Incomplete lift. Back and forth for months. Taking it to another shop, getting it done correctly. Everything was wrong. Contacted an attorney, i wouldnt take your vehicle here.

I ordered 2 new tires at Texax Tires on Thur Sept 16th at the Norman, Oklahoma store off of Alameda Blvd. I was told theyd be in the next day by Sammers the Mgr.. The following Wed I was told after calling them they would be in the next morning and the Mgr Sammers said he would call me. He never did. I called him Fri morning after he still didnt call me. He said they were in and I could come get them. I showed up they got them installed fairly quick. My car alerted me not long after I left that there was a pressure issue. I checked the new tires with a stick reader. They both went all the way to the top at 50psi. I had to discharge air for about 20 seconds before the stick read under 50psi. Both of the tires they installed were over inflated. I corrected this issue. In doing so I noticed one of my custom VW valve caps was missing and there in fact was no valve cap at all on that tire. In closing I want to state I really wanted them to work out. They are close to my house. I talked to Sammers about buying 4 new rims for a mini cooper Im restoring. This will not happen now. Im sorry to say I will not be using Texas Tire again.

Bought a new tire back in September I showed her the bank statement, and less than 6 months have passed and it popped. The lady that talked to me said that my tire has a warranty but it doesn’t cover it. I didn’t run over anything I was on the highway and it popped on the side. Don’t recommend coming here.

They were great. Only went in to get new tires for my 2014 Dodge Ram but ended up getting rims also because the deal they got me was so good I couldn’t pass it up. Service was fast and they went above and beyond to make this purchase one I couldn’t refuse. I went to another Texas tires and they priced me higher than this one for a cheaper set of tires and a very limited selection of rims. So not only did this specific location beat all competitors and have a wide range of selections for me they also beat others within their franchise! I was having a rough day and my frustration showed but they remained professional and patient with me and my urgency and STILL went above and beyond for me. Would recommend them to everyone!!! Not just any Texas tires but THIS one specifically. Could save hundreds by just driving the extra miles to this place if you don’t stay near it. Big thanks to the TEXAS TIRES #1 squad.

DO NOT GO HERE (I am out of pocket $3,500.00) I ordered special rims for my brand new 2018 Ford truck and when they installed them they stripped several lugs. I had an awful vibration took it back to them they re tightened the lugs and sent me on my way. Still had a light vibration then it got really bad. Took it the Ford dealer to diagnose and thy verified the damages were from improper tightening of the wheels. There was damage to several parts that cost $1,471.71 to repair. I asked them to paint specific parts on the rims the color from the website. When I got the wheels the color was incorrect and the manager said I called Rock star and that is the paint code they gave me. I called Rock star to get the paint code from the website and they said they do not provide any paint codes, so i was lied to there. The green that was painted on started to flake off from improper preparation. So they said they were going to send my rims off to get warrantied (which they wont that damage is not a warranty issue) so I have called several times to find out where my rims are and they say I will get back with you and never return my call. I have called and emailed the corporate office in Fort Worth and spoke with a representative twice and they say we will call you back in 15 minutes and never get a returned call. I filed a complaint on their website and still no returned call or email they are just ignoring me. All I want is a refund in full for the rims and the damages I had to pay for to get fixed. I am out $3,500.00 with nothing to show for it. I have sent all paperwork to my attorney to file a law suite and I have an interview with 2 news crew stations at the 1st of the year to get this story aired. The news was very interested in this case with the wrongful doing of business and sending me back out on the road with improper safety of the vehicle which could have caused a severe accident and or worse the loss of life. All they have to do was reimburse me or file an insurance claim to take care of the situation instead of ignoring me. I will NOT go away until I am reimbursed in full!

Omar @ Texas Tire was on point...I came In to THE store on Feb 19th with some issues with rims, and rotation and balance! He handled the situation quickly and professionally...I don’t ever expect a business to be perfect but I always judge on if th business can fix a mistake or an issue with no hesitation...Great job! We bought two new tires for the car and one was defective. My husband went to have it replaced and the daughter of the owner AND the owner gave him a hard time, they didnt want to replace the tire! They changed it in the end, but it was a terrible experience, a waste of time and the worst customer service. We wont be back and we wont recommend this place. Its not reliable

Texas tire is a full line service tire shop that have rims tires new and used all sizes they do not have big truck stuff 18-wheelers but they do have all four wheelers the gentleman I spoke to was a very nice very knowledgeable man of tires and I give them a five star

Great service, great people, looked all over Fort worth for the best price for my brand of tires, not only did they beat every price I found but also 90 days same as cash, they are problems solvers and got my new Ford looking and drivin perfect, thanks again, Ill see yall at rotation time ! I brought a tire from them and literally I drove from there location on Seminary to Hulen and the exact tire I purchased from them blow out. Whats so weird about this was the dude that put the tire in said be careful dont run over a nail

They are courteous but courtesy means nothing if youre just going to cheat your customers in the end. Long story short, I visited them by mistake thinking I was getting decent deal on used tires but they took my money and sold me tires that were just as bad as the tires that I originally had. Needless to say had to drive all the way to weatherford to a better and more HONEST tire shop to get all my newly replaced tires replaced. Please heed warnings of the bad reviews and avoid this establishment. They are crooks with dishonest business practices!

Definitely stay clear of these places unprofessional the work was rushed and unfinished was not happy with it!! overpriced and i had a few items stolen out of the vehicle after i pick it up they also lost the key for the rim locks this place and doesnt know what theyre doing ill never go back there again!!!!
