Joel is AWESOME! The parts availability is mediocre. Unfortunately I dread calling or going into this store due to the poor attitude and service of the dark haired woman by the door. She does not listen to customers and acts like she has more important things to do than serve you well.

I frequent the Austin location and needed some security parts so I swung by here at the end of the day. How does management keep people working their counter that are so unpleasant to deal with. Rude and unhelpful. Good job!

I dont hold an account here or anything like that i just called to ask a simple question about a tool bag that they are distributors for. I was looking to gift it to my husband for our anniversary and a lady name Michelle picked up the phone. Was very rude from the start and seemed frustrated with any of the questions i was asking. I just dont appreciate bad customer service when its your job to at least be nice to the people that call, no matter what its for.
