Decent, quick service. Says they checked air filter and cabin air filter on invoice. Know for a fact they didn’t because I was watching. Just replaced them myself so no matter….Young black kid working there. Not sure what he was doing other than spitting every eight seconds. Had to dodge spit on walk out to car.

Got my oil changed quick and back on the road. Employees were very good.

Don’t ever go to this jiffy lube. I waited TWO HOURS FOR A FREAKING OIL CHANGE! Like what would possess you as a business- to make someone wait two hours for something that should have taken 20 mins. There were four guys walking around like they had all the time in the world too. I will never go here again. Complete waste of time and money. I would give zero stars if I could.

Told them that the the drain plug and oil filter needed to be tighten down more then usually. For some reason Kias drain plug and oil filter has to be tighten good. They ignored what I told them and low and be hold leaking in both places.

Got an inspection done. Didnt pass because I had just disconnected the battery and the computer reset. They did a good job explaining and had me go drive it for a specific amount of miles and then went back and they checked it and it passed. Also replaced the air filter and it was reasonably priced.

I dealed with a gentleman named Ritchie and he was really knowledgeable and let me know the recommend Maintenance

The crew there is absolutely fantastic. They dont try to upsell you but do inform you of issues that eventually will need to be taken care of and let you know how urgent of a matter it is. The manager is one of a kind, great guy, will personally call to handle any issue. I didnt but I witnessed one and he really goes above and beyond it seems. 5 stars

Such nice guys over at the Camp Bowie location. The customer service there is literally better and more consistent than any other business I can think of off the top of my head. This time I went up there for an oil change and I even saw some female faces! As a woman that was an awesome feeling, definitely made me feel comfortable even a little proud lol but seriously such a good experience every time without fail! If its something that I can get done at Jiffy Lube thats exactly where Im going every time.

For the 20 years since I decided my time is too valuable to change my own oil, Ive struggled with finding folks capable of doing it right every time, for a reasonable price, and not intent on selling me extra services. Ive had my engine destroyed once and have been delayed, ignored, and overcharged multiple times. I found this specific Jiffy Lube by accident. I was leaving a Firestone location that wanted me to wait 2 hrs but were unable to schedule me an appointment. I saw the JL and said how bad can it be?I have now visited this location about 6 times over 3 years with very different vehicles. It sounds hyperbolic but these folks - every last one of them - treat me like my piddly business is the only thing standing between them and crushing failure. They are incredibly appreciative that I showed up and they complete the tasks before I can finish a cup of coffee. If I dont have a coupon, they find one for me and when I leave theyre right back to serving the next guy. I dont need to be appreciated. I just want fast quality service for a fair price. But the way these folks operate makes me know theyll be there a while.

Six months later the new caliper they installed ( two bolts completely missing, Im guessing they werent tightened down ) fell onto my rotor and caused that wheel to completely lock up and not turn.

Went for inspection and was told they needed to test drive for emissions... nothing on a test drive has anything to do with emissions. Its the safety portion of the test... Please tech your techs correctly also teach them to drive manual.

They said they did State inspection. Only paid 7.00 but no Inspection sticker given so now I have to go somewhere else

I had an awful experience here. I had called and was told that they could install a serpentine belt. I waited an hour, they kept pacing around, talking and texting on their phones and stalling time and eventually told me to come back tomorrow after they decided they didnt want to work on my vehicle. I would advise against ever coming here. All three associates were extremely unprofessional and rude as well.

I have been trusting the Jiffy Lube on Camp Bowie to service my vehicles for almost 10 years. They do excellent work; always right the first time. Are always courteous and help me understand what my car & truck need. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Got my state inspection, took only about 20-25 minutes with one car ahead of me. all the guys were extremely polite - i couldnt find my keys at the end, they saw me digging and though they were closing, they opened the garage doors back up and helped me. also, during my inspection i guess my license plate light (s) were disconnected? idk what that means heehee but they said they reconnected for me! and that everything looked good. didnt try to upsell me or make me buy anything - which i despise bc i literally have no idea if what mechanics say is legit or not. i was very comfortable here and will be back! thanks yall!

I called ahead to see if they were able to change out my headlight light bulb because another company would not. They were very courteous and professional. Not only did they change out my lightbulb but they also did my inspection. Thanks Jiffy lube. I will be back to this particular one. The service was pretty good and they were pretty busy.

