Ive taken my 98 E350 there a couple times and have been happy with the work each time. Ive always got a call beforehand to discuss anything that wasnt straightforward. Never had a fixed issue come back or need to be readdressed.

Been going by Mac’s for 15years without a need for a diesel mechanic but when I found myself in need of one Mac’s was the first place I thought of. Very friendly and professional and had a major issue with my Ford 6.7 analyzed and fixed in a very timely manner. This will be my go to mechanic from now on. Thanks for the great service.

Over the past two years, I have had several repairs done on my vehicles at Macs Performance. I have always found them to be very reasonably priced and extremely honest about what repairs actually needed to be done. I cant thank you enough for taking the time to go over my 2004 GMC Envoy. This vehicle has been taken to dealers, repair shops, and national chains to see if anyone could determine the constant noise from the front wheel drive system. Every time we would get a different opinion on the problem, fix it and the problem remained. After you serviced the vehicle and diagnosed the problem and made the repair it hasnt made the sound again. Not at high speed or low speed or when turning. I also appreciate your taking the time to write up your findings so that I could take it to the other dealer and repair locations so that I could obtain partial refunds. I realize that took time on your part and isnt part of normal mechanics day job. I will make arrangements to get the 60 T-bird into your shop so that it too can have a new lease on life. Hopefully it wont require a new engine but if it does, I know Macs Performance can do the job. I appreciate your efforts on my behalf, and really appreciate how clean and well maintained your facility is. I have only seen one other garage in my 52 years that was as well maintained as yours. I did pass on your card to friends who have an 42 foot rv needing servicing so you should be hearing from them soon. Thank you again to Wes and Joe! You have great service at a fair price in a clean shop and that is rare these days.

Very professional

I was recommended to take my truck to Macs and I must say they did a great job. I did not see the above review prior taking my truck to Mac’s; however that review could not be further from the truth. Macs advised me of what may be wrong and any additional issues that may be causing my truck to run poorly. Mac’s also advised of the cost of the repair before they started. It turned out great and there was less wrong with my truck then I first thought, and the bill was very fair. I own Read’s Collision in Fort Worth and from this point forward I/Reads will only use Mac’s to repair their vehicles!

Amazed -- customer service not only exists, it is phenomenal! Joe went out of his way to find a baseplate and towbar setup for my vehicle... not an easy task since it has adaptive cruise control and we were told no one made anything that would work. He was able to speak with the company directly and FOUND a solution! I am happy to recommend them to my friends and anyone else needing tow products installed and/or diesel work. (Taking my Sprinter back in the Fall for a power boost!)

I think some of the reviews are fake. He wasn’t honest with me so be careful you ask all the right questions. I won’t return.

I took my 2004 Ford f250 for a diagnosis there they ran the computer on it everything checked come to find out it was batteries an cables connection Joe was very professional and reasonable price he has earned my business highly recommend his shop
