renting equipment from here weekly / bi-weekly.. Today I had a question about my bill. (Question not a Problem) Ed the owner was put on the phone. Immediately Ed (the owner) told me “we had a problem,” I asked “what problem I just spent $1000 and had a question that’s all.” Without even hearing me He then told me “You have no leg to stand on in this store So shut up and listen”Most unprofessional experience I have experienced with the owner of any business.

Went in here this morning to rent a saw and they can’t take an ID over a DL because of insurance. When I asked them to double check their insurance policy they did not, but suggested I get someone to rent to saw and loan it to me. So basically, I suggest you avoid this rental place bc they endorse fraud over logic.

I have been using Taylors Rental for over thirty years. They have an inventory that surpasses any rental company in town. Their tools are always clean, they always work and I promise you that you will not get any better or friendlier service than what you get from these folks. The other day I rented a sewer clean out for two hours and I was running about twenty minutes late on returning it. I fully expected to have to pay for another two hour rental. They just smiled and said no biggie on the overtime ! I cant stress enough how nice and how connected these business owners are with the real people out there. It is so nice to see a business that really cares about their customers and less about greed! If you are not renting from Taylors you are paying too much and sending your money to an out of state organization that has no roots in Fort Worth.

The date that I visited Tylers rental was my first. I was impressed by the employees and their reasonably priced rental equipment. I came to this location in order to rent tables that I could use in a weekend yard sale. I discovered what else was available and was able to price other tools and items that I may use for work at extremely good competitive prices. The return process was easy. I will most likely revisit this location

Needed an attachment for skid steer so I made a call to Taylors. They said they had what I needed at a good price, so I headed over for my first time. When I got there my transaction was handled professionally and swiftly. I headed to the yard and was promptly loaded up by a courteous yard associate. Attachment worked great!Upon returning I was quickly unloaded and my ticket was ready when I got inside. Couldnt have asked for more from this experience.

Highly recommend Taylors Rental for parties and events. We were able to find the perfect soda glasses to serve rootbeer and coke floats at our Mothers 80th Birthday party this past weekend. Their prices are very reasonable. The glasses were a hit with the guests. Pickup and return of the glassware was easy and quick. Professional and courteous staff to work with for this special event.

My husband and I will never use Taylor rentals again! We always use them any time we needed to rent anything, until this past weekend. My husband went to pick up tables and chairs for our Christmas dinner and they would not let him take the tables and chairs that I reserved. He did not have his Texas DL on him so they said they couldn’t. He did however have his military ID on him, still a government form of identification, they would not accept that. When I called down there to see if they would work with us because it really all seemed ridiculous, (I believe the mans name who answered was Jason), said that he wouldn’t work with us, not even an emailed copy of his Texas DL along with his military ID was enough. He informed me that he couldn’t use a copy because people had been stealing their product. Jason informed me that their system purges after 6 months so they couldn’t see our rental history there and see that we weren’t looking to steal their product. Their unwillingness to work with us was very upsetting and we will never use them again! But it actually turned out to be a blessing. We found an other company that is closer to our home and half the price! Oh and they weren’t scared of a military ID. They actually thanked him for his service rather than treating him like a crook trying to steal their product! I had gotten to the point where I didn’t check prices I just always called Taylor Rentals, but no more! We will use our new rental company that has GREAT customer service, appreciate for our military men and women and better prices!

Rented a concrete saw that would choke when you tried to use it. Returned it for a better one and the pull string to start it broke. When we returned with the 2nd junk tool were ripped off for $85 because they would not refund our money! Lost 2 days on our project and ended up renting it Home Depot.

Apparently, employees yelling and confronting customers is ok there. Had a guy start yelling and cussin me and wanted a physical confrontation. Had i been there on my own(working) things would of been different. Told manager/owner, and he really didnt seem concerned too much. I know they smoke weed in the back, so im not surprised. We took all machinery rented back. This is not acceptable. Great place, except for the guy that needs his ass whooped.

The cocktail tables we rented for an event were all beat up and scratched up. Their response “they are all like that and you’ll need to buy a tablecloth” which were as much as the table itself. Won’t be using Taylor’s until they get new tables.
