The photo I posted is exactly what this place was....A MESS! The blind seemed to be leading the blind. There was a guy who seemed frustrated when we arrived right behind 2 young ladies. We all stood there for about 5 minutes before someone finally helped HIM!! 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ Id be surprised if the banana splits the ladies in front of us got werent half melted by the time they were finally able to pay. Wow....just wow

I used this business twice. Once to replace the case on a computer my kids pulled to the floor and later when the operating system was not recognized. Both times I got great service at a great price. Just what I was looking for.

Ive been buying parts from these guys, Craig specifically, for at least 15 years and keep coming back. What I like is that they keep their operation simple and focused on the PC world. It is true the Owner comes across as gruff which may not be the best thing, but he remembers his customers and does exactly what he says he will do and can do. Also, they stand by their work and parts with no question and will make it right. Even if you can get it cheaper elsewhere, the post purchase support they offer makes the price worthwhile.MP

Ive been a customer for several years. Always received good service. I bought a used laptop for my daughter that was a great bargain.

Based solely off the customer service.Called asking if they have any laptop motherboards. Was given a single word response of no. Do you know where I can find any? No.Only after I started prodding at the question was I told that laptop motherboards are hard to find and most likely only available online. At that point I figured okay, however I wouldnt mind stopping by considering how close it was to me.I asked for the name of whoever I was speaking to. Their response: it doesnt matter what my name is, your not finding a motherboard hereI suppose professional attitude in a public workplace doesnt matter either? Wont recommend this place to anyone in the military IT community or the surrounding communities.

First of all Id like to say this with honesty. This owner guy should not be running this business at all. He was very very rude in all kinds of ways. All questions I asked were as if he didnt care or didnt want to sell anything. This guy calls himself a tech when in reality he is scamming you with old parts that are barely running. I say this to peeps please dont go there he will rip you off and he will be rude to you and talk down to you as if you dont know anything. Take my word and if you dont believe me go ahead and pay a visit youll see. Rest assure he should be shut down since he has no customer skills other then WHY thats what he will do to you.

Expensive and outdated pc parts and the owner is very rude. I try to help local businesses but with that attitude I rather drive to frys.

This guy has a smug attitude.. Look fellow youre a low grade computer fixer. Without customers your small business would least to exist. Think about that the next time you act like your Radio Shack, Staples, Office Depot, or Best Buys Geek Squad. Youre not!!!! So, treat every potential Consumer you come across with respect.
