Have had an excellent experience with Ashley and the Fort Worth Rug team. Stopped by the showroom after having read some reviews and were impressed by the large in-stock inventory. We have purchased several hand-made rugs in the past but didn’t really take the time to understand much more than what we liked in color and pattern. Ashley spent a considerable amount of time discussing options and asking questions about our style and preferences. We returned the next day with pictures of our home and selected a few options to try for an in-home consultation. Ashley and her team brought several of the rugs to our home and we purchased a rug for our living room and another one for our morning room. She also evaluated our existing rugs and took a large rug and two runners back for cleaning. She even offered suggestions about how to use our legacy rugs that didn’t quite “fit” our new home. The entire experience was exemplary and stress-free while also being a learning experience. Ashley and her team take great pride in explaining the rug-making craft and the regional differences. I appreciate when someone is passionate about their profession and willing to take the time to share their knowledge.

I just bought a rug from these guys and i was told that i was getting a good deal but i found same rug somewhere else much cheaper. once i decided to return it then they wouldnt take it back or even exchange it so i got stuck with it. I hate it when they lie about something when you are ready to trust them and buy something from them in order to just support them then they make you pay cash money so they wouldnt have to give an invoice.I dont recommend this place at all

I’ll make this review short. My wife and I spent weeks looking for the right carpet for our living room in our new home with no success. That is until we found Fort Worth Carpet. Within minutes of arriving at the store we knew that we found the right place to shop for an area rug and runner that we were looking for. We spoke with Ashley the sales consultant an explained the style of area rug that we were looking for. We showed her a photo of the area that we wantedTo place it and she showed us several suggestions even then we could not decide on the correct size for the room do Ashley suggested that she come to the house with several carpenters of different sizes and see if we liked the color and fit. We took her up on that and found the perfect fit for us. We had ask her to also bring a couple of runners for our entryway hall which she did. We chose one of the runners so she had her technician cut and position a pad for the runner on the spot and laid it before leaving. This is the best service that I have ever experienced and highly recommend doing business with this shop. We will be back.

This rug store did an amazing job in cleaning my antic rug. It had multiple dog urine stains. They left it looking like there was not ever a stain and at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this rug store for cleaning and for sure bringing my rugs here again.
