My dealer was super friendly and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and in the price range. Even after a few weeks he still helps me with any questions I have no matter how big or small they are. I would recommend this dealer ship to anyone I know.
This place is simply incredible!!! Mike Parker (Service Manager) and his staff are the most attentive folks Ive done business with. I always have an appointment and I always get in right on time and am serviced quickly and proficiently. I get all of my service needs handled at this dealership who are second to none! Ive bought my last two brand new vehicles from this AutoNation who know how to treat customers right. I bring all my cars to Mike! Thank you SO much for excellent experiences EVERY time! Simply satisfied, Lynn Coolman
I put down two refundable deposits for a Ford Bronco last summer (July 2020). Manny called me many times and was very attentive about keeping me up to date. There were delays and then I went by and saw one and decided it was not what I wanted. I asked Manny to please cancel my orders and deposits in April of 2021via email. I never heard from him again. I went by a couple of times and was always told it was being processed. I even left messages for the general manager. He did call me back but then when I called him and left a second message about why I was calling I never heard back from him either. I am still trying to get someone to help me get my deposit back but it doesnt seem like they stand behind their terms and conditions that states all deposits are fully refundable if an order is never placed. It is really disappointing and I would think the local dealership would be better than this.
I bought a car two weeks later the transmission went out I’m not going to share the whole experience but please be careful in purchasing older vehicles this is the second one I had purchased the first one was running hot after two weeks salesman stephonio was very helpful with the process and thank god I got the warranty this time. Allen was great in taking my car where I wanted it to go to get fixed burleson Nissan did great on the work
Replaced non hybrid battery on my C-Max. Estimated cost $200. Added $129 to check the battery. Over $100 to replace the tire emergency compressor can. Battery has 3 year warranty, can 4 year. This work took two days to complete. Service coordinator was polite but the $444 cost was outrageous
I drove from Oklahoma City to this AutoNation in Fort Worth only after I spoke with Chris Shields, Salesman, about the specific VIN I wanted and what was going to be the final out-the-door price. I didn’t want to be surprised after driving there with pricing, like another Ford dealer in Oklahoma City does and did to me.The entire experience went smoothly and the Salesman didn’t try and change the pre-agreed price on me.The Salesman spent good time explaining the features that actually mattered to me and my style of driving.Everyone I dealt with when there provided a respectful experience.
Don’t trust them for repair. They damaged my bcm module while working on the engine, now I am paying them to fix it, their explanation is electronic parts may go wrong anytime. Only God know what they will break this time.
My Service advisor Jose was Awesome! He was very attentive and kept me updated on the progress of my car service. Friendly and professional Dealership and Service Team. Thank you.
I dealt with Chris Shields, he did a wonderful job walking through the the limited inventory options that all dealerships are facing. The agreed upon price was fair especially given the market the last several months I was searching. He went above and beyond on the customer service. A couple of cosmetic flaws that he got the factory warranty to cover prior to buying. Also, I had driven a rental car up from Central TX and needed to drop it at DFW, Chris followed me so I could take the truck that day and not have to Uber back to the dealership. He has also followed up a few times post order. He is also incredibly knowledgeable in what he sells and the features. I dealt with a ton of people at different Ford dealerships and it was a night and day difference dealing with him about features, options, etc.I would highly recommend reaching out to Chris if you are looking for a new car!Dealership cons:1. Limited inventory, but thats everywhere these days. I checked every dealership in Central and East Texas. Even some out of state while on work trips.2. Part replacement under warranty requires me back up to the dealership or I have to pay labor to do it locally to my home. This was discussed with the parts person prior to the purchase and it was not a problem for a dealership near me to handle this.3. Extended warranty was more than discussed and OTD price was higher than wanted on the truck. The new 2021 F150 is a great truck I am very happy with it.Runner-up Option in a SUVThere was also a new Explorer King Ranch that was very very nice and is new. I did take a long look at that but stuck with the truck. It was also more cost effective than I would have thought.
