I pick up freight here often, and Ive been left waiting for 2 hours before. Ive been left waiting AT LEAST an hour on more than 3 occassions. Reading some of the other reviews, this is obviously something theyre not willing to address. Theres a woman who works on the docks, and unless shes working, Ill wait for at least an hour before someone will even acknowledge my existence. Shes always been helpful and very fast, but she cant work every shift. The amazing thing is, the security guard at the front gate calls and TELLS them Im coming, so theres SOME forewarning. Honestly, whats the point of having security call to the docks if theyre going to continue to unload freight and ignore the people that are there to pick it up? Its bad enough getting called to pick the freight up ASAP to just go down there and sit for hours. I hate coming to this location and will change my shipping to Yellow. I have to drive 30 minutes away, but Ill be helped faster and not ignored. Ive honestly never seen anything like this!

After waiting an hour to get my freight sorted I had to leave. This terminal has no concept of time and will leave you waiting in your vehicle forever. No professional courtesy and no common sense here. Moving forward, I will not be using Fed Ex freight due to my experience at this location.

Shipped something with them a few weeks ago. The customer received it damaged with the bands on the pallet broken, and FedEx refusing to take any blame for it! And the kicker is that we would have to pay a $550 deductible through our freight company to get $450 back from them if we won... so wed lose $100 just to prove a point, plus all the time we would waste messing with them. We will never be shipping with FedEx again!

Have to say, Ive been working here for over two decades. I love my job and I work with some amazing people. That being said, I would definitely use FedEx Freight to ship my own personal things.

They were supposed to deliver it to the job by noon today that didnt happen. Was scheduled to pick it up this afternoon that didnt happen. They said they had 2 have a letter to pick it up that didnt happen.

Ample parking took less than 3 hours to load after dropping trailer BUT watch out and get your load locks they dont put them back on their own.

Get you loaded on time. I was loaded early. Lots of construction in area and hard to navigate in, but that is not FedExs fault.

The while load is loaded on load locks and they Mack u in hook and wait like 7 hr ..need new menegmant soon as possible for the better USA. On top of it the superviser stole my 4 load locks I asked him absurd it he said beat it or else.... Plus my trailer is damaged I did not get mint I got hed aick now I have to go tru the insurance for the demages and stolen load locks this happened2 am 11/1/2013
