Rent from this company! From start to finish, they did a great job. Their phone response was professional, delivery and pickup were on time and everyone I dealt with was very personable. We had a bounce house for a wedding reception at an outdoor venue where there were a lot of children invited. They all had a great time! We will rent from them again.

They said they were going to drop the bounce house off between 9-11AM but ended up calling at 7:30 to say they were on their way which forced me to have to shuffle things around and rush to the store to get cash out. It was barely 8AM when they dropped it off. They then said that because of where I was located, I could keep the bounce house overnight. However, about 930pm they showed up without a phone call or text and took it without even knocking on the door to tell me. My kids had also made nighttime plans for the bounce house which we obviously had a cancel. The lady was nice but if you tell your customer you are going to do something and at a specific time, you need to follow through. Especially when there are kids involved. If something HAS to change, a headsup would be nice.

Great Price, 5 Star Service! I needed a specific bounce house for our daughters 2nd birthday party and K&B had it in stock! Not only was the ordering process so simple, Courtney was extremely nice on the phone, and the delivery men had everything I requested. We will be using K&B for every family function going forward! We definitely recommend K& B! I have a party venue and they are the only bounce house company we use for all of our events. No matter what size or type you need, they have a great selection. They are very easy to work with and have never let us down. On top of great service, they have the best prices as well!!

Rented from K&B thus weekend and couldnt be happier. Their professionalism was astounding both on the phone and in the office. The bounce house was in excellent quality, as well as clean. On top of that, their 24 hr rental price was better than I could have hoped for. I am already thinking ahead for the next rental.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! Tells you one thing when you order and then totally jacks up the price at delivery so you either pay it or screw up your party! Thanks to the Hateful lady that runs this place, I have a party in 2 hours and no bounce house. RUN RUN RUN fast and far to another company!!!
