The lady was tried her best to give me a fair rate and I got covered for 6 months policy’s after two months I received a notice of cancellation the reason was missing signatures and I signed all the papers that they asked me on the first day but still my policy got canceled. Unprofessional

Lack of communication. If you had an accident with your previous insurance all the familia insurance will do is take your money then send you a cancellation notice. They will not call you or inform you about this notice untill you go to the office.You will then have to request your money back by calling the insurance company. Frustrated and now I have to fix what they have created.
