If you dont have at least 3 hours to put aside, then dont bother coming in. Doing the online application is pointless because you are still required to do the the packet application in office. Its honestly a total consumption of time. This post is not meant to tarnish the integrity of the company, but only to inform of the app process.

The lady polly deactivated me from my job and said it was the job who never replied back with i keep in touch with and it was a lie . She did not let me go back to work bc of pregnancy. And all I was doing is light packing.

Everyone is so nice. They wore their mask as well. They answered all my questions.

Put me on a job the next day I show up and get told if Im not on the list I cant work and now theyre not paying me my check

They are very unprofessional. They do not communicate. They lie. I called about my background and had someone check it they told me what it was then told me to talk with my rep. My rep needed to call back she never did. I call and call and get excuses for her to not be on the phone with me. I call again and whoever answered asked is this about your background I stated yea even though I knew it came back they told that it didn’t.... why the hell would they do that.

Erika was very nice and helpful! She was able to help me find a job close to home and the hours I wanted.I highly recommend you go to her.

This place is horrible, if you decide to not to continue work because you only get 1 day a week. They will NOT PAY YOU sad I know. They are very races they treat people of African descent very poorly.Yesenia,brandy,some front counter chic that dont for the life of me want to give her name. Mindy is awesome, helped me get a job immediately when moving to Fort Worth. Got the job and she set my start date up for the day after I moved in and didn’t have to wait to start making money. The people that have a problem with this place do not have a work ethic and continue to blame others for their own issues. I would recommend it to anyone that likes to work

They need your WHOLE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER everytime you call or they wont place you on a job. They had me drive all the way there to take a drug test and when i got there claimed they didnt have none after they CALLED ME! Elizabeth is rudest front desk person ever, does not know nothing and does not like her job. Save yourself the time and energy, go somewhere else, where they will respect you.

Worst temp agency ever. They say youll be working so many hours a day but your working less hours a day at a job thats not even worth keeping, because the business is slow. And Ive called them plenty of times and asked if they had something different that was hiring when my fiance said they did but they want to lie and say they dont. So screw all of you at Smith. Thanks for the job until I was able to get the new one that is paying $11.50 an hour working Monday-Friday 10 hours a day unlike talk little 8 hours a day but not even getting paid for them. But thanks for the temporary job its time for me to move on

This company is very rude!! I call to get when i worked here and companies, and she tells me. I cant provide you with this information. I said why i just called 2 other temp places an they helped me with no problem. she then says I cant help you right now i am busy. Call me back later. like are you kidding me. i have called this company several times this week trying to get my info. They are completely lazy and rude.

Do not use this place. They will find you work, but will charge you for everything. Shirts, vests, box cutters, gloves. Everything you need to do that job. I got my w-2 from them and they didnt take out any taxes either.

This place is so unprofessional it shouldnt even be legal, I was dealing with brandie, she sent me out to a job, no one knew how to speak English at the job, so i couldnt get the proper directions to do my job effeciantly. I notified her and she sent me to another one and assured me it was going to be different. I got there and it was the exact same problem. I tried to notify them, but every time I call the office they put me on hold for 10 minutes at a time, and when they finally picked up, they hung up the phone. She called me a day later and told me to never come back. This is literally the worst experience Ive had with a staffing agency. Its like no one wants to be at work at that place. Dont do it!!!!!

Havent got my check. Its been three weeks. I didnt receive a shirt nor vest or safety glasses so it shouldnt be taken out of my check ( i wear eye glasses). I wasnt given side shields neither. Marco is a horrible place to work.

Do not apply at Smith personnel off of Hemphill in Fort Worth Texas the little building is full of s*** the recruiters are full of s*** Brandy Yesenia unprofessional very unprofessional I work for them at a beer company at Benny Keith my hours came out to 3325 I was told I was getting paid $10 an hour when I get there to pick up my check the following week they only pay me minimum wage then was really rude about how the process was going down nowhere in the contract that I read that you will get with this to 7:25 if you did not complete the assignment I found another job and wanted to work there instead of them this place is full of s*** do not apply to them I am going to report them

They rarely have jobs other than with with Marco. Trust me when I warn you, You dont want to work at Marco unless youre from another country or any ethnicity other than a white or black American. Plus Smith deducts a ton of $$$ from your first check. $30-35 for U/A, $5 for gloves, $5 for safety glasses, $5 each for Smith tshirts. Marco provides the first set of safety glasses and gloves free of charge.

I would not waste my time with this company I moved from Tennessee and this company promised 11.50 hourly only to find out my pay was 11.00 then to top it off they reduced my pay to 7.25 because of a no call no show don’t waste your time because they will cut people of there money bad bad business
