Rented a bouce house for my granddaughters birthday party. Excellent service and great prices. My go to place for parties or tools they have it covered.

The equipment worked well and price was fair. However when returning equipment gate was blocked so I safely backed up to ask where I should unload. Cody came out and would not even approach me or speak to me just made several hand gestures pointing and shaking his head. 0 communication what so ever, literally no words spoken by this guy just head shaking! Simply approaching the window and telling me to go ahead and pull up, that they would clear the gate would have been fine, I can live without good mornings or common greetings, but throwing your fingers in the air and shaking your head, not called for. The woman behind the counter and the older man in the yard are very polite. Cody was enough for me to pay higher prices somewhere else.

We came in from out of town to do some work, and needed a few things to finish the job and Tyler and his crew didnt hesitate one second too bail us out, we couldnt have done it without them. I am a wedding planner and have used Northwest Rentals on a regular basis for over 10 years and enjoy working with them. Northwest Rentals came to the rescue when we were in a pinch. At the last minute the place we initially rented a party tent from gave us the run around and didnt come through for us we went to Northwest Rentals. The party tent was easy to set us and was perfect. Guaranteed, we will be renting again next year from them for our annual Craw fish Boil party.

We used Northwest Rentals for dinnerware and glasses for our wedding reception. We waited for hours at our reception location the morning before the wedding for the delivery of the rentals, and several items were broken when taken out. Due to timing we werent able to go through all of the dishes to make sure everything was intact/clean, but when our caterer was taking dishes out, they had to clean several of them due to dirt and dead bugs in the packaging with the dishes. About a week after the rentals were picked up my credit card was charged several hundred dollars without any notification to me and I had to contact the company to receive a copy of what was charged (which was several dishes that I believe likely broke during the delivery back to the location but since I did not have a chance to count all of the inventory prior to pick-up I cannot be sure of this).In addition to all of this I subsequently found out Northwest Rentals policy of having dishes rinsed off is not consistent with industry standards, and several family members were forced to sacrifice time the day after the wedding rinsing off dishes so we werent charged extra for cleaning costs.

This place is horrible. Customer service is bad. Unable to work with us on cancellation, 2 days in advance. Would not recommend! They basically stole our money! Even hotels have 24 hour cancellation policies! There site does not have anything listed, lady on the phone said it was a verbal policy!! Filed complaint with BBB and Texas Rental Association. Also disputing transaction with my CC company. Please DO NOT use this company! Site states 50% deposit charged, instead, we were charged the whole amount!

Well I have used the concrete trailers they have at least 6 times. They go over everything every time. Always been a good transaction. Nice equipment and nice people.

Northwest Rentals saved me aLot of problems. I rented a ditch witch from them the sales person informed me to call 811. I did only to find out I did have a gas line thru my property. Additionally there equipment was in excellent condition. Kevin did an excellent job demonstrating the use of the equipment.

This family owned and operated business knows how to take care of their customers.I rent from them several times a year and have always had great service. They are flexible and offer great suggestions.I was renting tables and chairs for a large Thanksgiving Party I was having and they suggested a Karoke machine, it sounded crazy but, I did it. My friends and family are still talking about the great time they hadthat year. They also give great instruction on how to use equipment that I have rented. Will never rent from them again. When letting them know that we had an issue with their equipment, they refused to even ask what can we do to make it right. What I received is, the problem was with you. Since the rental was over a holiday, we had no way of contacting. However, when I told that to Tina she said, well, you could have emailed us. How is the customer supposed to know that. Poor customer service. Would rather lose a customer than to see what could be done to make a customer happy.

Several friends and family of mine have tried this place out. Every one including myself has had terrible customer service here. Not even worth dealing with these careless attitudes. Dont ever rent something without thoroughly inspecting every inch first. So much dust and bugs and some things they obviously dont care about all of their inventory so why should I?

I wont ever bother with Northwest again. The lady who helped my was friendly and helpful. However the man behind the counter (middle aged, salt & pepper hair, ball cap) literally did nothing but make snide comments and tasteless jokes over the fact that I was a fireman. He made it very unpleasant to even walk in the door. Northwest would benefit from getting rid of him. Do yourself a favor and go down the highway to Time Rental. They have stellar customer service!

In the process of helping a buddy build a fence, Glad we went with Northwest Rentals for their auger. Went in with a vague idea of what we needed and after talking with their staff we left with the motivation and knowledge of how to get it done. Also helps that we saved a bundle compared to getting it done for us.

A friend rented some things for her wedding. All I can say is count everything and verify your order on the invoice. The cost wasnt a big deal but it was very dishonest. The two girls that counted with the woman at the shop verified the number I told them it was but she argued and said she counted. I will never do business with liars.

