I didn’t expect a full detailed service but for $30, I at least expected a wipe down. My car looks untouched aside from the carpets. I have photos of when the guy gave it right back to me. I would have stayed to get it redone but I was already there from 11:31 am (receipt time) to 12:28 pm.that’s ridiculous. Not to mention, everyone else sitting outside with me was complaining about other people leaving before them that came after them. Although, we all checked receipt times and I had been there the longest. I’m very dissatisfied with my car wash and will attach photos if can.

I was very pleased with the price of my detail and the amount of effort that went into it. You can tell the staff cares here. They did an excellent job ceramic coating my new Civic as well as detailing the interior. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. You definitely get the bang for your buck here.

I’m not even sure one star is worth it! First time going and last time going! I paid for my car wash @12:37 I did not leave until 2:30!!!! And that was after asking how much longer twice! Two hours (COME ON) The employee cleaning my car did more socializing/ walking around/ and being on his phone (picture below) than anything else. Also finally when I was leaving I was fixing my mirrors and the rear view mirror was some how knocked loose literally just hanging there and same dude cleaning my car looked at me then looked at the mirror and JUST TURNED HIS HEAD AND WALKED THE OTHER WAY…….. I waited like ok maybe he’s going to come back and help me, NOPE! thank fully there was a nice gentleman in a red shirt working on the car behind me and he had the decency to come and fix my mirror. One bad apple ruined my experience here. Will take my business elsewhere next time.I couldn’t find my keys either! I didn’t think anything of it when I left thought they were in the console were I left them (push start) later I found them on the hood of my car!

I was very disappointed in my mini detailed wash. I paid over $60 for a mini detail and wax. I made sure I was at the car wash when they open because I knew a mini detail took longer than an hour. I had just bought a new car and had always brought my previous car here the two ladies at work together always do a beautiful job and I always leave them a good tip. And a tip in the little mailbox for the older man that pulls the cars up from the car wash. My car was handed off to a big fella who kept leaving my car to help pull vehicles up. I know he didnt like my car cuz my car was small and he is a bigger fella. Business did pick up as my car was moved up and pulled up to a parking spot. When I first arrived I was reminded by a nice young man that it would take 1-2 hours and I was okay with that. I made sure to come early I knew the drill. I explained this was a new car. Plz clean everything. I opened all the compartments including the trunk. No compartments for wiped down, trunk was not even vacuumed. When I left to drive home we could feel that the interior was very greasy and you could see the spray patterns how many areas were not wiped down. The back seat still had marks from the car seat of the previous owner. Nothing in the back seat was wiped down.The the rims were still dirty not wiped. When the heavy set gentleman said my car was ready did confirm that I received a mini detail. He agreed and I said well its only been 40 minutes and normally a mini detail takes longer than an hour. After Trying to fix my mats that couldnt be saved. cleaning and wiping down, interior, backseat, back of the front seats, door frames, trunk, compartments, rims . I tried to call the number on the website, as well as the number on Google no answer. I left an email for the manager through the contact of the web page to please get back with me and I still have not received an answer. This was over a week ago. For a customer that always enjoyed going here. I cannot believe I havent heard anything. If they saw my face or my previous car they would remember me. It just disappoints me when you get used to enjoying a place you normally go to and they do you wrong like this. I still cant believe they ripped up my mats and they couldnt even say Im sorry or try to fix them. Theyre not even hard to get off you just push the button. And its a new car, still has the paper tag on it.

I had a windshield chip repair. Modesto repaired my windshield in 20 minutes and offered me a free car wash! He was professional. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. I just went here today and this was the results I had to show them all that bird droppings in my window. They act like they didnt care maybe they didnt want to do my SUV. I paid 12.00 at HEB car wash my car be clean I just stick to they car wash.

I read the other reviews about items being STOLEN but couldnt believe it until it happened to me! I forgot I left my Fitbit watch ($149) in the middle console. I waited to ensure I didnt leave it elsewhere but I tracked it to here!!! I dont know which worker has it but I want it back! And this is after paying the full detail of $180+ tip! Ive been coming here for years but will never go again!

Went today for the first time to get a state inspection. It came with a free basic wash but due to my toddler always touching the windows and interior needed a vacuum I asked Dan I upgrade to something to something else and I would pay. I was advised I’ll get a $5 off for any package I chose. I did the $25 gold package. My exterior, windows and some of the interior of the car was immaculate but I could’ve vacuumed my car WAYYYYY better than what I got. Between the state inspection and car wash I waited about 45 minutes. Not too bad but they did a half a$$ job with vacuuming. It was the first thing I noticed. Decided to just leave in peace but won’t be back. First and last for me.

City View is the best car wash in Fort Worth, Texas. Jacob Lopez is a wonderful sales man. He is always is so helpful and assisting in picking out the best service for my needs. The rest of the staff cleaned my car and made it feel brand new. I will definitely be returning.

