The service at this Pro-Cuts is awesome! I went in for a much needed haircut and I got exactly what I asked for. I really want to praise Nicole for her competent work and professionalism. Ive had so many butchered haircuts in the past that Ive literally avoided getting one for years. I went in feeling nervous, but Nicole greeted me and asked me how I wanted my hair to look. I told her what I wanted and she began the work, clarifying with me every step of the way to make sure it was correct. I didnt have to worry about her cutting off too much or shaving the sides of head (part of what happened during my last haircut), and I left loving the way my hair looked! I will gladly go back when I need a haircut again! Thanks Nicole!

The lady was rude to me over asking a question I was in a good mood trying to have small talk while I got my haircut, she cut my hair bad 2 different cuts on each side on my head choppy and super uneven had to go home and cut it myself for my first time Ever 😬😬🥶 won’t be coming back not *pro cuts * to me honestly especially with bad service .

The Pro-Cuts close to our house, where Ive been going for my haircuts for decades, recently closed. This place is quite a bit further away, but well worth the travel.My hair was the longest it has been for years, due to travel and other issues, but Nicole cut it EXACTLY the way I wanted it done. Quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Even dealt with my bushy eyebrows.Ive found my new haircut place!

The haircut was clean & nice but UNFORTUNATELY it was completely OPPOSITE of what my 14 yr old son asked for... hes still wearing his ski cap weeks later! Its not ski wx here in Fort Worth...BUYER BEWARE!

Been coming here for 10 + years and had the worst hair cut and experience Ive ever had last week because I said no thank you when asked to give all my personal info. FYI devandra its the lady on the far left stall with blue eye shadow. Pitched a little pouty fit and was rude as heck the whole time. I almost left mid cut and left her $1 on the tip line so you would notice. Ill be back when shes gone.

Walked inside with a disaster on my head. Customer service was great and NICOLE took great care of me, did a spectacular job. I walked out of there with a smile ear to ear. Definately going back to this location.
