Ive been a customer of State Farm for over 40 years in various states Ive lived. Vince Adams has been my agent for the last 10 years or so. I have never experienced the care and concern from an agent like he shows to all his customers. I so appreciate his knowledge of State Farm products, his ability to take care of any issues and the way he can explain the policies. Ive brought my grandkids into the agency too so they can get the correct info every time with any and all S.F. products. And, the best part of it??? I now get the pleasure and honor of working for this man! Best boss ever!

I have had auto insurance since I was age 21 and I can never remember having a more committed agent than Mr. Vince Adams of State Farm Insurance. I appreciate the way he routinely checks to see if I am satisfied with the insurance product. The staff are courteous and go out of their way to make sure that my inquiries are addressed. Mr. Adams gestures of kindness and appreciation of my business is evidenced by special cards, paraphernalia( always need a hard copy calendar) and that special “ check up on you” call. He truly is “like a very good neighbor.”

After living in 6 states, Vince Adams agency has provided my family with the most exceptional service. He takes control of issues in a timely manner with favorable outcomes. Superb customer service is always at the center of his teams interactions with clients. They call/or text to provide proactive alerts before an issue becomes serious. The strange feeling theyre almost like a family they send out cards asking how youre doing not only on your birthday but throughout the year are very good at answering all your questions and making you feel comfortable

Absolute WORST agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Dishonesty all the way around. Because of Vince Adams, I am taking my decade of faithful business from State Farm and moving it to their direct competitor. This man changed my policy without my knowledge or consent, gave me false information when I attempted to make payment over the phone, and did not use the correct billing/address information when sending me very important documents. It ultimately led to a lapse in insurance coverage on my vehicle, and at the worst, most stressful time in my life, State Farm let me down as a direct result of Vince Adams inattentive business practices. His offered help, to correct the situation? Ill pray for you. No thanks Bishop. How about take up a love offering for one of your poorly handled customers? I will be sure to warn every last person I can possibly reach with the story of how your office mishandled my insurance coverage and caused me such emotional and financial distress. Shame on you, Vince Adams.

I would give him no stars if I could. Dont let him deal with your elderly parents or grandparents because he will take advantage of them so he can get a bigger commission. My Grammy couldnt drive and had mild dementia, he knew because my mother told him when she took my Grammy up to his office to change her auto insurance to liability only. He convinced her that she needed full coverage with a rental car waiver for an 98 Chevy Malibu that she never drove! He played on her fears and tricked her into thinking she would be able to drive the car so she need full overage in case she got into to a wreck! He had the balls to do this right in front of my mom because he knew my mom didnt have POA and couldnt do anything about it! Every time we had her call to change it, the same thing. He would convince her that she need full coverage. We reported him to State Farm and we are going to report him to the Department of Insurance (DOI).I really cant stand dishonest, unethical people and Vince Adams is just that!

I really hope this is not of a reflection of how state farm would like to be represented. I was with this agency for three months in those three months I have never been disrespected or had so many problems. Advice to the agents working at this office next time you would like to be talking about a customer mute the phone!
