This place is awesome. I went to a career fair in Arlington, TX and met with the Carlton recruiter who got me a great interview with a great company. Melissa is really a great recruiter and always made sure to follow up with me regarding the entire process. She has really helped me out tremendously and I would definitively recommend this place.

This place sucks! The interview process was good with Melissa, but I have not received any calls for a job. When I call to see if any jobs available i get an attitude saying that Im on a list and they can not help me: Traci was absolutely rude to me! I do NOT recommend this place.

This review is LONG OVER DUE! I worked for this agency back in 2016. They sent me to a call center and the job lasted just about a month. Once the job was over I contacted Carlton and they never helped me find another job. They never once mentioned from the beginning that they job was 100% temp. They honestly never get back to you. Theyre completely focused on themselves, if an employer is hiring they rush to fill the position without even considering whats best for the employee.

I applied with Carlton Staffing on a Thursday. I got an interview by Monday morning. My second interview was Tuesday at the worksite, and Wednesday I started my new job. I definitely recommend Carlton for any job seeker. They are very efficient.

I got put on a decent assignment but once my assignment ended I was left stuck out right before Christmas. They did not have another assignment lined up and definitely put in no effort to find me a new assignment.

Lori Workman at the Fort Worth location is the RUDEST. I was explaining how my grandmother passed & apologized for having to leave my location & telling her I didnt have any service in Mexico & she cut my off & said I dont care, I dont need to hear all that. Seriously the RUDEST person ever, & talks & twitches like a crack head by the way!

The staff at Carlton Staffing is a pleasure to work with. They have been very attentive and placed me on a great assignment!

Rude lady in front. wouldnt even let us past the front desk because we had children and were both applying. completely upsetting, she could have told us in a better way then to give my children a dirty look
