Terrible service took 2 watches in to get fixed and I was wondering why the charge to fix 1 is because they damage the band when I brought it to there attention they act like it was already there well why didn’t you offer to fix it and make money?

I bought my wife a ring and our only choice was to get it three sizes to big. The problem was that every jewelry dealer we went to see made it to sound impossible to size to her smaller finger so from the price to the overall issues you would deal with doing such a procedure to the time limit price or just not having the skills to get the job done. I tried one more store and it was the right one not only could he fix it and he gave me a great discount far more reasonable then any other store by the time we left and went swimming he was finished. The job we were told to avoid or it was just to risky and expensive and I would have had to send it away for who knows how long. The ring was ready in a matter of hours done flawlessly.

Need to update their hours online. Drove up there on a Sunday bc it said they were open when they were not. When I went in Tuesday though they were very nice, fixed two of my chains at a reasonable price and very quickly (a couple hours).

I brought in my great grandmothers ring to be repaired. It really only has value to me. They treated me like I had brought in Crown Jewels. When I picked up this ring then they wanted to know the history of the ring. Thank you for doing such a great job.

I only gave a three star rating because they are too pricey.My husband wanted to have the batteries replaced in 3 of my watches. The guy that assisted us was kind of misleading also; when my husband asked how much would it cost, he told us 29.95; so my husband and I both thought that was a good price. But the guy didn’t tell us it would cost that much for each watch. So we were really surprised when it was time to pay, when he told my husband $90.00. Good thing it was also for a lifetime warranty. If it wasn’t for that, we probably wouldn’t have done it. I just wish the guy would’ve been more upfront about the cost.

Always friendly and responsive to any questions about their service and/or products. I had watches that were gifted to me from love ones that needed repairs. After being told by jewelry stores it would be cheaper buying something else, Fast-Fix reapered 2 watches and a bracelet for a lot less. I was wearing these items even though they werent working or wired up, but now the work and look great. Ive purchased some items from there as well.

Asking $69.95 per watch to change out just watch battery (middle-class Movado & Fossil) is rip-off. Even Tourneau charges $49.95 with light polish finish in the end. The technician couldn’t even describe what services are included in. So I went over Pro Jewelry Fix (5mins away), and the gentleman described me exactly what he would perform on them and described the mechanism of both watches, and charged me $39.95 & $29.95, which are the market price.

Terrible service, I’m a collector of watches and they didn’t know how to fix the watch so they guessed and my watch was destroyed and they had no explanation. Now I’m out a watch.. please don’t waste your money or time with these people!!!!

Pretty terrible repair on my wifes cat ring, they even tried to repair the eye that was not damaged and added the terrible prongs all around the outside. I have had a wedding band repaired here before and they did a decent job.UPDATE: I was contacted by the manager Rachel after posting this, she was very rude and treated me like a problem more than a customer, she said she had gotten a call from the her manager and was attempting to fix the issue I had with the ring(likely after I posted my review), I informed her I had already bought my wife a brand new one, she then got an attitude with me on the phone and argued with me about the situation, I told her I was not going to pay for the ring and I would like if they would remove the stone and I could go back and get the ring so I could have the extra diamond in case my wife lost another one in the future. She told me she would talk to her boss and see what she could do.The next day she called me again, and the first thing she said on the call was my manager spoke with our LEGAL department implying that they would pursue some sort of litigation due to my bad review, and told me they would return the ring to me free of charge if I removed my review, after telling her that I would not be removing my review and that they could just keep the ring she said honey I have gone above and beyond for you and continued to patronize me as if I was a child throwing a fit. I was simply dissatisfied with the service rendered and told her that I was no longer interested in talking to her and to have a good day, she then mentioned (right before hanging up) that I was falsely advertising YES, she said I was providing false advertisement with my google review... firstly, thats incorrect terminology, and second, any manager that wants to save a customer knows that they dont threaten people with litigation over a google review, instead she should have followed customer recovery protocol (most businesses teach their managers this)The next day I get a call from Alex, the jeweler at fast-fix, he was very apologetic for the problems I had with the ring, made it very clear to me that he wanted to satisfy me with their services and said he had expedited a matching stone in the mail overnight, and he had taken care of it first thing when he got into work that day, and it was available for pickup. No arguement, pure respect and utmost professionalism, exactly the way the manager Rachel SHOULD HAVE handled the situation.I picked up the ring and it looked FLAWLESS, almost brand new, Alex was very kind to me and never gave me an issue, he should be the jeweler AND manager, I wish he had talked to me the first time around.I will return here again, and have my jewelry fixed/cleaned as long as I do not have to talk to or deal with Rachel.Below are the photos of the ring when I refused to pick it up, and the photos of the ring when Alex handed it to me personally.I highly recommend fast-fix for your jewelry repairs and cleaning, just avoid the Manager Rachel.

