The team came out to inspect and clean the chimney. They were done within an hour. They told me all about the inspection report and were very knowledgeable about their job. They made sure I did not have any questions before they left. Very professional and very personable. My wife is happy to be able to use the fireplace in the upcoming season. See yall next year.

These guys deserve a nod! I called them in the afternoon on Monday. Not even 24 hours later they were at my house cleaning my chimney. It should be noted that I called to schedule a cleaning at their busiest time of season and they still came through in quick time. Extremely professional and very timely. They were honest with a good price. They didn’t try to sell a “damaged” Chimney. They answered all my questions while they were here. They are also veteran owned! They offer good discounts as well! First off the repair guys were nice and professional. Patriot came out and provided an estimate on the work for my chimney. I would have assumed all measurements and details would have been covered before then. I needed a cleaning, chimney cap, damper install and minor cosmetic repairs. Well they did the work and left. It turns out the damper was not installed and they had to return. Upon return repair guy stated the chain damper they install would not fit. He checked distributors for one that would and could not find one. I am not here to criticize the work or professionalism. My disappointment was that I thought we would have a working fireplace and now we dont. If I had known they would not be able to complete the work I would have looked for another company that could.

I cant thank this business enough, during the artic snowpocalypse in February, my parents were without power for going on 24hrs in 0 degree weather and -15F windchill. We called them at night and they came first thing in the morning through the SNOW and CLOSED ROADS just to get to my immigrant, elderly parents to help clean their chimney and teach them how to use the fireplace! My parents have never used a fireplace before in their life and this gentleman from Patriot Chimneys was so kind to venture through the treacherous weather and all this way to help them. I am located in another state and cannot thank them enough for helping them get some heat in the home. What great Samaritans they were during a crisis like this. Cannot thank them enough! They deserve all the business and praise we can give!

Fantastic experience! First I enquired through google and received a quote on the services I asked about within minutes. They were the only one of the multiple companies I asked for a quote from that replied. I called to schedule an appointment in this crazy blizzard and they were available the next day (despite the ice/snow and rolling power outages). Brian kept in great contact even calling ahead to see if they could come earlier than originally thought (which he did and was on time for). This turned out great b/c we lost power sometime after he left and needed the fireplace cleaned and inspected before we could use it safely to keep warm. He didnt take a large amount of time working on it but did take his time answering questions and explaining everything we need to know (b/c of our fireplace ignorance lol) and offered to help us in the future should we have any other questions or concerns. My wife and I bought a house in February. We were told there was slight damage to the fireplace, so we called Patriot Chimney. Turns out it was beyond repair. Dead animals in the flue, the rain cap wasn’t attached at all, and there were leaks.We had Bryan do a complete removal, build out a new frame, and then install a much larger fireplace.Today is our first chance to burn a fire in the wonderfully built setup.

I called and left multiple messages with no call back. Then, VM was full to leave messages. Not very good customer service in my opinion.

Called Patriot Chimneys to get my Chimney swept with the cold weather that came in. They were quick to get me scheduled and were on time. They did a great job cleaning my chimney and left no mess or debris, was super clean. They were also able to clean my dryer vent while they were there. The guys at Patriot Chimneys are great! I needed a sweep and a chimney cap to keep birds out of my chimney. They got me a really nice Delta chimney cap and cleaned out the flue and the firebox.

Inspected our chimney and educated us on our flue (new homeowners, bad flue design). He was very patient and answered all questions.

Cant say enough about their service. I was having dryer difficulties and wasnt sure if it was the dryer itself, or the dryer vent. As soon as they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the issue( bird nest in the exit vent), told me the price I was looking at, and got to work. The birds had broken the vent cover, so that needed to be replaced, and they cleaned the pipes to be sure. Super friendly, professional,great pricing and on-time service. 10% off for military made it even better! Cant really ask for more.

These guys are awesome! I needed my chimney checked ASAP because I wanted to use it for my Friendsgiving event. Everyone else was booked out until Jan 2020 and these guys came out the same week of my request and got me fixed up. Im not used to gas fireplaces and Brian took the time to explain everything to me.
