Jim was fantastic. My pup decided to take a chunk out of the carpet while I was at work one day but Jim patched it up great. Once the new carpet gets alittle dirty/worn like the rest it’ll be less visible lol but it already blends in great. Posted pics of the before and after:) Awesome service! Definitely recommend.

Jim and Kathy did an awesome job. Not only were they friendly and professional but our 16 year old carpet came out looking almost brand new! They were able to clean grease/ink stains that were were not able to get out of the carpet with our own steam cleaner. We couldnt be more happy with the results. Definitely recommend!

Jim & Kathy did a great job! They showed up 5 minutes early and were efficient with their excellent carpet cleaning. They did 4 bedrooms, a movie room, and a bonus room in 3.5 hours for my husband and I. I can’t wait to see the final product when they are completely dry. They look great so far! I have had pets all my life and along with them comes carpet stains sometimes. Jim is a magician. He cleaned our stairs and got every single pet stain out (and embarrassingly there were many)! I cannot recommend New Life Carpet Care enough!! Our dog got into some bacon grease and created some awful stains on our almost new carpet. I’m pretty good at removing carpet stains, but I honestly thought there was no way these stains were coming out. Jim at New Life Carpet Care proved me wrong! It looks brand new. This is not Stanley Steemer. Steam cleaning the carpet was the last step that Jim did of about 5, I think. He is professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best carpet cleaning business out there! The name says it all, “New Life” to your carpet! I was ready to replace my carpet, but due to the expense, I thought I would try and have it cleaned again. Also, I have an older Maltese dog, and she is having accidents. A family member referred me to Jim, the owner and operator of the company! I called to get an estimate, and he was able to come over the next day. The estimate was reasonable and included treating my pet stains. To sum it up, my carpet looks and smells great! Thank you for an amazing job!

I contacted New Life Carpet Care to clean several carpets in my home that had not been cleaned in MANY years. We have several dogs and cats in the home, so you can imagine the animal hair, mud, and occasional pet accidents that have occurred over the years.Jim cleaned these carpets better than I could have hoped. In fact, the carpet in one room was so bad, I told Jim not to bother cleaning it as I had planned to replace it later this year due to its condition. New Life doesn’t clean carpet, they RESTORE carpet!Jim came out and was able to make my five-year-old carpet look like new. He used something called a Rotovac Power Wand that was absolutely amazing. Pet stains were gone and high traffic areas looked like new. They were very polite, personable and punctual. I highly recommend.