Had a great experience working with their service and parts departments. Needed a front license plate bracket for my truck which cant use a standard bracket. They had it in stock, for a reasonable price, and even gave me two screws for free that werent included with the bracket.
First, we would like to congratulate Mr. Mike Parker on his being promoted to Service Manager. It is so, so, so well deserved. Mike is the best!!!I brought my car in for servicing on June 3 and Darla was my service representative. She was wonderful. Darla is a wonderful addition to your team. As always, service was excellent. I will always bring my car to AutoNation Ford on Bryant Irvin Road. Service is the best!
My experience is with the service department. I have been there twice, and both visits have been pleasant. Darla Marshall was my service advisor this last time and she was awesome. I can say that if I have another maintenance issue I will not hesitate to call Darla and take my pick up down to AutoNation Fort Worth.
Prompt excellent & friendly customer service. They squeezed in some added work and saved me a trip back for some minor recall work too. No hassles and will be back. Allen was attentive and clear.
My service advisor, Allen, was awesome! When I could not see how my air conditioner was going to even have a diagnostic done within a reasonable amount of time, God brought to me Allen!! I thank God for this whole service department. Want to see the direction of business, department, or other organization? Look at the leadership. The leadership - specifically the Service Manager, at this location was awesome. (I believe his name is Mike.) At any rate, he spent time with me, even though all I was doing was waiting for a ride. His demeanor and attention to detail lets me know, he will probably be moved to a position of more responsibility in the not to distant future. (I hope not. Not because I dont want him to have a better position, but because he is good at what he does and finding this type of genuine customer care and service is rare nowadays.) He is an excellent leader, and it shows in all those who are working with him. As God as my witness, I pray wholeheartedly for this particular dealership and their service department because they actually are doing their very best to ensure their customers are satisfied! Thank you! I had my vehicle back in less than a week! This may have been outside of the norm, but Ill take it! These guys busted their ...... for me. :-)Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!!!!
I had an expensive repair that they handled getting it covered by my extended warranty I purchased when I bought the vehicle. It did take a couple of days to get that done. Then they had to order the parts but I was able to pick up my vehicle and drive it until the parts came in. The repair took a couple of days. The vehicle sounds great on start up now.
Awesome customer service!! James and Sean are the best! The whole team is amazing! Thank you so much! Im loving and enjoying my new 2021 Ford Explorer!
I currently have a Ford lease that is about to expire. My family and I went to this dealership (AutoNation Ford beside the VA clinic in Fort Worth, TX). At the beginning everything was ok in reference with services and starting the searching and selecting a new family vehicle process. We selected a beautiful 2021 Explorer. The kids and wife loved it. After negotiation, we reached and agreement and signed a deal. However, we had to come back the next day to sign the contract and allow them to switch my Veteran plates and detail the new Explorer for us. That was reasonable for us since we had a signed deal. We took the vehicle home. I cant tell you in words how happy we were. The next day we returned to the dealership to complete the process mentioned. When we arrived we were told by David (sales associate) that everything was ready to go. After 2 hours of waiting for the second day in a row; out of the sudden, another person we never met the day prior, comes with a new deal that increased our payments and told us we were unable to trade our vehicle. In other words, the deal signed was no longer valid. In addition, the manager that made the deal the day prior was not available. We had no option but, to walked away without the vehicle we took home the day prior. We had to cancel auto insurance, re-apply for auto insurance for the lease we had for the last 3 years, and explain out children that the new car wasnt ours. Parents know how difficult that can be. In conclusion, we feel that we waisted 2 days, were hustle out of a deal already made, and all trust in the dealerships employees was lost. This was the worst car buying experience in my life. I do not recommend AutoNation Ford based on my experience. I gave one star because of the first impression when we arrived to the dealership. Honestly, Victor & family.
