I needed work done on my vehicle, so I called several Auto shops. When I called Quality Auto, I spoke to Jeremy, the Owner who was very professional and I really like how he listened to my concern/issue with my vehicle. He explained to my Husband and I what the issue was and they got right to work on it. They also brought my vehicle to my work when finished. Got us in and out with good quality. Also, his wife Robin was very pleasant. Thank you.

Jeremy has always been honest and helpful, for many years. Prices kind of high, though. I switched to Beach Street Automotive about 2 miles south also on Beach Street. The mechanic there, Harold, is top-notch with more reasonable pricing.

My daughter recently moved to the area and Jeremy helped her when her car broke down during the ice storm. Along with great service he kept in touch with me to help keep my stress level to a minimum. Honest. Reliable. Thorough. Honest. Did I mention HONEST. I had my Toyota Tundra in this great mechanics shop the last couple of weeks. I was having trouble with intermittent trouble when trying to crank the truck. They took their time and troubleshoot my issue and believed that we had a diagnosis and fix, dirty mass air flow sensor. They took care of me on this for much less than what I had expected to pay. After having my truck back for a couple of days the issue came back and I advised the shop manager. He immediately asked me to bring it back so that they could have another opportunity to fix it. I took it back and they went above and beyond my expectations. They not only found a known issue for my year, make and model on a manufacturer service board report, but they printed the thread out, advised me that I still had a few miles left under warranty and directed me as to what I needed to let the dealership know for the fix. When I went to pick it up after Quality Auto did all of this work and spent the extra time the 2nd time to try and find and fix this the issue for this intermittent trouble, I asked what I owed for the time and work that they put into it, and I was told $0. Thank you Quality Auto for your honesty, hard work and outstanding work ethics. I will and do tell anyone that I come across that Ive found my mechanic for life.

Said they fixed my A/C but an hour later it stopped working again. Would not put the money I paid towards the real repair.I basically gave them money for nothing. . I feel like they lied .Here is my reply to the owner response . I took my car to a different mechanic. There was absolutely no freon in my car. The whole compressor is being replaced. I have driven that car for 2 years with no ac trouble . It was not over by 2 pounds or it would of Malfunctioned sooner than 2 years later. Your guys did not want to deal with me - maybe because Im a woman maybe because Im white who knows.I I never said I dont take car of my car I just drive it. I knew I needed oil. There is nothing else wrong with my car. Your service manager is trying to cover himselfNo one communicated with me before they did the supposed vac of freon.They did it. I never said I would not pay for diagnosis in fact I said I have to get it fixed and had 500 put in my account to cover costsI basically just threw 68.00 away and your not professional enough to help . If your guys did a correct repair on my ac why was there zero from the next day .Also I was the only person there .No witnesses.. .

My dad is a HONEST mechanic along with his employees. He is hard working, professional, and definitely is a genius when it comes to every single service repair. He has worked hard for his business and I recommend all of my college friends to him if they are having car troubles. He is in the process of relocating his business to the Haslet area because his customer clientele has exceeded his work space that he currently has. The comments that are being provided back to customers arent him and he is working on getting the issue resolved because they are unprofessional which does not represent the way he runs his business. I would definitely recommend him, he is one hard working man!

We took our Nissan in there with a leak and was absolutely satisfied!! They immediately called us with an estimate and the prices were amazing. Very personable with constant feedback and communication. Our car was fixed within a day at nearly half the price of what the dealership would have charged!! I was looking at buying a new car, so came here to get it inspected. They worked me in despite being very busy, and were super helpful and friendly! They took some time to teach me about the car I was buying, and made me feel a lot more comfortable with the decision I was making.

I towed my car here, the employees pushed it while I guided it. Very courteous, especially the man in the front office that was wearing a hat and had a mustache. Got a call the next day saying my car was running again. Simple issue that required no additional work or parts. I asked what I was going to be charged and the gentleman at the front said no charge. I figured the least I could do was write a good review.

This is one of the most honest mechanic shop. I have used Jeremy and his guys for years. All my brakes, Lifts, tuneups,ac and motor mounts. Still going strong and I wouldn’t even think anyone would beat their price and Quality service. Thx guys.

Honest mechanics and great prices and service. I have had a few bad experiences with car mechanics in the past. However I found quality auto to be nothing but honest and they have done great work for me. As long as I live in the DFW area they will be the only ones I take my care too. Give them a try and you wont be disappointed.

I recently had a motor replaced in my 2004 Hyundai Tiburon GT (6-Speed), and I couldnt be happier. Jeremy was very honest and straight forward. With the exception of having to wait for extra parts that I ordered, they had it replaced in 2-3 days. I was very surprised on the amount of time it took them. Most shops can be very impatient which I understand, my car was essentially taking up a spot that could have been used for another project, and they were very understanding. The total ended up only being around $100 more than their original estimate and he was honest about the fact that it could have been $300 or more, so that was another surprise. Overall, I would give them a 4.5 out of 5. I will post another review in about 6 months with how the car is running and how satisfied i am, Im very sure that everything will still be running great. The original motor I had in my car was 180,000 and the replacement was 95,000 with a one year warranty. Car runs VERY smooth, and with the exception of the clutch needing to be broken in, I have yet to find an issue. She purrs like a kitten.

I dont trust many mechanics but I can confidently say I trust Quality Auto for service I can not perform on my vehicles. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and knowledge they have of vehicles. If you need a good trustworthy mechanic go here.

Great shop so far! My radiator blew and I just barely managed to roll in here, chose it due to location not knowing anything about it. They had me up and running in less than 24 hours for a price much lower than what I was expecting.