It was my first time coming to Fast- Fix. I needed to get my Michael Kors battery change so I got that done. Customer service was great.

I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with the price and speed with which they repaired my Mom’s watch.

I had called a couple days prior to find out if they could repair my watch, and told them I would visit. I called starting an hour or so before I arrived to make sure they were there, but they never picked up. When I arrived, they had the gate down 45 minutes before closing time. The guy was completely flippant. Dont visit; they dont respect their hours or your time.Update: They responded below. This did not occur last week; this was on a Friday in September, and they had closed before 6:15.

The service is quite comparable in price, the work they do is absolutely astonishing. Their knowledge of watches is quite vast, and the jewelers work has never ceased to amaze me. Also, they offer a lifetime warranty on battery changes. So for a one time fee, you will have battery changes for life.

I wouldnt bother wasting time and money and just sent your phone back to the manufacturer. My screen cracked on my Motorola X Pure and honestly not many places around are able to fix a phone thats not an iPhone or Galaxy so I brought it here in hopes of getting it back faster and cheaper than sending the phone back to the manufacturer. It wasnt cheaper. It was the same price as sending back to the manufacturer if not more (I think around $160). I did get my phone back in the week they quoted, however, my phone was given back to me without the front camera flash bulb. I was told that they had to order it and they would call me in about a week when it was delivered so I could bring my phone in and have it replaced really fast. Fast forward to almost a year later to several phone calls and in-store visits, each with the promise that they would order the bulb and it would be there in a week, my phone STILL has no front camera flash bulb. Also, my phone was given back to me with the glass screen feeling loose and the front speaker grills no longer fitting into the glass correctly. Also, after about a month, my phone started getting a yellow heat spot on the left side of the screen that was never there before. I feel like I just ruined my phone and wasted my time and money. From now on, any new phone I buy will go straight back to the manufacturer for any issues. Id rather wait a little longer or pay a little more (both are not likely) if it means getting the job done right.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, friendly help! The staff is very customer oriented. They know what they are doing. The place we went to previously for ipad & phone repairs was also on Hulen. They messed up on our repairs numerous times so we gave up on them. This time we went to Fix it Fast and they fixed it quickly, properly and even repaired the things the last place messed up. They were very good about communicating what they did and why they did it. We will be taking our devices to Fix it Fast from now on. I feel so much better now that we have found a place that is professional.

On 12/18/2017 I went to the store to have my IPhone 6 serviced for a possible charging port issue. I believe the sales associate Nikky told me the cost would be roughly $50.00. Now he could have been dishonest with me I wouldnt have know the difference my charging port was fine a small piece of lint from my jacket pocket lodged in the port preventing the connection. I truly appreciate honest customer service two thumbs up. Will definitely recommend them as well as use them in the future. God Bless and Happy Holidays.

Wonderful experience!! I had dropped my phone in some water and it was fully submerged for a few seconds. It wasnt working right the next day so I took it in to Fix It Fast and they told me it would take about 3 hours to fix it. I came back after running some errands and it was ready in only 2! While there I decided to buy a new case in the event something like this happened again. They put it on for me (sounds simple but it is a Lunatik brand and requires the case to be screwed together) without hesitation. It has been two weeks and Ive had no issues with my phone. The customer service was exceptional and Ive recommended Fix It Fast to all my friends with frequent phone issues. I wont go anywhere else!

I cannot recommend these folks enough! My sons ASUS android tablet wouldnt charge and wouldnt power on. Within an hour and a half, they had it working again - and - it was almost fully charged when I picked it up from them! Same day service! I feel we were charged a fair price for the diagnostic/repair service they provided (less than $40), the folks there were friendly & knowledgeable, and Id be more than happy to visit them again if needed! Top-level service!

The Fast Fix Jewelry Repair in Hulen Mall provided me EXCELLENT Customer service! I called them before I went to their store, specifically to try and get a feel of the business and staff.I spoke with Alex, who was professional and reassuring. He answered all of my questions on the phone, and when I arrived at the store he remembered me and the 3 things I needed to have done.Specifically I was seeking a Jeweler who could remove my 1.14 carat diamond from the original setting. From past experiences in a different state, I had some concerns. Alex cleaned my ring, tested the diamond and allowed me to watch him removed the stone from the setting. Additionally, Alex replaced the batteries in my two Movado watches.Yes, I will be a repeat customer. I HIGHLY recommend Fast-Fix Jewelry Repairs in Hulen Mall. A +++++

Horrible experience. Traveled an hour away to bring our watch in to be appraised. Did not greet us when we walked in the door and made us stand waiting. When the man working there finally got up he took one look at our watch, said it was fake... sat it down and without another word walked away. When asked why it was fake he was extremely rude giving false information. Will NEVER go back. This store does not even deserve one star.

