My husband purchased my engagement ring here. He was able to choose something unique. And then we designed my wedding band here using the stones from my grandma’s ring. It turned out so beautiful. They customer service is excellent and they’re quite fast when it comes to custom jewelry.

I posted a picture of my engagement ring/band set I picked up yesterday. Obsessed is an understatement. I had it custom made to fit around my engagement ring like a puzzle piece and couldn’t be happier. I really didn’t want to take it off! (Not getting married til October) The pricing was SO much better than the other big box stores and it only took about 3 weeks from start to finish. I was quoted 4 months at other stores. I was recommended by multiple family and friends to come here, and I’m so glad I did. We will be taking other family rings in to melt down to create my fiancé’s band in a few weeks. Can’t wait to see how amazing his turns out!

We have used them to have a ring sized and then possibility of looking at a new ring. When my fiance was in there to talk to them about a custom ring. That he had multiple pictures of what he was looking for. He was passed to 3 different sales people with no want to actually help him. We were there dropping off a the ring to get sized but the lady was very stand offish with actually helping us the day before. Kept checking here watch and just seemed annoyed. She showed us a few things. Told us to find the price point that work for us and then they could help better. Well we did that but no luck on their help. Update when he went in to pick up the ring from being sized much better experience.

I came here because I’ve always heard great things about their repair services, they’ve been around for forever and I’ve known plenty of people who took their watches and jewelry here. When my ring broke this was the first place that came to mind. They had it fixed within 2 business days! Every single person there was very knowledgeable and friendly, they are also super reasonably priced. Next time I’m in the market for jewelry this will definitely be my first stop.

I have been to Collections Fine Jewelry before because of the price, fast service and quality of what we had done which was numerous watch battery changes and rhodium of our wedding rings. We went back to Collections to add a matching band the other side of my wedding ring. It took 3 months and 3 revisits to get it right which wouldnt be a problem but there was numerous things for instance:Initally they said 4 weeks....when I went to pick it up they didnt size it and I put my original ring size on and couldnt get it off. My finger was swelling and started turning blue and no employee asked if we needed help. (I later found out on the 3rd visit from another employee that they have windex for issues like this). They sized me when my finger was swollen and noticed they didnt engrave the lines to match on the sides. They said to resize would take a week it ended up being another 4 weeks.2nd visit.....my ring was way to big and the lines wasnt engraved on the sides.1 week later - 3rd visit....the ring was the right size but the lines wasnt engraved on the sides.After the 2nd time some employees were irritated and a little rough with their tone of voice. I remained calm because I want my diamond ring back with the quality diamonds I originally have on it. No one ever apologized for their mistakes nor did they offer a discount of any sort. We will never go back there from this experience. This is too bad because the first person who started with us initially was great but never seen him afterwards.

Great small family business. Stopped by today, to get some watch batteries replaced, they were very busy with Holiday shoppers, but still delivered great service. They replaced the batteries in less than 15 minutes and had me on my way. Got the same respect and service for my little $20.00 repair, as the man next to me looking at expensive wedding sets. This is why they get my business. I am a big supporter of small businesses that have survived by doing good honest business . We need them, and they need us . Collections is my first stop if I have jewlery needs.

Stones were falling out of my ring. They tightened it up and made the ring shine and sparkle like it was brand new. Someone called me as soon as it was done to let me know it was ready. They accept credit cards but charge 3 to 3.5% depending upon the type of card. FYI we are new to the area and when this emergency repair was needed I just kept my fingers crossed that the one referral I had was a good one. Since then, many more long term residents have said Collections Jewelers is trustworthy and very good.

I will never go to a big box jewelry store (or any other jewelry store for that matter) after my experiences with Collections Fine Jewelry! They brought my custom wedding band with heirloom diamonds and engagement ring set to life and perfection for an incredibly reasonable price, (it’s been 3 years and I STILL get compliments on my wedding set), the cleaning and sizing services are always fast and perfect, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and honest. Great experience! We had an heirloom ring that we wanted to reset into a modern design. Tricia helped us the whole way through and made our ring more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed. Overall the process was quick and pleasant. Would recommend Tricia or any one at Collections to my closest friends and family.

Collections did a superb job in helping me create the perfect engagement ring. I came to them with a design idea and they came back with images of the ring. We tweaked a few things to make sure it was perfect. Then they showed me a wax model of the final ring and it looked great considering it was a green wax ring. Then they helped me search for the perfect diamond. They were very helpful and patient with me when looking for the right diamond to go with the setting that we worked on. After everything was said and done, I had an immaculate ring that my fiancee loves to show off and receives numerous comments on it wherever we go. Thank you Linda and Shawn for all of your help!