We took our lawn mower in for a warranty repair. We were told one thing by the company making the lawn mower and Northwest was told something totally different! It would have caused an additional delay in getting our mower back. Chad at Northwest worked with us because he wanted us to be happy and he took a loss. We will be calling Briggs and Stratton you can be sure! I read the bad reports on here and maybe on repairs it is totally different. I will be recommending them for repairs on lawn mowers. Worst customer service ever! Dont ever rent anything from these people. Especially a log splitter. They tell you one thing and do another. If you have to drive an extra 50 miles to rent somewher else, I would highly recommend doing so. I read the other bad reviews before I went up there, but thought I would give them a chance. I wish I had listened! LESSON LEARNED! And Tyler if you would like to call and harrass me....go ahead! You will find the end result different from what you got before!!

Rented a wood chipper to get rid of a bunch of limbs at my house. Mix of green and dry wood. The chipper jammed on every other limb fed into it. Didnt matter what size either. Spent more time trying to pry pieces of wood loose with a pry bar and hammer than I did actually using the machine. Picked up at 2:15pm yesterday, would have returned it at 5:30 but they close at 5pm. No prorate since I kept it over night and the lady running the front desk didnt care that I had problems with the equipment. $200 down the drain. Never again...

TWO THUMBS WAY DOWN. IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF AND YOUR SANITY TAKE YOUR RENTAL BUSINESS SOMEWHERE THEY APPRECIATE AND ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THAT PLACE IS NOT NORTHWEST RENTAL! Where to start... So I decide to give Northwest a try on renting a little Kubota tractor to spread some gravel. I show up last Saturday morning and have to wait 15 minutes to even get to where they can hook a trailer up to my truck because theyve got another truck in the way and one of their trailers has been left in the way so he cant get out! Finally they get him out of the way and start to hook up my trailer. Only theres a problem, they cant find the trailer they assigned to me. Why? The young man loading me that day tells me that trailer had been stolen a year earlier. He calls back in and they change me to a different trailer. They hook a trailer up and a different young man comes by with a receipt for me to sign for the trailer. Only thing is, the trailer he has listed on his paperwork isnt even the one they assigned me first (the stolen trailer) or the one they switch me to. Okay, things happen, I get it. So they hook up a trailer and they go get a tractor. They drive the tractor on to the trailer. Then, the two young men converse with very serious looks on their faces for 10 minutes. I finally ask why. Well, because the tractor they just pulled up on the trailer doesnt have any fuel in it. So now they have to switch tractors! Okay, Im starting to feel a bit uneasy about this. So they finally get a tractor on the trailer and after 15 minutes of me almost crying because Im laughing so hard inside watching the two young men chain the tractor down to to the trailer. They finally get the tractor loaded and chained down and I notice the trailer has two really low tires. Someone tells me to pull it around so they can air up the tires. Another 10 minutes! Finally though, Im on the road! But.... I get five miles and have a blowout on one of the trailer tires! I call Northwest who says sit tight, theyll send someone. 35 minutes later one of the young men shows up with a tire. He jacks up the trailer, takes off the blown tire, and then figures out that the wheel and tire he brought with him has the wrong bolt pattern and doesnt fit that trailer. LOL. He calls the office who tells him to tell me that since it is a front tire I can go ahead and pull it that way as long as I go slow. They will bring me a new trailer later. I pull it another five miles to my home. Northwest shows up a few hours later with a trailer. That trailer has a busted light and a wire....no lights! So finally Im getting some work done though. Well, until a pin comes out of the bucket on the Kubota and gets lost in a gravel pile. Come to find out, the stop bolts has not been put in either of the lower front pins on the bucket of that tractor. The right side came out completely and the left side was on its way. Great! I still have at least 4 hours of work that now I cant do. I load the tractor back on the trailer. On Monday morning I return the tractor and request an accommodation credit for all of the trouble. I am told that since I ran the tractor for 9 hours the only thing they can do is not charge me for the extra hour. What? Extra hour? I rented it on a Saturday and you limit me to 8 hours of usage? I rented a Kubota from Time rental down the road the weekend before. Matter of fact I have rented several pieces of equipment there. Time never charges by the hour of usage on the equipment, if you pick it up Saturday morning you use it as much as you like until you return it Monday. Not Northwest! And Time has people who actually know how to hook up a trailer and chain a piece of equipment down. And lastly, Time is about $30 cheaper on an 8 hour rental on a Kubota tractor than Northwest is. I couldnt get a tractor from Time rental last weekend so I went to Northwest rental instead. HUGE MISTAKE!!!

My husband and I rented a Budget truck from them about two years ago. There were some miscommunications in regards to our bill and some trouble in getting it resolved. We called to try to resolve the situation and they were of no help and blamed the entire situation on Budget. Shortly after this dead-end conversation with them, I posted a negative review in regards to the situation on Google. Two years later, I receive a phone message from Tyler Child, the owner. Since then (about a week ago) he has called me non-stop, left me messages, and has even sent me messages on Facebook threatening of legal action and harassing us. I have since removed the review, however, I think that people should know the sort of man they are dealing with when they use this company. Two years later is a little late to try to resolve an issue in my opinion.

Rental policies are absurd. The low price is because of the poor quality items. The items inside are in keeping with the appearance outside.

Customer service is not good and if you have problems or issues with equipment dont count on getting any of your money back.