Luv these guys! I scheduled my service online no hassles at all. Thought it might be a 24 to 48 hr job had my truck back before 24 hrs. They had a fine gentleman meet you with great courtesy of finding out what your details were and who your service personnel was. He gave me his card then went and got him. Then Mr. Stephen proceeded to ask me what was going on and I let him know so he told me that he could either call, text or email me with the progress or if a situation arises. Then I was on my way. They did an awesome job on the courtesy free car wash look like it came off the showroom floor again!!Thanks Guys you ROCK from the minute I pulled in to the minute I pulled out!!Exceptional customer service!!5 *****STAR
Like most people I spent weeks researching the pickup truck I was interested in purchasing. Trying to figure out what would be a reasonable price for the truck and a fair value of my trade in. Watched countless YouTube videos on car salesman tactics and how to avoid them. How to tell the dealer I wasn’t going to pay for the high price low value addendum items that they inevitably add on to vehicle.I was surprised that AutoNation Ford of Fort Worth presented me with a price on the new Ford Ranger Lariat that was lower than I expected. Offered more for my trade than expected and didn’t have an addendum sticker with all the usual suspect items that most dealers seem to pack on a vehicle that few people actually want. All seemed good but one more hurdle, the Finance Office😬. I already had financing arranged through our credit union but watched any videos in preparation for the heavy handed sales pitches from him. Again pleasantly surprised. Although he did offer quite a selection of items all of which I declined except for the extended warranty, but there was no real pressure to purchase the other items. This was the most painless auto purchase every.
This was by far the best purchasing experience that I had ever had. My sales guy Silas was very attentive to what I was wanting. When what I was looking for was unavailable at any location, he wasnt afraid to make a suggestion without being Pushy. Then I got to deal with the GM Kelly. It was an absolute pleasure working with him as well. When all was said and done I got more than what I was looking with the payments I wanted. The finance guy Zach talked with me every step of the way and answered any and all questions that I had. Thank you!! I will definitely return here for any future purchases.
Great customer service, great and speedy service, and a very comfortable waiting area.
The customer service was great. Especially Mr. Gary, you need more employees like him. Cant leave Ms. Darla and Mike Parker. Thank you for making this visit pleasant.
My sales representative was on point and adequate by answering all my questions, making me feel relieved about purchasing a new car... My service representative was amazing at telling me whats going to happen, how long my car will be there getting service... Both men were very punctual, professional and dedicated to their job.
I made an appointment for service. I left my vehicle there thinking that they would look at it the day of the appointment but after several days I called to check on it and they told me it was in line behind 40 other vehicles and it would be some time next week before they can even look at it. I don’t know why I scheduled an appointment if that is not how they do things. I waited on hold for an hour to even schedule the appointment. They did not fix my vehicle after it was in the shop for a week and they did not give me a loaner. This place is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
Best buying experience ever! Thank you to the management team for making this happen. I love my new 2021 F-150.
The ford team was amazing. They knew exactly what i needed and didnt try to pressure me into a vehicle i wanted not needed. They even gave me a good trade in value on my last vehicle. I will always cone to them from now on.
Overall all good. I had a small pickup that didnt fit my needs anymore and I wanted to sell it or trade it. I went to their website Sunday afternoon and filled out the appraisal page and in about 30 or 45 minutes I had the appraisal back with way more than what I was expecting for that truck. They actually had a car that I was interested on so I went to the dealership monday morning, they certified my truck and took it then I used that money as a down payment for the other car. No problems or worries the salesman Manny went straight to the point and before I knew my old truck was gone and I was driving a nice Fiesta ST. I dont give them 5 stars because the car have some details they should have corrected before the car was presented to me but they are willing to take care of that so overall all good.
Thanks for the excellent service! Jose completed the maintenance and recall work as promised and returned my vehicle promptly.
Had to replace the cooling fan. Rep communicated well the extent and cost of the work. They had the fan in stock and we’re able to have a quick turnaround.
Had an excellent experience with AutoNation Ford Fort Worth. Service tech was very professional and informative and kept me in the loop through the service process. Mechanic deserves kudos for identifying (and repairing) a potential major issue. All went very well and I will return should there be any maintenance or service issues in the future. Thanks to Gary - best shuttle driver around.
