I really appreciated the level of attention Toni put into rehabilitating a favourite antique stick pin (that took an unfortunate trip through the washing machine) - to it’s former glory. She found the exact sones that were lost, remounted the pin and polished it up without removing the character and age.Toni was clear and communicative throughout the entire process and updated me with text and images and truly delivered a stellar product.Without question, I will bring any and all future repair / restoration work to Golden Citrine Jewellers.

I brought in a vintage Tiffany locket that had seen better days - it wouldnt stay closed, it was damaged in some spots, and it was tarnished. Toni problem solved the closure issue beautifully, polished it up so its stunningly sparkly, and made it look nearly brand new. I would absolutely bring other jewelry to them for repair. Super thankful that they made my daughters birthday present even more gorgeous than I expected! 🙌

Tonie is very informative regarding Jewlery repairs, every price I have brought in has been repaired with quality.I also ask about replacing a stone in one of my rings Toni suggested replacing with a 5 carat Mossanite stone ... it is beautiful and affordable, I constantly get compliments on the ring. We also bought a beautiful wedding ring set for our anniversary. the diamond is small with clarity and brilliance and fit our budget.We drive 40 miles to visit their store and it is worth every mile we drive. Poor customer service. Took my watch in to get the Crystal replaced and picked it up, completely fell apart now I was told “it isn’t working””not charging” to “take it into Fossil for a warranty” waste of time and money.
