Hunter is the best!!! He’s always friendly, helpful and patient. He went out of his way to help me with something that I couldn’t figure out. Everyone who has ever helped me has been kind and helpful. This kind of customer service is what keeps me coming back to this location!

I often use this shop for my Amazon returns. I had no idea that Amazon return label come in different forms and sometimes requires the customer to self print and box package. Last week, I e-mailed this store my shipping label as I have always done and took two unsealed boxes with my packages over. I was told I had to pay for printing and taping the boxes because of the type of shipping Amazon sent me. That hadnt happened before. The owner politely explained the reasons to me and asked me not to pay since I left my purse in the car. Even when I went out to get the money, he declined and told me not to border about it. They taped and added my label for free and with their own resources. Customer service right there. Thats how you gain loyal customers. Thank you UPS store, Golden Triangle.

The banner in the window boldly proclaimed Open for YOU. The hours of operation sign read open at 08:30. When I arrived at 08:46, it was locked tight. It must be hard to find good help these days.

OMG..Awesome Customer Service. By mistake today I put the wrong label on an Amazon pkg. I didnt have my glasses and got nervous as I was thinking I was holding the line. Both Hunter and Julia were AMAZING.They both let me know that it was okay, not a rush at all, made me feel great as a customer. Hunter knew I was struggling seeing and offered to assist me with my phone. He did that so fast(forward label) like it was nothing and with great courtesy. I could not see his or her face, but I felt their smiles right through those mask. And the mngr was so funny. I failed to remember his name, but he had personality plus. They are great because he is great. It starts from the top. Excellent location.

This store is awesome! The customer service is great and the owners are so nice and helpful. I wish the Keller Post Office could take some tips from this place!

I frequent this store and the owner and staff are very friendly and efficient! They even stayed open a few minutes past close for me and helped me tape-up some packages one evening!

Had very bad experience with the receptionist man. Sad to see such a person who didnt even have basic knowledge how to speak and treat with customers. Ill definitely avoid this store as much as possible .. if not with the person at least.

We had a mix up with a package being shipped that wasn’t supposed to be. About 3 hours later my wife realized the mistake. I drove up to the store that was extremely busy. UPS was there taking dollies of packages out the door. All the employees were helpful trying to locate the package, especially Sayed. We went through bag after bag and box after box looking for our package. After quite a bit of time searching, we finally found it! Thank you so much Sayed- my wife is happy which means my life is happy.

I am moving back to Colorado via UPS ground. Owner Syed came to my house and picked up 35 boxes plus a suitcase. What a convenience that saved me time and effort! This prevented my having to make multiple trips to the store, saved me time and also my back. His very friendly and efficient staff processed all of my packages in just over 30 minutes. They are efficient, pay attention to details, and genuinely care about their customers. This is the best UPS/mail and ship store that I have ever been to during the several years I have lived in the Keller area. And it is very close to Woodland Springs where I live. Also, it is just an easy jump across the road to Sams club if you need to do some shopping. I highly recommend UPS store 7073. Thank you for your excellent service--I will miss you.

EDITED after speaking with Owner & great communication/timing on claim/replacement check. Owner took time to listen and indicated they had talked to their employees on packaging situation. UPS in general seems to be not handling this volume as well as their competitors butlocal store is not responsible for what occurred when package left their store. I shipped 1 package early on during this virus situation and it arrived fine. The next 2 I shipped were bad. I asked the young man about repacking stuff I brought in as I had placed items into Prime boxes to contain them not necessarily ship in them. I went to a GREAT deal of effort to seal things that might leak, spill, etc. The leak ended up being the Clorox Wipes (not bleach). They were sealed with shipping tape, but I asked the young man about putting some this & others items in a different box so they could ship upright (so it would NOT leak) & he felt things would be fine because of how sealed everything was. I also asked about to have more packing material added as I was concerned. LONG story short, box that arrived in GA looked like it had been through a war & was barely intact. The other box was destroyed in field due to a leak. I was shipping essential supplies to family & now they are without things they need to stay as safe as possible. It has taken me weeks to gather up the supplies again. When I express CONCERN when Im shipping with you about things needing to be in another box, needing more packaging, etc. and am told it is fine...just because of volume is no excuse to not take time and do YOUR best to ensure things are in best possible packed shape. I work in Supply Chain & Transportation..so yeah, I know you are overwhelmed...we are too. EDIT: I will try to ship with this store again but will bring items in a bag.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!! I have been to this specific store a total of 3 times and 2/3 were the worst experiences ever. The first time I needed a paper notorized and the lady didnt know how to fill out the paper, she asked me how and I ended up having to Google it and tell her how to do her job. The second time a different lady helped and everything was fine. The third time I was assisted by the same lady that notarized my paper. My package was returned to them because the address was wrong. MY BAD.. I didnt ask for the paper that the address was initially written on to verify it was correct. I assumed the lady could read my writing and thought the address was correct, so I signed the paper they pushed in front of me. Well this lady was yelling at me, one minute saying it was a mistake on their part and humans make mistakes, the next minute saying they did not make a mistake and they did nothing wrong. It was completely my fault. Ok so we were both wrong? Nope she continued to roll her eyes at me and yell at me saying I didnt understand what she was saying. All I wanted was to resend the package that was less than 1 pound and not spend $24 to ship it. This lady was completely unprofessional and rude!!

They always remember me with a smile on their face. They offer great discounts (re-use coupon each time) for both UPS shipping as well as mailboxes (first month(s) free). Charged me $54 for a USPS Express mail cause my mail was going to a PO Box. When I checked the USPS website, the same was listed as $26. Not very honest, in my opinion.

This place treats me like family, I’m 77 and mainly return things for my daughter so I don’t know what I’m doing and they just do everything for me. They r so nice I even like coming here.

I walked in early by twenty minutes before the opening and the staff did not mind to provide us with a great customer service amidst getting things organized and starting her day.I will always prefer to walk in to this location for their outstanding customer service.

I moved out of state and shipped some of my valuables with me. A couple weeks later I received notification that my packages were returned here, to the drop off location, due to a missing apartment number. Turns out my first name, last name, AND address were all spelled/recorded incorrectly on the shipping form. They insisted that I had confirmed this information (I didn’t). After countless phone calls to both the store (I spoke to Hina and the store manager, Syed) and customer service, nothing was ever resolved. No re-ship. No refund. Zero effort was made. There were even MULTIPLE notes left on the tracking log online claiming that they were “trying to contact” me for the correct address but nobody ever reached out to me. Meanwhile, my package sat in my new state of residence for a whole WEEK and then they sent it right back to Texas where they told me to come pick it up or else they would start charging me $5.00 a day. AFTER I MOVED. Do not do business with this location. I never had any issues shipping with the UPS store on Beach Street.

I will just make sure I have a box with me just in case you run out.(Previous coment: I really wish I could rate it with 5 stars but they never have Express Boxes and every time you have to send something you have to pay for the box even when I have the label and everything has been paid for.