The lady that I dealt with was Susan. Susan had no type of gratitude or customer quality service. Seemed as tho she was more concerned about taking my money. When I came up to the booth I told her who I was and she replied, Oh no. Very unprofessional. And on top of it she asks me what my pin number was for my debit card. That is supposed to be discreet. I should have entered my own pin. Because of Susan I will not be coming back.
The staff are wonderful. I typically work with Susan who is always proficient and takes care of everything I need for my car. I highly recommend them from service to purchasing a car! Great staff!
The service was horrible. I paid $422.00 for the maintenance warranty. Which allows me receive 5 oil changes etc. autoNation Ford charged me $100 to get an oil change. With the proof of proper paperwork showing that I did purchase this warranty plan. He didn’t give me a sticker showing when I should return for my next oil change. My tires were weren’t rotated, & it took for ever. Never going back
These guys have been straight-shooters towards me and my family members several times now with regards to service repairs. They are upfront, clear, and helpful (which is sadly rare now). My service rep Jeff Sanderson called the warranty company for me to check on whether my oxygen sensor would be covered, and then get helped me out at payment time when they tried to bill me more for a part than was quoted.Prices are competitive, and staff is helpful and upfront, and I feel like I can trust them that they are not trying to gouge me. Thats all I ask for!Edit: I goofed originally on my rep’s name. Jeff Sanderson helped me out with my visit!
Loved the service advisor and nice courtesy car wash!!. Read my service report on the way home and it said “cabin and air filter need attention”, What?? Why didn’t they bring this to my attention?? Now I need to make another appointment!
Mrs Darla Marshall is the BEST!!! She was patient with me through my recall service and she was so professional when I was unsatisfied and uncomfortable about the lack of rental car services. She goes above and beyond service criteria when it comes to the customers and you all should be glad to have her!!!! THANK YOU MRS. DARLA😍😍😍!!!!!
My 2013 Edge has been a great car, but needed some things done and I took it in to my Service Advisor, Susan Lee. She is so knowledgeable, professional and tells me exactly what is needed, no more or less. I trust her explicitly with my car. The Service Manager, Johnny Wood is always making sure my experience there is 5 star! I wouldnt trust any other place but Autonation Fort Worth to take care of my car! Thank you Johnny and Susan for my great 5 Star experience!
I have been in a few times now to have work done on my Ford Flex. The staff is always nice. This past visit I had Jose who was super nice. He even called after I picked up my car to check to make sure everything was running well. It was of course. They even washed it. Thanks Auto Nation.🤗👍
Great customer service. Darla made sure that everything was perfect.
The sales person Darnell was extremely helpful in finding the vehicle of my choice. He search area Auto nations to find it. The sales process was easy, not pushy. He understood my situation and accommodated my needs. Thanks
The salesman, Miguel Rodriguez, was great!!! They were very friendly and attended to me. The finance department was even better, thank you Josh!!!! I will definitely get my next car from AutoNation Fort Worth. Oh and I cant forget about the Sales Manager, James Maxie. Thanks for the experience 😊
I have two Focuses. A different service advisor worked on each car. The work was done quickly and professionally. For the car with the more serious problem, the advisor called me at each step in the process to update me on the issue and cost. The service advisors and their teams did a great job.
I bought new 2020 ford ranger xlt 6 months ago got 42,000 ford points w/new vehicle purchase. Should be good for 3 oil changes. Made appointment 2 hrs later done and they took 34,928 points. Thanks for one oil change. As far as I understand 10 points for $1. I did rotate the tires total bill $174.64. So 17,500 points I get but they took them all ...almost. Not surprised they never return calls.
I brought my car in to this dealership because the one I purchased it at had a wait of more than a month. It ended up being a major repair with some extenuating circumstances that was ultimately covered by my extended warranty and my service agent Jeff did a great job of keeping me informed with regular updates which was much appreciated. They also had a loaner car for me to use which was a major plus. I will definitely use this dealership in the future!
Very disappointed in this dealership. Spent hours there preparing to buy a car from another dealership. They wanted to charge me $3,000 in transportation. We tried to haggle and manager Kelly was rude and didnt even try to make a deal. He told me good luck and walked away. I felt awful for the sales employee, he was great but due to the managers actions, we will never be back there and spread the word.
