My husband applied here and was sent to a job site no one let him in. He called today to let them know what happened and got the response of “ I’ll talk to them and get back with you” he didn’t hear anything until he picked me up from work 8 hours later. The lady wouldn’t tell him if he was going back or not and this conversation was over three calls. Then he was told he was not going in. The recruiter later called him and asked him if he was going to be showing up? He said no and she told him that they checked the cameras he did show up but didn’t get out of the car then told him very rudely that they were no longer able to help him and he has to go to a different temp agency.

My experience was amazing! Jana has responded quickly to all of my questions and the process could not have been any more convenient. If you are looking for work and want straight forward direct answers I definitely recommend Cornerstone Staffing!

Don’t waist your time with this place. They are hard to get In contact with and they lack communication skills. I waited for their call back for a week. After the week pasted I tried getting in contact with them 3 different days. When I could finally get help I find out that I’ll need to try for a new job. Another friend tried working with this place too and they told him he could start the following Monday after they would give him a call back. They never called and when he would finally get in contact with him they tell him he would start in the next month.

I’ve been working directly with John and had a great experience. I was able to find a great opportunity that worked best for me. The process was very fast compared to other companies I had previously reached out too. I applied through indeed, John contacted me immediately in regards to the job the following week I had my interview and the same week I got a job offer. I scheduled an appointment for 9 am, I waited until 9:10 before calling the office. Emily was very friendly and told me that my scores were good, but she wanted them a bit higher. I retook the assessments. When done, I was to call back and let them know they were completed. Emily was with another client but I was told that my scores were very good and Emily would get back with me. I have waited for a call for over 24 hours to no avail. If Im not qualified, a phone call would be nice so that I can move on.After speaking with Emily, I found out that a phone number was incorrect, but this has been solved and I am on my way to finding a job. When you google background friendly this agency came up . When I filled out the application i get a call saying something about my background. They should take it off google stating background friendly.

This rating could change, but I went in to fill out paperwork and met with a recruiter. The recruiter had two possible assignments for me. I left their office on Tuesday, completed some assessments at home that evening, and never heard back from them. Not even to tell me if my assessments were horrible. It is now, Saturday, and still have not heard back from them. Feedback is important, no matter if it’s negative or positive. As far as I’m concerned, I’ve gotten nothing but silence.

Did a interview to be told the company is “Very Picky”for a job that I applied for in March. But in March Ashley told me it was my background so now I’m confused. Before getting off the phone she tells me to apply at a different temp service. To my know usually a temp service would tell you to check back or they will call you when they get something. I guess since those jobs are paying $17-$18 this company is being “Very Picky” on who they want to have it but I will make sure there’s no discrimination going on.

Absolutely one of the biggest employment scams in the area. military experience, bachelors degree and several years experience in a relatable field will only give you a warehouse and factory job for 10 to $12 an hour. professional staff for the most part whose only attempt is to rush you in and out without properly viewing your skills and placing you in the most suitable job. Please avoid at all costs.went into the North fort Worth location last week and was given the runaround set in the waiting room for 3 hours and still to this moment have not received the call back after completing my assessments and following up.

When I first walked in.. the lady at the front was really nice and professional until it was time to meet with a recruiter..Emilee!!!!!! or whatever her name is doesn’t know how to respond to emails so I don’t even know why she has her email on her card. And she won’t let you know if she got you a job or not...she also can be unprofessional for the job but yet has the nerves to tell somebody that they didn’t meet the requirements for a job.. ummm excuse me ? mam I don’t think YOU fit the requirements for a recruiter job... 😂