Bad, shady business going on. We brought my fossil watch in here to get the battery changed and purchased a lifetime battery. Well, eventually the battery stopped working. So we brought it in and they claimed that we did not purchase a lifetime battery, only a regular one... Ok fine... We had no way to prove it. So, again, we purchase another lifetime battery. Once again, the battery quit working. I bring it in again, and this time they tell me it is an original battery. They try to prove it to me by showing me how their batteries look... Which are nothing but Energizer batteries you can buy in any store. Of course they didnt have our name in their system and of course they are under new ownership. If you come here, beware and save your paperwork because they will try to screw you.

I had a lot of important calls to make and suddenly my microphone went screwy on me. Everyone said it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. I called Dr. Cell Phone first and without even looking at the phone he said it would be $89 and the parts would be in Saturday. So I called Fix It Fast, and they said bring it on by. I did, and in 5 minutes the microphone was fixed and it was back to normal...AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME. There is no future choice: Fix It Fast is now my cell phone fixing home.

Fix it fast was a lifesaver and I am forever grateful to this place. The only pictures and videos of my daughters birth was on my phone. My screen messed up and the thought of losing these pictures made me physically ill. Apple wouldnt help, another company wanted to charge us between $700 - $2000, but fix it fast was able to do a temporary screen so we could retrieve all our pictures and videos before the phone crashed. They only charged us $50. Not only did they save us money, they helped us retrieve the most important pictures weve ever taken. I am so beyond grateful for this place.

They replaced my screen and after 30 days it developed a hot spot on the corner. They happily replaced it under warranty and fixed it fast! Great customer service!

Broke the screen on brand new Galaxy Note 8. Mine was the first Note 8 theyve worked on and so the cost was about half of what I wouldve paid for a new phone (That I didnt get insurance on for some dumb reason). While the cost stung a but, it was well worth it. Fast fix for sure.

Within 24 hours of being fixed, the glass cracked from the simple stress of putting on my phone case (which is also an Apple product, and certainly compatible). The manager was unwilling to repair the phone and unwilling to refund the $80 that I paid for glass that didnt last a day. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend spending your money here. Looking at other reviews, Im not the only one. I wish I had checked the reviews before taking it here.

Absolutely the most unprofessional shop .. The warranty is a joke! They do not stand by their word. Overpaid for a screen replacement that you could see light coming through on the sides ... Phone cracked a week later in my pocket screen went black and their response.. .. Sorry warranty doesnt cover that ... Run far far away better places better prices

Do not go to Fix It Fast Cellular Repair! My original phone glass lasted 2+ years. To crack it, I had to wipe out on my rollerblades and then drop and step on it accidentally, both within 2 weeks. I had my phone glass replaced at this shop. I never dropped the phone; don’t put anything else in the same pocket as the phone; and almost baby the thing. Within a few weeks, small cracks started to form around the edges. Then 2 weeks later, the small cracks spread to form large lines across the screen from one crack to another. I went in to talk to the shop about their “warranty”. I quote it because it doesn’t exist. I can only attribute the cracks to either a bad piece of glass or bad workmanship. It’s suspicious to me the number of small cracks forming around the edges. The guy I talked to said he was the only one who replaced Samsung S3 glass and couldn’t do anything about it cause it’s just cracked glass and not his fault. He had a very bad attitude and didn’t even want to talk to me. I could tell he wanted to walk away to the back of the shop so I would leave. I believe he is the only one who works on the S3 because his attitude matches his workmanship and warranty of the work, ALL POOR. Notice the majority of good reviews are over 3 years old. I thought they would still be reliable but was proven wrong. If you want quick, friendly initial service and your phone fixed in a few hours, go here but DO NOT expect the repair to last longer than a month or the employees to be friendly and sincere when you go back.

Overpriced! Wanted to charge me $45 for a service that the jewelry shop down the street did for free in less than 5 minutes!

Took my pocket watch to them twice. The first time it took a week, which wasnt that fast, but not that bad. The second time it took two weeks. They kept it to figure out what was wrong, and less than a week later it was stopping and running slow. Then tonight the stem and button broke off. I mean it literally came out of the watch. So yeah, not happy at all.

Just bought a new ring from here and because they just reopened they gave me 70% off. It was an incredible deal. They are under new management now and it is almost like a new store.

Great experience. Did the work while I waited, and were more than fair on pricing. I will use them again.
