You sure you talking the right Macks Auto in East Fort Worth? My experience was OUTSTANDING! Left my truck in the morning, was called within 90 minutes with a diagnosis & estimate. My truck was ready when I got off work and the estimate was to the penny!!!!! I couldnt be happier!Too, this was not my first time at Macks! They are my ONLY repair shop, they have never needed more than 2 days to get my truck back to me, and THAT was because I brought it in late in the day.Also, the staff is super nice, didnt treat me like a dumb female which I truly appreciated, but they did explain in detail what my problem was, and even had my bad part there for me to see when I came in.Honest, Accurate, and Friendly! What more could I (or anyone) want!Thanks for being here for me guys!

This shop sucks! Took truck in on tuesday morning, was told I would get a call when work was started. I never got that call, so I call them on friday for an update, and was told no work was done, they could not fix it. JUST A WASTE OF TIME!