The turn around time to hear from the agency after I submitted application was much quicker than I was expecting. The process of getting all of the paperwork and testing all in one setting is what I loved the most. I must say i have had a delightful experience with CornerStone staffing (Western Center in Fort Worth Location) As you walk in you are greeted by a great attentive receptionist who would offer you coffee just in case you rushed there and missed your coffee fix for that morning, The recruiters themselves are absolutely great, i had the pleasure of being in contact with Giselle Hernandez who searched the for the right position for me and made sure it was something in which i had great interest in. The assessments you are required to do on their website not only help them tailor the job search for something mutual beneficial but really help you understand where you are personally with your skills, and lets you know where you might need improvement on. Im rather disappointed. The young lady up front is very nice and professional. My recruiter (Emilee) not so much. I took my assessment test and was about 2 different jobs. The next day I hear nothing. I call Emilee and was then told that I didnt fit the requirements. Why couldnt she have called me the same day I took the tests?! Not happy with her at all. Im looking for work on my town.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Molly who was so sweet and very helpful. After all the testing was completed I met with Pam Richardson who was courteous, professional and very comfortable to talk with. She took the time to go through a few available positions and even told me she would try her best to find me something by next week. This was by far the best experience I have had with a temp agency. Went in after completing online application. Came in for whats considered an interview with Jonathan. Was told at that time that there were several positions I qualified for with a schedule I could work with. I was instructed that I needed to complete several assessment test prior to being placed in a position, which I did. I passed them all. I waited several days to hear a response; all while applying for positions on the cornerstone web site. I called again tell reiterate that my test were completed and that I had submitted my resume to even more positions, only to be to not to click apply but add to your job cart. I went back and did just that. After numerous calls which all resulted in messages for Jonathan (not one returned ) I gave up on cornerstone staffing. I read the reviews before I put myself through this, and after reading a story by a female who had almost my identical experience, I gave them try. Bad decision. The only good in that office is Katie; the receptionist. Do yourself a favor, take the time to gain direct employment with a company and leave the so called helpful temp industry to die. You make more money, have all company privileges, and wont have 2 bosses. Good luck

Just got off the phone with the manager they seem very unorganized he didnt even know how to find my application nor my profile and was very aggressive and unprofessional and threaten me to change my aspect of concern or i can go else where i do not advice applying with this agency they lack sincerity and professionalism!

I had a positive experience with Cornerstone Staff back in 2015 when I first moved to Texas. I had to turn down the job they offered me because at the time I did not have proper transportation to get to the job site. I called and thanked my recruiter and she advised that I could come back when I secured a vehicle. I even referred a sorority sister who moved to Texas without employment secured and Cornerstone helped her land a great job. Fast forward to now...I finally have a reliable vehicle and I applied to a job posting that I know I am qualified for; I received an email saying that I was ineligible for rehire. I do not understand why I an ineligible for rehire. I called the North Arlington office because thats where the recruiting manager Erica advised that I call to investigate my status. I have left several messages and no one has followed up with me. I am really disappointed because I have a great employment history and I hope I am not be punished because I could not take a position a year ago. I hope someone sees from Cornerstone and assists me. Cornerstone is a good company but this last experience has been the pits for me. :(

Cornerstone staffing is a good temp that will send you to good office jobs. I have been with them for a year and have gotten a full time position at my job.

My experience was quick, easy and painless. Very nice facilities and the employees are all nice and greet you with smiles and hellos. I cant stress the amount of love that I have that its so close to home, so much easier and convenient then a trip to the busy downtown location (in fairness I havent been to the one downtown but the thought of the travel and parking nightmare detours me from visiting that location, Im sure the facilities and employees ate just as great).

I went into Cornerstone Staffing not knowing what to expect. My skill set and background are not typical and my needs to take care of my daughter in the mornings did not leave much flexibility. Worked for Cornerstone for over 1 year then was placed and really like it. Even used them for temps for my new employer. However after we had used them a couple of time and placed one of their employees in another location, we had a terrible experience. They send a young man that didnt want to do manual labor when left and went to them to tell them out facility was unsafe. Miranda waited until after 5:30 pm to call me on my personal phone to tell me that they could no longer place anyone with us for that position. When I called and asked for a warehouse worker, I was told that their other location had them and they would see what they could do. Miranda called and informed me that she would not place anyone with us. I called her supervisor, Susan, and was told that they only staffed warehouse people for Williamson-Dickie & Gamestop. That is really strange because if you go on their job list, they have several warehouse listings other than the above mentioned. I dont like being lied to. The only reason I gave it 1 star is you have to rate it somehow. Wouldnt even give it that.

Waited almost two hours before I was seen by (Emily) who was unprofessional and rude. She did not listen to what I was saying and tried shame me for my lack of experience considering I just graduated from college. She was very unhelpful/ friendly/ and unprofessional.

I was working w this company thru cornerstone for an year(even thought cornerstone lied as if I would be perm after 90 days)When management switched the new one in charge was really mean to me. She switch my schedule without notice. And I knew she just wanted me out the door others noticed it too but said nothing. I emailed my cornerstone rep Keysha Berkmyer. And let her know about how I felt and how my schedule was changed with no notice starting the next 2days... no response. Instead they called a week later and gave me a warning. The same day I had a car wreck and showed to work late and they told me I could have the day off. Next day cornerstone calls and fire me for no call no show. I wouldn’t have voiced my concerns if they were going to be ignored. I worked with the company a year they had no complaints about me, so now I can’t ever apply for another cornerstone job again when I let them know I felt targeted and I wanted another assignment. They care about the company’s more than they do us, the workers. Only go here for short term work while searching else where.

