Im so pleased with the work Facilitec has done with our kitchen. Ive recommended them to several other restaurants in the area because Im THAT impressed with their work. Everything looks great and I know my kitchen is safe!

Great place to get vehicle cleaned and good service overall

Facilitec works with us with our crazy late night hour establishment. We appreciate that they come out and do a very thorough job at 4:00 am in the morning. Trustworthy to be here on their own! Thanks Facilitec for what you do!

We had longstanding business relationship with Facilitec, 30 years to be exact. This year they decided they couldnt provide their services to us. This was after they missed their original service dates, and so they would have to complete the work later in the day( which they have done before). This was apparently unacceptable to them. So in short missing your promised service date and then not working with your customers schedule is a good way to lose longstanding business. I recommend utilizing anyone but them.

5 stars for sure! A friend and I run a restaurant together and just recently used facilitec to clean out hood- looks and runs as though its brand spankin new. Friendly people too!

If you want a crappy job done and poor customer service then FACILITEC is your company. I recommend you find someone else. ALSO do not leave their crew unattended you will end up missing stuff.

Terrible service as most of the workers like to steal things while no ones looking, and always leaves a mess behind the grills. I recommend you go to someone more professional.

We posted this on their FB page, so then they removed the review section from their site.After 30+ years Facilitec decided the Greek Community was not good enough for them to clean our vent hood. (see email we received the day they were to clean)At this point we cannot meet your standards and are going to part ways. These people are horrible. They barely have any sense of customer service. called their office tp report an issue and the Manager Eric was so rude that we decided to move our business somewhere else. I hope they change the way they do business. This manager should not be a manager of anything. So terrible!!!!

They have hard working crews that work long hours.

They suck at what they do.