I would like to give Jacob and Delfino 5 stars for today’s service. I arrived at their business after going to 3 other car wash companies today telling me that they could not take care of the tree sap stains on my white BMW .Jacob assured that they could take care of my problem in a timely and fit me in even through though the business were completely packed with customers. And Delfino performed a detail on my vehicle and was able to handle stains of tree sap on my white BMW’s paint job with a hand wax job. The results were BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!! This was the first time I used this company and I will keep returning from now on because of the professional job they performed today ! Took my company vehicle for a gold wash. Initially I was pleased, but when I got home I noticed the company fuel card was missing. It was laying under a bottle of Mio which would’ve had to be moved in order to pick up. I went back to complain and the manager accepted responsibility and gave me a ticket for a free wash. I forget his name but he was very professional. I had pretty much moved on from the issue until today when I noticed the small tool pouch I keep under my seat is missing as well. I won’t blame the entire establishment for the actions of one person but someone there is clearly up to no good. Learn from my mistake and take EVERYTHING OUT before getting car cleaned. Unfortunately, free wash or not I won’t be back.

JR used to ask what kind of oil do you need for your car and I always chose Mobil 1 synthetic to comply with the Lexus maintenance requirement. However, in November 2020 I asked for Mobil 1 and he put a different synthetic oil in there. Yet on the invoice it did say Mobil 1. 6/16/21 after my oil change, i realized they did not put Mobil1 again, when confronted, JR said he will replace the oil at no cost and when i agreed, he came back and said they are out of Mobil1. How shady is that. BTW i have been going there since 2005 for my oil change. It has never been this bad. It only became this bad when they had an ownership change. Is it time to look for another place???

Took my car here yesterday... not impressed for $28 it listed I be getting tire&wheel shine, car air freshener spray and window cleaning included in the GOLD option. My windows were not clean, no tire&wheel shine, and no air freshener spray whatsoever. My car did not smell bad but I would of liked it to have the new car smell or any scent sprayed in there just a little bit at least.

I paid for a mini detail was $150 When they got finished my truck was still dirty had mud on the rims also had to tell them multiple times to wipe stuff down Also had items missing from my truck and had the seats cleaned and were not clean. Its rained the next morning so I took it back they ran it tho the wash and barely wiped it down did not clean the tires Very poor job

I went to this location just to get gas because I used the app called GasBuddy. The gas was only $2.69 here. That’s the lowest in this area. I was shocked. While I was here, I was talking to the manager Modesto and he offered me $5 of a $15 car wash due to me losing my original receipt from my oil change that I received a week earlier from the lube Center. To top it off, when Modesto was helping his employees catch up with the rush by cleaning cars, he ended up cleaning my car and offered to clean my custom rims if I just wrote a review on Google. This is the best service I’ve ever had. He’s gone outside of the box just to make me happy. Thank Modesto.

I came here yesterday to get my seats cleaned and interior detailed. The guy straight up told me they dont want to detail my car at 4pm. Completely unprofessional. I dont understand why I was turned away, but thats okay I will continue my business with BRITEZONE, I figured I might give yall a chance but had a horrible first contact.

I bought the ultimate car wash and the guy said that a towel dry was not included even though the sign said that it was! I paid $19 only to go through the carwash and my car not be clean when I arrived home about 45 minutes later. I will return tomorrow morning because I am not at all pleased. There is too much work, and not enough staff. I was going to have my car detailed but I have changed my mind.

A few weeks ago, there was an accident, but the manager, Modesto, and the crew got it taken care of. Many places would have probably given you a hard time, but not the Cityview team. Changing my 5 stars to 1 stars. Called an hour beforehand and asked if they were able to wash a Dually truck, they said yes. Drove 30 minutes to Cityview, waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come up just for them to turn me away and say they couldn’t wash it today.

I brought my car to these guys yesterday. A Mercedes S-class and it was all scratched up and dented. Took it back there and they disputed it was not them. A Mercedes I bought less than a month ago.If u value your car, please don’t take it to these guys or you will regret it.

Weve been sitting here for at least 2 hours and they are backed up. One side has about 5 people working on one care and thiers 6 cars on the other side still waiting to be detaild. On the other side thiers 4 people working one person on one car. I dont get how these people are doing thier jobs. Very unorganized. 2 friggen horses todo darn car. Very bad.

They do a nice job here. Staff is friendly and courteous. If you are getting your interior cleaned it will take some time.

Very pleased with the job they did on my car. Im very picky when I get a car wash with how they clean the inside. They did a good job. They got it out in a timely manner. Suggest you get their early if possible as they get extremely busy.

This was my first visit to this car wash. They did an excellent job cleaning my vehicle. The staff was very nice and professional. I have racks on the top of my car for a paddle board. The racks are 1500 dollars. The car wash ripped one of the racks off and damaged the rack very badly. They said since it wasn’t factory, it something that was put on after the car was bought, they couldn’t do anything about it. If it had been factory then they would pay for the damage. The first manager I spoke with was very nice but didn’t offer any sort of solution. I left feeling very unhappy about the situation. I contacted the car wash about 30 min later and spoke to Rocio, “Rosy”, she was very helpful. I came back the next day and she took care of the situation. Offered a solution that worked well for me. Before I spoke to Rosy I swore I would never go back, but after dealing with her I won’t go to another car wash. She’s awesome and made a bad situation good. Thank you so much for everything Rosy!

