Be careful when working with Strom. They will give you a price range a job is paying which is a pretty big range. Once you agree for them to send in your resume to get approved they will then come back and try to pay you the lowest amount offered. At this point they are actually calling dibs on you so if you decline the offer you cannot go to work at the company you sent your resume to with a different contract company for more pay. This is pretty screwed up so just get it in writing before you send your resume over.
