The facilities are fine but the two men who work in the office have an over inflated sense of worth like most government employees. They acted like they did me a favor because I didnt drag in the load myself even though it came from my home address. Dudes are on a power trip with my tax dollars. Also typical of government workers. People wonder why no one trust the government and its because of jackass wanna be bureaucrats like these two clowns.

The guys who are standing and working are great. Some of the guys who like to look lazy and sit, arent so accommodating. Its a good place to visit instead of leaving bulk items in front of your house the way some people do.

Had some bigger stuff that wouldnt fit in our carts and loaded it onto my single axle trailer and headed to the Fort Worth Trash drop off station at 2400 Brennan Ave. Drove right up, gave them my address and drove over to where I was instructed and unloaded all my junk. Whole time once I drove onto the property took approx. 10 minutes. Easy in an out!Rick Elder

This is a fabulous service by the City of Fort Worth. Folks there are helpful and professional. It is clean and well organized. (I say clean, because, after all, it is a trash collection site and has a natural sense of the service it provides. But they are constantly sweeping the spaces next to the collection bins and it is as tidy as reasonably possible.)Because of the service they provide, if you can get your trash there, it is a great stress reliever to allow you to get rid of items in your home that make your life uncomfortable.

Easy way to dump extra trash, brush, remodeling items, etc. A couple tips: check their website to see what items are allowed. Single-axle trailers are allowed, but nothing bigger. Saturdays are super busy, so you will have to wait in line, unless you come early in the morning. Bring your ID and water bill.

Its a drop off station for all your bulk refuse, household garbage, and recycling. And its free if you live in Fort Worth! Be prepared for a line to get in on the weekends, but they are usually quick to move you through. DO NOT bring your double-axle trailer here - theyll send you back home with your garbage.