Salesman was polite but general manager was a terrible liar. He insisted that we couldnt use the financing we had already arranged. He said that was ford policy not the dealer (one quick phone call down the street proved that to be a complete lie). Came back with a ridiculous interest rate with Ford credit that come to find out was a total lie also. Gave these jokers a solid middle finger and drove 10 miles and bought the exact car for $1000.00 less and with my own pre arranged financing. Theres many other choices for buying a Ford and I strongly advise to use one of them. Please read the response for all the negative reviews. The general manager is who is pulling the strings for this group of people that work there. I have a lot of experience buying cars and actually a lot of experience with Ford motor credit. I knew it was shady the minute I walked in.
Thank you Chris Phillips for making our buying experience so easy. Chris went the extra mile at every turn. He found the truck I wanted at one of Auto Nations other locations in the area. Chris personally went to the other location and drove the truck back to the Fort Worth facility. I went to view the truck and after test driving it I was sold. I was equally impressed with Chris knowledge of their product. He was able to answer every question without hesitation. If anyone is interested in making a purchase of a new vehicle do yourself a favor and contact Chris Phillips at The “Campus Drive” location in Fort Worth. You will not be disappointed. I was so pleased with my purchase I recommend Chris for an “Employee of the Month Award.
Had a battery die suddenly, like they always do, and it was replaced quickly at a reasonable price. No problems!
Been using Autonation for years. They always treat me fair and are prompt to respond. Great job once again. Mike in service is fantastic.
The staff was friendly and kind. Everyone was pleasant. The facility was clean. The wait time wasnt bad. The person that greeted me when I drove into the service bay was friendly, made me laugh and that set the tone. His attitude made my anxiety level go down. Mike Hunter was my service advisor, he was pleasant on the phone and in person. Mike was my first contact for the Bryant Irving location. He got me set up for the recall repair and worked with me from beginning to end. My experience was good.
Ive owned Ford vehicles the majority of my life and with good cause--they are dependable. Of course as with any mechanical device youre going to run into the occasional snag--and places like Auto Nation Ford in Fort Worth make the snag go away in a quick and professional fashion. My most recent visit with them--due to a faulty window regulator--was handled most expeditiously by Miss Jenny Lee and one of their service techs... I couldnt have been anymore satisfied with the service.
Went to look for a car and was shown things that were out of my price range 3 times. I reiterated what I wanted to pay. One of the cars I was shown, I did end up liking but their original offer was almost $200 dollars a month over what I wanted to pay. They refused to come down to what I could afford and never showed me anything that was actually realistic. Don’t waste your time, they don’t listen.
Before we could even walk in, Phranklin was opening the door welcoming us in. Phranklin was amazing! I felt so comfortable and was given all the tools to feel confident and prepared in my purchase. Phranklin was able to have us test drive the vehicle around the retail shops. During that time, he was able to educate me on equity and my options for vehicles including the bronco, escape, explorer and edge. Gary in finance was hilarious and was also very insightful. Overall my experience was less than 3 hours and I left a happy customer a part of the Autonation family. Thank you for getting me into a vehicle that checked all my boxes quickly and affordable. Dont forget to ring the bell!
Great Customer Service. Susan always is a great Service Representative at the Dealership. I have dealt with her on many occasions and she has always been professional.
I bought my car here, and have loved it. My last visit on the 19th, I had a coupon for 10.00 off an oil change and tire rotation. I presented when I got there, however it was not discounted from my bill. I didnt realize it until I got home. I just trusted Auto Nationto apply it.
I am very happy with my purchase and the level of service I received. My sales person Chris Shields was very knowledgeable, attentive and patient. He really took his time to explain all the features and answered all my questions. He not only helped me that day but he continues to check in and is willing to help with future needs. I’m so glad I drove the extra miles to this particular Ford dealership because the customer service experience was amazing!
