Needed a hair cut and beard trim for a job interview on a Wednesday, one call and I was set up with a quick appointment. Delton Ross gave me a clean and professional look. Best hair cut Ive received for a sports clip in a long time. I would advise anyone looking for the same in short notice to check them out. you will be pleasantly surprised.

Signed in, and because it was a half our wait, left to do business in the shopping center. I got back and waited another 30 minutes inside and was removed from the screen of waiting customers and was never called. Absolutely ridiculous, Im done with this place.

I always go here for my haircut and see Amy; who specializes in fades and high & tight cuts, and whatevers in between.Massage chair and scalp massage is nice with the MVP package.

I dont always use the same stylist at the Fort Worth/Hulen location but whoever I choose is always spot on with cheerfulness and professionalism they all cut hair very well and never are too pushy in recommending products as you leave.

Great phone AP, just pick a stylist and it tells you when available. Not all stylists, however, are created equal.

Had Kimberly cut my sons hair after he grew it out for 8 months we showed her a picture of what he wanted and she assured us she could do it. This is what happened along with cuts on his neck. Finally switched she clippers its a good haircut it just not what we wanted and thats a huge deal with barbers and stylist out here always ready to take your money when they cant do what you ask them to, or at least thats the perception. So due to that I cannot give a five star rating. People earn respect maybe had she been honest we couldve chosen another style. We will continue on elsewhere.

Unfortunately Janice the district manager ruined my experience with Sport Clips. Maybe if the company gets rid of her I would consider returning.

First place Ive found when I asked for a skin fade actually gave me a skin fade and not a fade to a 1. Fast haircut was in and out in 20 min.

I used to love this place even though I felt it was a little on the pricey side for such an easy cut. Clippers all the way. About a year or 2 ago they got this fancy new computer system to calculate the wait time. Since then my quote time are grossly misleading calculated. The first time I used this system I was quoted 15 minutes and waited over an hour. I assumed that they would work this out over time which hasnt happened. I went in last week when I was really busy and when I logged in was quoted 1 hour 15 minutes.....I left to run a few errands and returned 53 minutes later. It appeared that they kept skipping my name and when I questioned them, they assured me that they were not. After this went on for a while I asked them how much longer till my turn. They informed me that they had been calling my name for some time. I dont believe I will be returning as I believe they have a commitment to wasting my time. GET RID OF THAT JUNK COMPUTER SYSTEM.

Good cut at a decent price. Staff was professional and friendly! Hot towel is a nice touch when getting a shampoo.

They have people with out masks even when they advertise people must wear them. I checked in 50 mins ago online and they took me off the board and added me back on the bottom for zero reason. First time here and wont come back.

On our most recent, and last trip to this location with our children, the assistant manager was rude and downright mean to our children (ages 3 and 2). In the past when we went to get the childrens haircut, if they would not sit still the stylists have allowed the children to sit on our lap. On this trip they would not let us do this, they then refused to cut my youngest childs hair because of the difficulty on the first. Then they refused to give a simple lollipop to the first child since he didnt sit still out of spite for him. We have been taking our children there for over 2 years. I will probably go to another sport clips location in Fort Worth, but I highly recommend anyone looking to get a haircut for a kid or anyone else move to another location on the map.

I got a fade and beard trim from a more mature lady. I was a little skeptical at first, but she was easy to work with, did a GREAT job, didnt make me small talk much, and well worth the price ($20+$5 for beard trim)

I used to get a good hair cut here. NOT any more. The haircut I received yesterday is terrible. Bad haircuts have been consistent at this place. There are too many girls working there that really do not want to be working. Avoid this place. I was told my hair would be OK in about a week or so by the girl who cut my hair. REALLY?

If you want a 5 minutes or 10 minutes cut, this is the place for you. I pay for a service I put a tip in there all time but today was truly disappointed. 10 minutes hair cut, you should cut your price in half as well.

They need to have more employees here!!! I dont know many people who have 90 minutes to get a haircut. ESPECIALLY unexcusable when there is only 2 people in the entire waiting area.... Not worth a $20 haircut...

I really enjoyed the place, was nervous at first because I never go to new barbers . Ive had the same guy cutting my hair sense I was knee high . However I think Ill be revisiting soon, great Service, reasonable prices, wasnt to long of a wait either .

Called to try to make an appointment today and was told they dont make appointments...the ladys name who answered the phone was Amy super rude dont think has good customer service at all never going back there for a hair cut anymore used to go all the time but not anymore after that.

I asked for an Ivy League cut. The lady cut it waaaaay too short and shaved a 1/4 inch gash down my natural part without asking! Now it looks like I just had brain surgery and I have to wear a hat until this garbage grows out! Thanks for nothing

I have been here almost 45 min with the same 3 girls working on the same 3 guys. This is reduculous!!! Talk about slow.......... i think the 2 of the dudes were getting a number 2 on the sides. Should be 15 min
