Great place to work, if you understand you have to put forth the effort to succeed. Very easy selection processes. Company has great health and dental benefits and great 401K match. Plenty of room to grow and move up, again with the understanding you have to put in the effort. Too often places like this get a bad wrap, but this team is striving towards excellence and want to take their people along with them.

Work for them for 13 months before I had some physical problems and couldnt drive for a while. Worked graveyard shift. I had never worked that shift before. I found it very hard because when I was home sleeping during the day there was a lot of noise around my house that would disturb my sleep. The pay was good. I had to usually wait for loads which I didnt like.

The delivery drivers themselves are usually polite and as helpful as they can be however, whoever picks and packs the trucks have been terrible for months. My orders are relatively small, usually only 50-90 tobacco items but we have to line item check every product because we will have on average 30 missing and several misspicks. This is on top of every delivery for months being anywhere from 2-8 hours late with absolutely no communication and nobody is able to update us when we can reach anyone at the site. We have literally received cups with a different company logo and a sticker with our company name right over it. Absolute lack of even a basic attention to detail.

Malicious employees. They ordered me to unload my truck, I did. They then ordered me to sort and re-palletize the freight. I told them I had to inform my dispatch because I had no authority to do that. My dispatch called the broker who in turn called the customer to info of new charges. As I was still waiting for word from dispatch they said they had decided to receive the freight as is, however, they noted 3 damaged boxes. I told them I wasnt aware of the damages and as such I had to inform the dispatch. When they realized my dispatch was gonna ask to return the freight they changed and erased the damaged notes. I wondered how that could have happened, if there were damages why would they change after realizing would return freight back to the shipper. In total they wasted my whole three hours with with their malice I concluded either they were trying to make extra money or they just want to frustrate some drivers.

Pretty average unloading speed. Slightly high on the lumper bill. But theyre okay. Except for the little greeter at the front door. He wont let you use the restroom unless youre wearing steel toe shoes. 😭

First off don’t go by what open and close hours say that’s for the office these guys are open at 5 AM and they’ll take you one hour prior to your appointment. I arrived at 8 AM out by 9:35 AM I had a simple load that didn’t need to get broken down. and it cost $150 for the lumper now if you bring something that needs to be heavily broken down well now you’re looking at a completely different time schedule. i’ve heard of some drivers staying here up to about 3 to 4 hours everything obviously is subject to change pending how busy they are. Also pay attention once you feel no movement in the trailer give it about 30 minutes then go check on your paperwork. They say they’ll call you but sometimes the lumper service forgets also Be aware if you are paying for the lumper you will either have to have exact change or have your own COMP check EFS because they don’t carry any.

AVOID!!! 6 hours to get unloaded!! You will miss your next load!!

It’s a total mess here, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Very disorganized warehouse takes forever to upload, 8am aptmnt now 10am haven’t even started yet.if u want to waste your time just came here!!!!!

Dirty, unsafe operators trying to run you over and not stopping when they exit an isle, poor management, no training for new operators. They just take them to a reach truck or epj and say good luck and dont crash! Stockers dont put items to pull in the right location. Junk equipment rattling around and sounds like the wheels are going to fall off and feels like it also. Empty pallets laying all over the floor and in isles where you need to pull items from. Extremely unsafe place to work.

If you are looking for an unorganized mess where management will also play petty games with employees then by all means this is the place for you to work. Between canceling shifts when you are in the parking lot and not paying drive time to non existintng management & unhelpful leadership this place is a train wreck. I wouldnt recommend working at Core-Mark to anyone.

Just a normal warehouse with all of the normal issues. Practice patience and be friendly if you want it to go smoothly. Why raise your blood pressure,....it wont make things go any faster....

The worst job ive ever had. If you work here get ready for the most racist staff youve ever worked with. The management is rigged against you theyre all together & in on it from HR to safety,supervisors and up to the director of operations. They are fake 100%. All manipulation. They do not care about you or youre family. Its actually quite disturbing. Absolutely zero integrity. Do not waste your time here. I hope this company gets investigated for the sake of honest hard working people. I am not one to write bad reviews but I felt obligated to at least warn people. Thanks to Google! This company already has bad reviews everywhere and rightfully so. If you are a customer of this company consider ordering from a company who has some sense of integrity!

They have some of the best drivers I have ever seen. One intentionally ran us off the road about 5 mins ago. I dont really know what this company does other than drive like complete experts. One thing I truly enjoy about traveling across the country is being run off the road. Thanks for the experience

Being a manager at a Convienience store there service needs to be looked into. I was told not once but plenty of times the delivery would be at a specific time, being 4-6 and they show up an hour - two - or 3 later. They should really consider on making there deliveries on time, because if it was my company I would ho back to McClains.

Cool, however I arrived late because the load I picked up for delivery there had to be reloaded because I was overweight! Hey, the lumpers are only there at certain times, not Core-Marks fault!

I will be the cool dude unloading at & am yes you can park overnight park in the empty trailers slots there is also parking behind the big building when google tells you to do a u turn but I wouldnt take my chances there though great place to unload lots of room !!

Unprofessionally run, chaotic atmosphere, cant keep employees due to low wages and supervisors who do not have the ability to deal with their employees in a respectful manner. Employees are overworked due to improper scheduling by managers, and because they are always short-staffed due to the high turnover rate. Just a horrible company to work for, essentially the Ft. Worth division.

I agree with juan. I worked there for 2 yrs they convinced to move from a better place. I remember on several occasions we went 7hrs straight with no break . They tried to write me up for taking one but i was well ahead on my case count so i did. How or why i got in trouble when there was several people not even making production i have no idea. Im not even a person of any color and the way they handled the other races was disturbing. They will lie to you non stop. DO NOT WORK HERE. Any good reviews are supervisors not employees.

Juan Ortiz just nail the description of this company. This management is selfish. Management are all connected either by blood or friends . Its hard to move up . I worked there daytime for 2 years. I put in a month notice and they released me that same day. oh yea and they overwork everyone.