Customer service at AutoNation is always top of the line. Josh VanCura professionalism goes beyond just purchasing a vehicle. From questions about features on my truck to regular routine maintenance he offers wealth of knowledge unmatched. It’s just my second bought vehicle from this dealership but I’m looking forward to lifelong relationship with Josh and AutoNation Fort Worth Ford.
Great Customer Service! Susan really took personal interest in my cars needs - and my own.Well Done AutoNation Ford Fort Worth!!!
I went in to look at a car for my daughter and ended up trading in my car for a F-150. It was beautiful and every one was very helpful. Great buying experience.
Shopping experience was rather painless. Didn’t last hours at the dealership and got me in a better vehicle than I expected. Unfortunately needed to come in for servicing and my representative took care of me and got me covered under my extended warranty without me having to fight for it. Thank you!
I had an appointment at 1pm but arrived a few minutes early. They took my car about three minutes later and I was out in a very timely manner. They are awesome.
Susan was terrific intake person. On time, helpful, courteous and thorough.
Darla was very helpful and helped get my service done quick and was prompt with calling me to let me know my car was ready for pick up.Even went the extra mile with helping me is my points for my service! Thank you Darla for calling days later to check up as well!! 😃
Many thanks for the outstanding service provided by Stephen Hunter/Asst.Service Mgr. and continued guidance from Johnny Wood-Service Director. I only take my car to AutoNation in Fort Worth because I know I will receive prompt attention.
Great job. They took care of items I asked for, and my service rep ensured the work was done well and went the extra mile to make sure it was perfect. Thank you Jose!!
My experience at AutoNation Ford Fort Worth Service Department was pretty amazing. From the moment I entered the building it felt like everyone was genuinely interested in your need. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and very personable. And that was key for me, no one seemed like they were there just to collect and paycheck or just do their job to the bare minimum. And I have to mention Mr. Dalton Manson, Assistant Service Manager. He kept me informed throughout my time there for the service of my vehicle. AutoNation Ford should be extremely proud. Dalton Manson definitely represents the FOMOCO brand in a very positive way.
Auto nation showed exceptional customer service. They were friendly and had my car ready in a timely manner. Will definitely come back for whatever my car needs.
Today I conducted business with Michael Ballard on my Mazda CX-5. First and foremost ? No suprises. Everything went exactly as he stated. I was in. I was out. Thanx ! Also this is an extremely clean establishment with great air conditioning.
I did service here and they were quick. They were able to finish in time for me to go to work.
Darla, my service rep, was timely and responsive. The service was fast and they did a good job. I will be back.
Made an appointment on Thursday, 4/29/21 for Saturday, 5/1/21. Showed up 5/1/21 to find out my appointment wasn’t actually put in the system. Before I could get mad, the service advisor said, “not a problem” and took my car in for its oil change. I was dropping it off. I asked how long and he said about an hour and a half. He promptly called me within that hour and a half when the car was ready. He was very courteous. He answered all the questions I had. The only thing that I found odd was that they put a foot paper and steering wheel cover in your car so they don’t get it dirty but the foot paper was IN the driver’s SEAT and when I took it out, dirt was left in my seat.
We own a 2019 F150 King Ranch FX4. Had engine failure for the past seven months. A ~$60K truck. We have a family of five that is on the move. After many issues Auto Nation cleared us for our family vacation. But, we were once again stranded in Amarillo. Desperately calling auto nation. We begged to talk to a manager letting them know our situation. After three hours we had yet to hear from anyone and they closed knowing our family was stranded on the side of the road. That was in December. They never made that situation right. Never paid for hotels. Never apologized. Asking my husband to borrow/rent/Uber while paying ~$1200 payment.Would you believe that we are still dealing with this? We’ve been moving into our new home for the past 3 weeks. Twenty seven days without our truck.
Buyer Beware! Awful service. After confirming a test drive for a vehicle, I drive an hour. Get to the dealership, only to have the sales guy tell me, I just heard from the mechanic that its not drivable. Seems like before you book an appointment for a test drive, for a customer that lives an hour away, you shouldve probably check to see if the car was actually in a condition to be able test drive. Then on top of that, it was like he didnt really even care. It was more like...oh well...sorry. Lessoned learned. No thanks. Ill pass.
