Thought I had at least a $1000+ oil leak (old vehicle but used car price today are stupid expensive!) turns out it was a 5 minute fix and was recommended (aka to plan for soon and not sales pitched to immediately replace today) to put money aside for a brakes replacement. I knew of the issue already but I appreciate being notified of a developing issue without having to deal with a pressure sale from a mechanic. No cost for having a master mechanic address my primary concern was ready to go in less than 15min.Had the shop locate a supply shop for my pads and rotors so I dont have to navigate the supply nightmare of todays world (Ill replace at home). Happy to give my money to a shop that is honest and upfront about my vehicle maintenance. Was hanging w/friend and drinking beers while they were figuring out where to source and have delivered my brakes and rotors. Thanks Roy! Youre why I keep coming back!

I needed the alternator replaced in my car. I had called several places where the price was astronomical. I already had the part. I usually take my cars to the east side to be repaired . One i know the work that is done and the price is affordable. I am so thankful I found MKs. Roy helped me . He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a teacher and had to get back to school, He had one of his teammates follow me to the house so that could make it back to work. Totally unexpected and much appreciated. Great honest people. Cheapest diagnostic fee around. Fixed my electrical problem to get my AC working again. It was an easy fix for them and only charged me the diagnostic fee ($50) unlike many crooked mechanics out there. Ill be taking any car issue to MK. Stop searching around and take your vehicle to them or good luck.

The experience was really good. We came into mks Auto service because of an issue with our new truck. We bought a used truck and right away it started having trouble. The dealership recommended we go into MKS for a smoke test. The head mechanic was extremely helpful, friendly and not only found the problem. But had a solution to fix it right then and there. They were even able to bill the dealership for the smoke test and didnt charge us for the repair. Overall this was excellent service and we have found ourselves a new mechanic that we will be bringing all of our vehicles too.

I was supposed to head back to New Orleans but wanted to get my car checked out. Next morning I hope in my car. Car doesnt start. I get a jump and head straight there. They replaced the alternator and I asked for an oil change and tune up. Thinking I was gonna be there all day but nope. Did everything I asked for and got me out in a few hours. Roy and Sam?(I think it was) were great. Came in for new tires on my Jeep, and was given a no nonsense competitive price which included tax. Free wheel alignment. No hidden charges/oh by the way fees. I was not in a hurry, so I got my car back within 24 hours, but they were very accommodating for other times. The exact opposite of a corporate experience, which, I guess some people like. I really appreciate the down home atmosphere and treatment, and will use them again, for sure. I recommend calling instead of email.

Totally thank these guys for a JOB WELL DONE! They saved me so much money on my truck. I only went for a diagnosis someone else have given me. The folks at MK were nothing short of life saving. Or, dog saving. When picking up my truck, my dog locked the keys In my wife’s car. That amazing beard appeared with his brand new tool and airbag to pry open the door. He inflated the bag, slid the tool in, rolled down the window, and we were on our way.They saved me hundreds of dollars and got our business rolling again. Oh and saved my dog. Not sure how to win business if that’s not it. You have a repeat one in us.

Complete waste of time, I was there the whole day to end up leaving having still the same problem. I asked for a refund because they never fixed the problem that they left even worse after trying to fix it and they said no.

I went in looking to get my resonator removed from my exhaust system. I literally drove up walked in and was helped immediately. They were very friendly and nice. Asked what i wanted to do and they put my car on the lift and began looking at it and gave me a quote. They gave me a great and fair price and they were able to do it right then and there. I didnt have to schedule another day or anything. I did not expect to just walk in and get it done just like that. Quality work. I went to this place to begin with because of the excellent reviews. Sam and Roy were phenomenal for my vehicle and difficulties with my Pontiac Grand Am. Despite running into multiple issues with the Grand Am including replacing the engine and dealing with coolant leaking non stop, they always were extremely personable and worked hard to help me get to my to my job interview or to work. To be honest, they gave a wonderful, small town caring to my auto repair experience and returned my vehicle to its full potential as quickly as possible - all the while helping to make sure it was extremely affordable for me. Cannot say enough for them and am thankful they are right around the corner! Also am happy to report the Grand Am is performing marvelously after they got their hands on it!

Just had my engine replaced out of my diesel Ram 2500, had a great experience with them. Moody and his uncle are great people to deal with and their diesel mechanic (Mike) is very knowledgeable. Knows exactly what hes doing and was able to get the work done a lot quicker than I thought. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a good diesel mechanic here in Fort Worth. Dont have to deal with the long wait of most diesel shops.

Good people here, they are real down to earth people, but just the employees because the owner is not a people person hes just trying to make money of you..

Took my vehicle in here for something no one else could find how to fix. They got in it and drove it and pulled into the shop and began telling us how we needed this and this and this. So $1400 later we left and for a day or two the problem stopped. We took it back and again, it was something else. Got that fixed and problem was gone for about a week and then it was back again. Will not take my vehicle back to them ever again. $$$ is all I think they see by fixing things that I would know needed to be fixed or not. But I have found a very honest, reasonable, great mechanic. He doesnt charge extra for parts - how much they are is what you pay and only $65 an hour for labor!

If you are looking for good mechanics this is the place! They are very informative and honest. They fixed a couple of probleI that is wrong with my car. I still have things that need to be done but they are GREAT on what needs to be done now and whats the next step to getting it right. I wish that I knew about them before I went to Benbrook Automotive who rotated my tires and put my back tires on wrong and put my tire rods in without greasing them! Plus I was over charged. Sam and Roy where very helpful and knowledgeable. They know there stuff! My friends and family will be coming here for now on! They will do you right!!! Great job guys!!

Had my front brake pads done, oil change and had my power steering looked at. Excellent job done A+. Everytime my wife and I come here they are super friendly, fast and awesome at what they do. I try to do some of my own work with our car and everytime they take the time to go over every little detail with me as I drone on about this and that with the car, for their patience, speed and quality of work, I thank you MKs. We live in Reno TX and come all the way here even for a simple oil change, that should tell you how awesome this shop is.

Took my car in today for some more work. Install of a blend door actuator, oil change and inspection, in and out in an hour, everything works perferct another 5 star job. All the guys up here are super nice and helpful. Best mechanics Ive found in DFW in 20+ years.

This place literally does it all! It is one place that I actually trust. They DO NOT gouge or overcharge or try to sell you stuff you dont need. They even go the extra mile to make sure youre safe on the road... like checking my tire pressure and correctly inflating my tires for free when I came in for an oil change. I moved, but travel extra to go here for any off my car needs. These guys are really great!!!

Had a issue with my fuel pump on my 04 Chevy Silverado. I called them on Saturday. They had me come in Monday morning. I dropped my truck off at 8am and it was finished before 1pm. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked. And the price was very reasonable considering all the other businesses around them and they also did my oil change as well. Fastest and cheapest oil change Ive ever had. I will most definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family in the DFW area. Thank you very much.

I went in for a routine inspection and came out with multiple lights indicating problems with my vehicle. I want to trust mechanics but anytime there is money involved trust must be guarded. While the staff was nice i dont think they know that when you put on different tires on a vehicle that it will affect the traction sensor in it. All the great customer service in the world cant supercede trust. Will never go back to this place again.

2 weeks ago my brakes started locking up. I am worried about mechanics, Ive been burned before. The guys at MK gave me piece of mind when going over everything. They say they guarantee their work and by the way our truck is running, I believe them. they did a great job and honest about what they are doing. They made me feel like my car was just as, or more important to them, than their own car. I will continue to go to them for both my vehicles needs and suggest others to go. My oil change is due on both so I will be back there in the next day or so!