I had my vehicle in for State Inspection. They took care of me promptly. Also showed me an air filter that was dirty and asked if I wanted to replace it, which I did. The mechanic added some coupon information to my bill to significantly discount the bill. Very pleased and will do business with again.

Terrible experience, I went for an oil change and tire rotation and they messed up my front breaks, I’ve tried to contact them but they never pick up the phone, I’ve called at different times and seems to always be the issue. Don’t waste your time and money going to this place.

I am not from this area but was driving down Camp Bowie and was pulled over by a Fort Worth police and she informed me that my brake light was out. I happened to have a spare bulb in my glove compartment so I just literally stopped at the first shop I saw which was this Jiffy Lube. One the mechanics, Larry immediately came up to me to help. He told me he would install the light at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised. It only took him a few minutes and I was on my way. I payed him because I value kindness and good service. Awesome experience.

This place is a rip-off do you research They charged $300 for eight $89 part at oreillys or $143 part at Mercedes then the put some kind of clip back wards. That made the car overheated because it could not hold the fluid Even though they came out and helped us on the side of the road to top up the coolant you wouldve thought they wouldve checked why it was leaking or did they just forget to put it in had to get the vehicle towed to Mercedes to get it repaired properly Service advisor said and told them that they either left the clamp or some clip was put on backwards

THE BEST experience I have had at an oil change place. The men were very kind, respectful, fast, and thorough with explaining what they were going to do! Yall, they cleaned my windows which was so kind and had the door opened for me! If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Totally going back.

Told them when pulled in wanted synthetic@ check out was told it was regular. Manager was there, said to bring it back around and put the synthetic in🙂 and got a discount for waiting a second time I will recommend and will continue to go back for multiple reasons

I got my oil changed there this morning. As I was running some errands a few hours later, my car starts making strange noises. I pull over to see that my skid plate is dragging on the ground and was secured with twist ties. I brought my Car back to the shop and The Manager tells me They forgot to write it down but that they noticed damage and bolts where missing. They proceed to Reattach the skid plate with zip ties this time. The manager did not leave the area below and come speak to me about this either. Very frustrating and upsetting.

Went by to get our RV inspected. Great service and very hospitable service. A great experience!

Quick service, friendly and checked all other fluids during my oil change. Reccomened brake fluid flush but was not pushy or tried to make more sales when I said no. In and out in like 20 minutes.

The guys at this location are great! They go out of their way to solve a problem. Ryan and Josh could not have been more helpful. My van needed cooling system flush and refill. They did great job. My 2000 Corvette needed oil change and inspection. Once again the service and attitude of all the guys was great. I recommend this shop very highly.

The staff was very nice and fast with the services. Due to our recent social distancing their having people pull in and stay in your vehicle while services are being performed. It’s definitely a drive thru speedy service. I have been a long time customer and will continue being one.

I came in yesterday evening for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and attentive the staff were. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. I came in very close to closing and was half expecting to be rushed in and out but instead they made me feel very welcome. I would have given them 5 stars for the fast oil change however the workers went digging through my car looking for something to steal. So only 1 star for Jiffy Lube. My husband and I took turns dropping our cars off for an oil change and noticed the oily hand prints all over the globe box and center console after dropping his car off and leaving with mine. My car was cleaned interiorly the day before. Luckily I leave nothing of value in my car. AGAIN WE WERE JUST THERE FOR OIL CHANGES Upon returning same thing happened in my husbands car and some property was stolen. Beware going here and REMOVE all items of value out of your car.

Best lube in DFW. I’ve been using these guys for years and have yet to have a bad experience. Everyone is always helpful, they never try and up-sell you on unnecessary services, and they’re FAST even when crowded. They’re also more than happy to accommodate coupons from my phone without question. I wish all car care shops provided this level of service.

I have been going to this location at 7601 highway 80 W., Fort Worth for nearly two decades. Usually the manager mbut sometimes the mechanics come straight out to my car, open my car door and the front door. Immediate attend to my car. The wait time is better than the two or three other times I have had to get car somewhere else. They always update what is coming up service wise...but never any pressure. Always courtious and welcoming. I will not go anyone else. I usually use coupons sent by email but the price is good and pricing transparent. Trust these guys. And this location offers every service I mostly need.

They did give me good service. But they didnt vacuum the front floorboard of my car. I looked at my receipt they gave me and it stated the vacuumed was completed. I guess the vacuum was broken because it didnt happen. If they dont do it then they shouldnt of marked it that it was done.