Drove all the way to Ft worth from Big spring Tx because my local ford house had my 2016 Ford F150 for over 2 weeks and did nothing to it.. the great people here, greeted me and assured me that everything would get repaired and they did.. definitely worth the 4 hr drive and will be going back for all repairs.. A++++
My service provider Mike, was very helpful and made sure I was updated throughout the entire duration of my transmission being replaced, and now my Ford Fusion drives much better. Felt like he was with me every step of the way. I strongly recommend seeing Mike, or coming to this AutoNation Ford location. I would like to say thanks, and keep up the good work.
After the Big Freeze here in Texas this past winter my 2019 F250 was acting funny, wouldnt start 3 times without a jump. AutoNation Ford got me right in and found one of the two batteries was bad, they replaced both for me and updated my Sync along with a number of other small fixes. I dealt with a service writer named Dalton Manson and a tech named Hal Collins. I can not say enough good things about both of these guys. In fact I am going to by another F250 and it will be from AutoNation Ford simply because if this is the kind of personal service I can expect from this dealership they will for ever have my business. Thanks again Dalton and Hal, the truck is running and acting GREAT.
Easy to book appointment through the app. Prompt, courteous greeting on arrival. Provided requested services in a reasonable timeframe, respecting that I was waiting on-site. My service advisor did a nice job keeping me updated of progress and options.
Made appointment for regular maintenance didn’t know it would take so long but otherwise happy with the work that was done
Service is always good…Susan takes good care of her customers…
I went to Auto Nation with my newly owned Van to have the oil changed; it took 2 hours and 20 minutes. I went in with vans locks working all around. When the van came out the driver side lock was not working with the remote. Asked the advisor about that? The response was we didnt do anything to the locks. Now i have to open my driver side manually with the key. If it wasnt for the long wait & the lock issue I would give these people 5 Stars.
Used salesman Mike had great communication, Josh with the Financing department worked hard to make sure i got the best deal, and the service department made sure the spray in bedliner was immaculate. All around GREAT experience. I will be back in 4 years to buy again!
Was sent from another dealer to come here. My service guy was Jeff S. Great guy! Although my truck wasnt covered through warranty, he was very informative and straight forward about my situation. Will for sure come to him for any future servicing!
We purchased a vehicle with Manny back in October 2020. To this day we haven’t received our license plates. The temporary tag expired on November and I called a few days before to ask what was going on. Someone I spoke to said he would take care of it and have the tags overnight to me but it never happened. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and didn’t really have time to call everyday and I just forgot about it. Weeks passed and I called again and no one could ever help me. It got to the point where I think they already knew my name and they said they would call me back or the title clerk would and she never did. At this point I’m a few weeks away from having my baby and I just didn’t have the time nor energy to be dealing with it.... Also, the vehicle we purchased had all these lights come on a month after we got it. Took it to the dealership and they wanted to charged me $150 just for the diagnostic. They said if it was covered under the warranty they wouldn’t charge the $150 but we’d have to find out. Thankfully when the guy was ready to take the car in he said the lights had come off. But now. This has been happening every 2 months or so, all the lights come on and it takes a while for them to go away. My baby is now here with us and it’s the main car we use to travel with her. I’m scared there something wrong with the car but we can’t even get rid of the car because TO THE DAY we still have an expired temporary tag. I finally decided to message Manny, the salesman who sold the vehicle to us. He got back to me and said that the paperwork is taking so long because it’s coming from overseas but 5 months is ridiculous to not have the paperwork. He said there’s no way to track it and all they can do is issue another temporary tag. He did that today and I will get it tomorrow. Tag is only good for 30 days. Who knows when I will get the actual tags. And no one seems to give me an exact answer about them. So unhappy and upset with this experience of purchasing a vehicle from this place. Never again an I going to use them and I definitely don’t recommend them. Bad customer service of not following up with your clients to make sure the sale was completely finished. I hope I get an answer soon.
