The service advisor was incredibly helpful and I enjoyed the ride service. I also appreciate that you give military discounts and waived the diagnostic fee. I think that better serving your customers actual needs and repairing what actually needs to be repaired you will have better success with repeat business. Do what you want with warranty work but not a cash customer. They just want to change the most expensive part and not what need fixed. I will not be returning.

I just purchased a new 2022 Nissan Frontier from Fort Worth Nissan. The entire process from start to finish was handled professionally and with no felt pressure from the staff. My salesperson Luis Corral was exceptional! Luis made sure to answer any questions I had as well as fix and resolve any issues that came up during the initial car buying process. Luis truly works for his customers and ensures they are happy with their vehicle purchase.I walked in 2 hours before closing time, Luis and Gonzalo (Sale Manger) put in the extra work to make sure I was given the best deal on my trade-in and the best rate and monthly payment possible. It was well past closing by the time I finished signing paperwork. Luis stayed late to make sure I was squared away and good to go.Unfortunately, detail and service were closed for the day by then. Les was great. I didn’t not have an appointment and came into the dealership on a Saturday. I was able to get in for service without any delay, I understand this may not always be the case due to Saturday’s typically being a very busy day for service departments, but i got lucky on this particular Saturday. Les greeted me promptly upon arrival. He was friendly, informative, and kept me up to date during entire visit at the dealership. Digital multi point sent to my phone was a great plus. First time at this dealership and zero complaints. Will return for next service interval.

I started out very happy with my car. Less 24 hours later I had my check engine light and my tire pressure light come on. I couldn’t make it back to the dealership until Thursday morning at 7 am. I do have to say that Eduardo was very sweet and helped me get into a loaner car so I could still get back to work. I returned today to get my car. It is fine now however my gas had been completely been utilized without regard of maybe making sure it was replaced. I then get messages at 4 pm saying I need to sign other paperwork. I am not happy at all with this experience. I am in the insurance industry and this is not acceptable behavior.

Horrible. They called me while I was in the area, looking online while waiting for a table at a restaurant. They invited me to come test drive the vehicle I showed interest in on line. Said they would have it pulled around and ready when I got there. Nope. They shuffled us inside and had us sit and wait. We walked around looking at vehicles instead. There were like 6 sales guys standing around the front door when we made our way back around to the front. The car I was interested in still hadnt been brought around and the guy that invited me, well, we never saw him. Asked one of the sales guys and he was no help, so we left. Made a special trip out of our way. Must not have wanted to sell a car that day. Im working with a sweet sales girl at Nissan Granbury. Her and her manager are great.

I just bought a Nissan Armanda from Ft. Worth Nissan and I love it. I made and appointment to test drive the Armada, as I was comparing several models. Brian Yancy met me in the parking lot and got me set up to drive the platinum edition that they had in stock. Although, they didn’t have the exact color I wanted on the lot, I was told they had one coming in June. I was willing to wait to get what I wanted. However the next day they found me one at another dealership, Brian drove to get the vehicle and brought it back.This was one of the best experiences that I have had in a dealership, everyone was friendly and never pushy. They didn’t try to convince me to take the one they had they found me exactly what I wanted. Thanks, Brian for taking good care of me.
My husband and I went in to just take a look after searching for several months. I am glad we did, as we were able to work with Nate. He is the best hands down! He was professional and never once tried to force us to make a decision or steer us in a direction we were not comfortable in. He explained every option for us and gave us practical advice when we asked for it. The next time I decide to buy a car I am certainly going to this dealership and using Nate again.
March 2021: No pressure when I went in to buy my first car. They didnt try to over sell me or put me in something that I couldnt afford. My sales rep chase mason was knowledgeable and nice. Sat in Line 20 minutes in service for an oil change at 8am (the time I booked my appointment) with 3 people coming by to tell me “we’ll be right with you” and nothing. Never had this problem here before and never will again I guess cause my business here is gone.
Horrible they did not complete the multipoint inspection that I had $69 for. For example, there is still no windshield fluid in my vehicle!

Nates Manager, Pete provided professional assistance it getting to an agreeable purchase price for the selected vehicle without trying to pressure a sale. Upon an agreeable decision, vehicle make ready and paperwork was quick and efficient with good overview of the vehicle and its features.

We purchased a Rogue Sport new from Nissan Fort Worth in 2017. After having to redo all of the paperwork because the financial rep messed up the numbers, we drove out happy with our purchase. In 2020 the check engine light kicked on, cylinder misfire, and we took it in under warranty. Service team switched spark plugs and told us bring it back if any issues. Totally fine..Now 2021 this dealer has gone from good to run away. Check engine light came on, another cylinder misfire, and we took it in on a Friday morning. Service guy called me a few hours later and said they couldn’t figure out what was wrong so they just cleared the check engine light… so you can’t figure out what’s wrong so just clear the light and give it back?? This is how they fix your cars… I told them that’s not acceptable and they need to figure out what is wrong. They told me they would keep it until Monday and check again (yeah right). Monday rolls around and service rep is not picking up any of my calls and finally texts me back around 3pm saying still can’t figure out anything wrong. I told them fine I’ll come pick it up… THE VERY NEXT DAY THE LIGHT COMES BACK ON.We will be taking our Nissan to another dealer for help from now on and honestly very disappointed with how they handled this.

They sure as heck fire asked a lot of questions just to show us a car. We were there answeing questions for about 15-20 minutes questions about financing (told him we wont need financing) etc. We asked simply how much was the Rogue and Kicks. He never gave us an answer. He asked for the driver license assuming that we would do a test drive. Nope. He didnt bring the keys. We didnt get to see the interior of a single Nissan. So what was the point of the hard sales pitch if we cant even see or touch the car? Save your time and money because they dont listen to what the customer wants. Never again. I think he realized that he pushed us far away and tried to get us to go back inside to talk about the cars he never showed us or talked about.

We decided that we were interested in purchasing a new 2021 Rogue and in doing an online search were able to find the car we wanted at Ft. Worth Nissan. My wife connected with their sales consultant, Erwin Candy who was able to make the negotiation and selling process as easy as possible. We were able to make a trade in and were given the Kelly Blue Book value for the car we traded.Buying a new car is a big decision and we left feeling very positive about the experience and were very pleased working with Erwin and Ft. Worth Nissan. We will definitely consider working with them again in the future when we are needing to buy cars in the future.

This review is solely based on my salesman Bryan Yancey. He was very helpful in explaining the vehicle and it’s features. We test drove the vehicle and he answered the few questions I had. We filled out the paperwork and went into finance, the entire process was about 1.5 hours I would recommend that if you go to Ft Worth Nissan you deal with Bryan
Carl Granger was a very helpful sales representative. He was thorough in his knowledge of the vehicle snd very patient with explaining how the many accessories worked. They will definitely will fix ur car but they will definitely charge u a fortune. $348 for 2 tires, just regular tires for a sedan. Crazy expensive!
Adam at FW Nissan was a great person to work with to diagnose the issue (loose control arms) and the repair/adjustment was super speedy, even with an oil change and tire rotation. Will definitely return. :)