I feel very deceived by their interview practices. I was lead to believe that I had a 9 am appointment. In writing. No where in that message did she say that it was a cattle call and to expect to spend 2-3 hours sitting in a room with 20 other people watching a video loop. My time has value and I feel that it completely disrespected. I walked out after an hour. I now know not to apply to ANY job listing that has Cornerstone Staffing on it

I worked directly with Rebecca B. and she was very diligent in finding not just employment, but also finding the right fit. The staff at Cornerstone will go above and beyond the call of duty for their clients. Once there was a discrepancy with my direct deposit, and one of the ladies in the office drove to my house to hand deliver my paycheck. I am going to try to make this review short as possible because there was a lot going on with this particular job I was assigned. Ive had good rapport with Cornerstone from my last assignment prior to this one. In May 2017, I was assigned a position in North Fort Worth. Their training was so terrible and misleading, that I asked to be reassigned somewhere else. The recruiters talked me into staying. I learned the job duties ( through trial and error) and started to get the swing of things. I had to leave early one day and the supervisor at the job approved. I also made Cornerstone aware. I found out later that day the job called Cornerstone, lied and told them I walked out and they ended my assignment. Apparently, Cornerstone believed them even after I made them aware!! Cornerstone ended up making me ineligible for rehire!! I found out through their downtown location when I called and wanted to be considered for a position their office was assigned. I called the recruiter at the North Fort Worth location and she claimed she would investigate further and that was almost 3 weeks ago. Total BS. I have since found employment elsewhere. They will not help nor stuck up for you. Youre better off going to Office Team, Randstad, or Adecco to apply and skip the BS at this location.

I recently reapplied to Cornerstone staffing after having worked for them about 7-8 years ago. Without any recollection of having worked for the company recently,since Ive been out of Texas for the last 5 years...they then call me in for an interview.. I go in for the interview and the office is closed. Lol I then go to the location the next business day,and waited about an hour before I was seen. I filled out necessary paperwork and after all of that they then said that they would be UNABLE to find me job placement because I was late one time 7 years ago...even though I called before hand and told the staff I would be late due to an unforeseen emergency. I would never recommend this temp agency... very unprofessional in my opinion.

After leaving a job I ended up at Cornerstone talking to KeSha, she was very helpful and nice to talk to. I had multiple problems with my first assignment and with every issue I called KeSha and she was always there with a positive way to handle my issue. One night I received a call from a different Cornerstone person and she told me my assignment had ended I said ok, later that night KeSha called me to tell me but I told her that someone else had called but she wanted to check on me. So, my experience with Cornerstone has been good; after that job ended we have had a time trying to find me a new assignment but it was because I wanted certain things but they still called and tried to get me on assignments. I think we have found one, I cant speak for others but my experience has been good with Cornerstone and I look forward to working with them until I found something permanent.

I went to Cornerstone Staffing on Tuesday, met with Rebecca Burns, set up an interview on Thursday and got a job that Friday. Rebecca was with me every step of the way. She kept me informed on what was going on and what was needed for me to find a job. I cant thank her enough for what she has done for me in my career. I would highly recommend using Rebecca for any new career opportunities. She is very professional in what she does and does a fantastic job.

Extremely long process even with an appointment with endless testing and very unorganized. And to hear we dont have anything right now call us every day. Some are luck but those like me not so much. And if you stay and make through the hours of waiting the job is low paying and far.

I got there at 11:00am to apply the receptionist named Maria told me politely to come back the next day at 09:00am sharp. The next day I got there at 8:45 and she told me to leave and come back at 09:00am, I asked If I could wait in there and she told me NO, that she was about to clean the waiting area and the recruiters were in a meeting. I sat in my car and other people walked in 5 mins after and they waited there. Thats unacceptable and rude.

I am still trying to get a job. i did a bunch of tests for nothing because they called me to offer me a job amd told me that i will hear from them soon and still havent heard anything after 2 months. Also, I am loking for a professional job, holding a degree and half way through my masters and recently out of active duty service and still havent found a anything. That is a shame, that they dont help those who are serving. It was all great when I walked in. They all treated me very well, but i just feel lile it was a waste of my time filling out all the stuff and taking all the test to never get any help.

I honestly didnt expect that within a week of joining CornerStone Id have a start date for a new job! KeSha was an absolute pleasure to throughout this process and helped greatly. Thank you to the CornerStone staff once again!

Long, drawn out process just to be told a. 6 year old misdemeanor will disqualify me for missing an out of county court date. Complete waste of time. That information should come with the job posting.