Walked in for trade-in and it was a smooth and easy process. Everyone from the front desk lady, to the salesman, to finance were easy to work with and got me a great deal. Would definitely refer to a friend or family!
I had the best car experience at Fort Worth Autonation. As a first time car buyer I was very anxious about the whole process but salesman Chris shields made me very comfortable & assured me he would take care of me & he did just that! Gary Anderson in finance also helped me get the best deal & made the whole experience enjoyable! I will definitely be a lifelong purchaser from Fort Worth Autonation! I highly recommend anyone to do business with this outstanding group of people!
Allen was very helpful and made what can be a pain a breeze. Thank you Allen for your care and concerns
Jose Ramos is awesome. Good experience and high level of dedication to fix problems and communicate.
5 stars all the way! Sue took great care of me 🙂.
Bryant Irving locationJeff help with my car this time. He was awesome kept me updated the whole way.
Great service Manager Jose had my truck in and out with a oil change…
Had appt for a warning light issue plus state inspection. Was provided reason for the light and was repaired promptly. The part influenced the inspection such that it failed - solution was to drive vehicle for 100 miles to force out factory chemicals on the new part. Did so, Jose had given me his number to reschedule the inspection - called, got in quickly and inspection performed and passed. Have had Jose as service rep for other issues in the past. He always gets the job done.
Went in for standard service(oil change, tire rotation, check out the car for issues) and had a slow leak on one of the tires. Asked them to find the leak and repair. They told me the tire had been punctured on the sidewall and could not be repaired. I took the the vehicle to my regular tire shop and found the nail in the flat of the tread where it was easily repaired. This was either a lazy tech not looking for the nail or them trying to sell me a new set of tires. I do not appreciate either reason. The rest of the service was fine.
Chris Sheilds was so great on helping us get us in a car. He walked us through it all. I’m so impressed with Auto Nation Ford they are awesome.
I own a 2015 Taurus SHO. I called to ask the price to calibrate my lane keep assist. The service advisor argued with me and was rude saying my car does not have that feature. It DOES. I use it. It is even in the owners manual. It is obviously right there on the windshield. You can see the cameras a mile a way looking at the car. How dare a service advisor tell a customer they do not know what they are talking about even after they are told it is standard equipment that is being used. I called two other dealers for pricing after this who knew it had that as standard and were happy to give me a price.I have the Ford Factory Certified Extended Warranty (ESP) and they are close to my house. I have purchased maintenance items from them in the past because I am firm believer in only using Ford Motorcaft parts and fluids for all my Fords However I will not be using them for any of my future business.
Sales always treats me well and service does a great and thorough job.
Everyone from Sales to financing did a great jobVery friendly did their best to give complete information on my vehicle. The day i went to just look i found what i wanted it was s very busy day but we were taken good care of..
Definitely not happy with the inattentiveness and complete disregard they showed towards our level of competence in valuing our trade in vehicles. I am not a car guy however I can use the web to search for what a vehicles fair value is. After we were told the vehicle we were looking at was around $25,000 they refused to honor that price and instead priced it at $25,995. And flat refused to negotiate other then to devalue our trade in. Not impressed at all
Autonation Ford Bryant Irvin Road Fort Worth Texas. This dealer is the discriminates and doesn’t deserve your hard earned dollar. Please pass this post along. Let’s not accept this bad behavior. This dealership has something against retired military. My father who is 84 retired Air Force 26 + years even after Ford Corporate helped him with PIN number to receive a $500.00 appreciation - he asked for it while wanting to purchase a new Ford Explorer and was refused though Ford Corporate insist with it he would receive the discount. It’s not necessarily about the money everyone but the respect for those who were serving and moved over 18 times throughout the world. The GSM knows the issue with the sales individuals and knows Fords stance yet nothing is done. Yes I am sure they will try to respond to this adding insult and more injury for those who gladly served and would do it again.
Setup appointment and they got me in and out very quick service and good people working at this dealership.