Bought a ring 5-19-20, prong broke off and stone missing 5-28-20. Took back today and owner refused refund my money due to you hadto hit that and break off the prong my discretion i will not refund it. So very upset and will NEVER recommendtheis company to anyone.

Several years ago (like 20), I went to Collections to have them custom make a Family ring for my mother. It turned out beautifully and I still havent seen one like it. Please be aware! The owner of this business turned down doing an appraisal on a ring that was ordered and said that he could have it done for half the price. We waited for 4 weeks for him to finally get back with us after taking in loose diamonds also and he couldnt come close to half the price of the ring......Did not stand up to his word, delayed our engagement, and we went with a totally different ring because of him.

My boyfriend and I worked with Collections to have a custom engagement ring made. We provided printed images and discussed our vision with them several times. After a month of no word from them, they provided a design that was nowhere near what we wanted. We continued to work with them for two and a half months waiting for a design that matched our vision. We had little to no communication from them and when we did, we received excuses and in no uncertain terms said we werent spending enough money to be worth their time. What started off as an exciting endeavor soon turned in to a nightmare of wasted time, disrespect and disappointment. We have moved on to a new jeweler who has shown us the utmost respect regardless of our spending budget and have learned that our experience is a common complaint of this establishment.

I’ve used Collections for several pieces of jewelry and have always been very pleased. I needed to have a custom piece made by Collections resized. I had to wait a week and a half to get the ring back and it is now thin in the back and no longer has the round circumstance. The ring now has to be repaired by another jeweler. This is not the same quality I’m used to receiving from them. Very disappointed and will not go back.

Their customer service is terrible. I just bought a pocket watch from there and it was missing a chain. So I ordered one and was told at the time of purchase that the watch was $135 (which is what the tag said) and the chain would be $40 but they had to order it. Which was fine. So I paid $189.44 after tax and didnt think a thing about it since the company I work for uses them a lot for various things and my parents have always had their watches repaired and whatnot there. Well, then they dont return my call to check on it after two weeks so I finally call them myself after 3 weeks and my watch is ready, however they are now making me pay for the chain AGAIN. I tell them that it was paid for initially and they said no it was just the watch. So I ask to see the tag that was initially on the watch because I saw it myself and even if it was supposedly $175 to begin with that is not what the sales person told me because that is not what was on the tag so when I was charged that without being told that they were mistaken on the price (which human error happens but it should have been told to me when he put it in the computer and charged me initially) they should not have charged me a different price and told me I was paid in full. I even asked again to make sure so that I could just stop by and pick it up without having to worry about paying again. I asked to see the tag that was on it initially which should still be with it because I never took it home and now they claim to not have it. They say the SKU matches the tag and tried to explain that would be the case. I have worked in retail for 10 years, I know what a SKU is and that the tag doesnt always match the computer, especially if the tag is handwritten. Seriously. I am very upset that I trusted these people, they even called me kiddo when I walked in because the salesman recognized me. I am almost 30 but I look about 20... Do they just treat younger people this way? I am too old for this nonsense!

Everyone I spoke to there was very kind and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my visit there and will be back for all my jewelry needs.

Purchased several pieces over the years here, and always recommended them to others. However, on my last visit to have my ring repaired, they first quoted me a price, then told me that was wrong but they would honor the quote. Then when I went to pick up the ring, it was badly scraped (damaged) on the top part of what was to be a newly rebuilt/ refinished piece. I ask them what happened, and was told I must have brought it in that way....... That was what they were paid to fix in the quote!!!! They repaired it, but gave me the cold shoulder brush off when I went in to pick it up. I will never take jewelry back there, and recommend you dont either. They give curt service if you dont look like you have lots of money to drop while you are there.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here to look at engagement rings after work one day. We were buzzed in and looked around for a bit- no acknowledgement. We waited for fifteen minutes and were finally acknowledged by a woman only because she had to get something from the counter near where we were standing. She asked if wed been helped, and we said no, we were waiting, and she just walked away. We waited another five minutes, thinking that someone would finally help us, but no one came back, no well be right with you. It wasnt busy- only two other customers, and two women behind the counter seemed to be just working on paperwork. Finally we left. We will not be returning- absolutely horrible customer service. It would have been fine if someone seemed to even be interested in helping us but they were busy, but this was not the case.
