False advertising. They do not have a “4 day on/4 day off” schedule as they claim on their website.

I have tried a bunch of trucking jobs and finally struck gold at Balkan Express. The best freight I ever hauled, the most legal miles I ever got, the best truck I ever drove, (2020 Volvo 70mph) and Danial is the best driver manager I ever had. I see no reason to ever work anywhere else.A nice atmosphere at the terminal is a bonus. Really nice people! I highly recommend this company if you are a hard worker and want to make some money.

Loved this company my first and we ran like the wind. Had to leave bc my wife go sick. Theyre a great company and Big Zee will treat and talk to you like a man not just an employee. If you want to run and get paid like it. Then this is your place. Hope to come back once my wifes medical situation is taken care of!!

Ths company will run you, but when you have an emergency they take care of you. I had emergency surgery then the very same day I come back my daughter went into labor. They made sure I was there for the birth of my grandchild.

Great place, great miles, and an even greater dispatcher. No trucking company is perfect but overall, this is the place to be. I don’t have to beg for hometime and I’m always taken care of.

Fast orientation process had decent conversation with the owner of the company even all the staff seem very professional Im confident this place will be trucking for many many years to come. I was a little let down that I have to wait for the new truck but they did offer me an older 1 I just prefer to not swap all my gear especially when you consider tv microwave c.b. radio antennas ect... then do it all again a week later. But I was impressed by the openness of the owner Z he will talk to ya and seems willing to get your back if you have his. Thats what I enjoy about Europeans loyalty and business minded. I can work with that. I want to know what to expect from the job, and what they expect from me and we ALL get PAID

I started working for this company in February 2013 and I absolutely love my job. I work in the payroll department and everyone is awesome.

Great place to work for. The owner, office personnel and dispatchers are easy to get along with. Good equipment but some of these trucks inside are totally trashed due to some of the nasty drivers.

Great people great personal place has changed a lot and I believe its for the better now they need more fore drivers but other than that good place to work and I have been here for 4yrs...

I almost got ran over by 1 of their drivers in a truck stop. I tell him to open his eyes and he starts yelling and cussing at me. I walk behind his tractor(bobtail)and he puts it in reverse and had i not jumped out of the way he wouldve hit me.I call their Safety department and they wouldnt request video tape to substantiate my claims. Just covered for the Lunatic they have driving their customers freight. He is 1 road rage incident away from a lawsuit. Is that the type of company you want to entrust your cargo with?Thanks for doing nothing to keep the public safe from this wreckless driver!

Today June 20th at 11 a.m. one of your drivers almost hit us head on while trying to turn right into the left hand turn lane we were parked in waiting to leave the parking lot. This happened just off I-15 and highway 6 in the Spanish Fork Wal-Mart parking lot. The driver was white and had a shaved head. He had a lady in the truck with him. I called your company to report it and was told your safety person would call me back...it has been almost two hours and no call.We honked and he stopped....we starting backing up....he thought it was a good idea to start heading towards us again....we honked and waved wildly again.....he stopped....we backed up and had to turn right and get turned around to get on the freeway for our trip.

I think i worked for them in 2015 loved the company they brought me right on didnt have to do a drive test cause i rolled up in my kllm truck the day they hired me and cleaned that truck out to put it in they truck they had the truck i wanted to the volvo 780 i had to quit cause my wife at the time wanted me to be local but im no longer with her thank god hopefully when i get my license back child support took from me Daniel will hire me back i love running for them

Ive been with this company for a year as a driver. They have been very good to me. I run the miles and make the money. Ze has kept his word on our agreement upon me being hired that means alot to me. I have been with other companies who have told me one thing to get me in their truck and once I was in the truck the agreement changed. Im very pleased with my company and will be here years to come.

Balkan Express picked up a 1950 Studebaker from us in California and delivered to our buyer in Vermont. Very careful and professional with the handling of this car and very good price for enclosed shipping. Thank you Victor.

DID A EMERGENCY JOB FOR THESE GUYS . MUD FLAP BRACKET, WITH NEW MUD FLAP. I WAS EVEN NICE TO PUT A MATCHING MUDD FLAP ON THE OTHER SIDE FOR FREE . . WELDED ON A NEW BRACKET . INSTALLED 2 NEW MUD FLAPS WITH NEW BOLTS, WASHERS, LOCKING NUTS AND ALSO PAINTED ALL REPAIRS . CHARGED THE CUSTOMER HALF HOUR ON SERVICE WHICH IS USUALLY $100.00 A HOUR ( EMERGENCY JOB, HAD TO TAKE A MECHANIC OFF A JOB TO DO THIS JOB ) . CHARGED THE CUSTOMER ONLY $42.00 DOLLARS PLUS PARTS . THE JOB TOOK A HOUR BUT AGAIN AWAS NICE ENOUGH TO HELP OUT . THE MAIN GUY ( JAY ) WAS MAD BECAUSE THE BID ON THE TOP OF MY HEAD I SAID AROUND $150.00 TOTAL WAS 176.00 . HE COMPLAINED FOR 30 MINS ABOUT PAYING HIS BILL . I NOTICED IT SAID THIS COMPANY IS OUT OF TEXAS, SO PRICES ARE ALOT DIFFERENT . LABOR RATES IN TEXAS ARE 55.00 A HOUR . OUR LABOR RATE IN SEATTLE ARE 87.00 WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY 14 YEARS OF BEING A FOREMAN . I WOULD NEVER DO ANY WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AGAIN .

OMG I would give 0 stars if i could. This is the worst company ever. My husband worked here for 2 yrs and they never paid him Time in a half. He only stayed so long because he had to take care of his family. They would also not pay him all his money. He would have to literally go up to his manger every week about it. Went on a trip to Amarillo to fix a truck and never paid him for that either. If you try and go tell your boss or manager anything they will fire you! They are so money hungry here. Dont expect to get a raise here either. I can go on and on about this company. Its not a good one to work at for a mechanic or driver.

***VERY DANGEROUS DRIVERS***had an experience last night with one of the trucks in ft worth,tx. I saw an opening in front of the truck so i got over and when i did they shined a lazer in my car blinding me...i have tried to reach the company to report this but no one answered the phone and the voicemails are full...***VERY DANGEROUS DRIVERS***

Work for them back in 2013.Paid on time, decent pay check, reward for dot inspection, brand new equipment, flexibile home time, what else driver can ask

No paid holidays no workers compensation no benefits cut off pay periods limited parking for company trucks poor maintennance

This company and there drivers have no respect for the public a driver made a right hand turn in Albuquerque NM almost hit me if I hadnt moved in time then the lady driver got mad like it was my fault threatening and making rude obscene gestures so as I called toreport them there dispatcher wouldnt let me speak to the safety department and hung up on us this is why truck drivers or as she was steering wheel holder have a bad wrap.

One of their idiot drivers parks their semi truck in a residential area. I cant help wonder what other violations theyre ok with breaking.