Great experience! Excellent at getting all the dog hair out of my truck and I have 2 German shepherds! Always looks and smells fresh when they are finished! I drive all the way from Mansfield just to use them.

I am always impressed with how far above and beyond they do with my car. They give it 100% effor weather I choose the Platinum or Mini Detail package. Plus, you cant beat a 72 hour promise. Give this place a try instead of doing it yourself.

I wouldnt return there if you paid me. Nothing got cleaned. Bug splatters were not washed off and my truck still looked dirty. I would stay away. I would give 0 stars if I could

I bought a monthly package but anytime I come and get my car cleaned, they always charge me an extra $5. They do no additional work on my vehicle and it depends on who you talk to. The people actually working on your vehicle tell you you don’t owe anything but the people in the office who have your vehicle keys tell you another. On top of that plan on waiting incredibly long for anything other than the $5 car wash.

First time there and it was okay. Cleans much better than the carwash on little Road.

Truthfully I think this is one of the best carwashes around. I would give my them a five except for their timing on hand wash. I took my truck there to get a handwash because I was told I had to because of the off-road tires. I was told it would take about 45 minutes to an hour. I was literally there for 2 and half hours!!!! After 45 mins they hadnt even started on the truck. I think they should add additional 30 mins toestimated time so the will know if they will be willing to wait or not

I have been getting my oil changed here for years and Ive never had a problem. The service is quick and fast and the customer service is great. They have multiple packages for car detailing which vary in price depending on what your looking for, they do a great job at this as well. I highly recommend this establishment.

UPDATE: We took my wifes car to Cityview Car Wash Saturday (2/1/2020) and we only had to wait 55 minutes. Now if you have an hour to kill, thats fine. We didnt. My wife pointed out the sign on their door which read, You have just experienced Fort Worths best and fastest full-service wash, with a roll of the eyes. When we finally got our car, we noticed that they had improperly folded down the rear seats and left them down and moved the front seats up. I can understand why they might move them for vacuuming, but they should be returned to the same positions. We had to take more time to readjust the seats.The washing line stopped 3 or 4 times while we were there. Its clear that the bottleneck in their process is the drying and final cleaning stage. They need to add at least 1 or 2 people per car so they can keep up with the pace of the wash. That should be the limiting factor.Id recommend going to University Car Wash if youd prefer a great car wash in much less time...and a free latte. At least until Cityview speeds up their process without reducing quality. I hope this is helpful.They did a good job but were a little slow compared with other full service car washes. Ill try them again to see if its normal time for them. They did have friendly staff. Faster and better is always best. People want to be on their way quickly.

Have been coming here for years, but since I now live out of town, I hadn’t been here for a while. I can’t believe that even with the declining Covid numbers and the state lifting all Covid restrictions, if you won’t wear a mask they MAKE you wait outside for your vehicle. I won’t be back.

Delfinio detailed my ride and had it looking show room quality when it was done. For the value I have not found a better place. They do 200 dollar work for 60 to 80 dollars.

This was an amazing experience! Christmas Miracle!My car was dying out across the street and I pulled in just hoping that someone could tell me what to do. JR was there (beyond closing hours) and was eager to help me out and take a look, he filled my oil for free because I desperately needed it, recommended a new battery as well but my car was still not staying on. He then did a deeper inspection and found the problem, (something had come loose, I think my air filter) and he fixed it up and I was able to make it back home! JR told me he is the manager and it made his day just to help somebody in need and I can genuinely see it in his eyes! People like this restore my trust and faith in humanity! Mind is blown by this man JR at city car wash and oil change.

Best car wash around that i have found. The $17 wash is perfect and everyone is so friendly. I feel spoiled when I go there and they pay attention to detail when pre scrubbing my suv and cleaning the rims. I would suggest this place to everyone. Ive been to some pretty bad car washes around town so Im glad I finally found one that has good employees and doesnt scratch my car up. I wont go anywhere else for a wash and i plan to do my inspection there soon too. 10/10

This is the Slowest Full Service Car Wash I’ve ever encountered. They move cars through here at the speed of smell. Ridiculous.Your answer would be acceptable had I had enough time to actually have the entire process that I paid for completed. Unfortunately it took 50 minutes and I had to be at work and could not wait any longer.

Decent customer service. If they dont dry your car physically you need to drive 100mph down 20 to prevent hard water spots. Doing a prescrub before you go into the wash is a nice touch bit unsure what it really does. Only way I could address owner answers was to edit my review. My car has not been hand dried the last 2-3 times Ive been there. I just assumed that if you use the kiosk, there was no hand drying as this is the only option Ive had time for.

I like the service but Delfina is the best he knows how to clean a car,I will be requesting him for now on...
