I wish I could rate it zero but unfortunately that’s not possible. I called and told this unprofessional establishment to take my card off their system since I didn’t want an autopsy on that account. They said yes but continued to take money out of it every month. I had to keep calling every month to remind them. Each time they pretended they didn’t know what I was talking about. I finally had enough and called to complain. Their response was, if you want us to refund the money back to the account, you need to pay another $60 for it. In what world do you pay extra to get your own money back that was taken without your authorization?They are unprofessional, dishonest and by far the worst experience I’ve had with an insurance. They’re really good in sweet talking you to get insurance with them but have HORRIBLE customer service after.IF I WERE YOU, I WOULDN’T WASTE MY MONEY OR TIME WITH THEM.

I was changing insurance and told them in time before the due day to cancel it, lady did not take off my card, then money was taken out and told them if I would get a reimbursement for it since no days have passed, called and was told I would get the reimbursement by check under someone elses name which I paid with MY card then was told its 60 dollars less because they charge if cancelled earlier than the contract,never new the last day of the contract never was told theyd charge me for that and wasnt told there was a contract or signed for it, unprofessional lady that cancelled my contrac never mentioned nothing and just typed all the info in, very unsatisfied for taking more than half of what I pay for this insurance for canceling earlier than the contract, manager never picked up

Empower insurance is a scam. Bought insurance from empower online. They charged my bank and say they have no records of my policy or transaction.

So I got rear ended by a policy holder of theres. He provided me with all the info needed (as required) to file a claim. I submitted all my info on there app and 3 weeks later I have no response back on when they will proceed with repairing my car. No call back no response just crickets. At this point we are working on taking the owner of the car to court and make him pay out of pocket . Not right for him to pay out of pocket (thats why you for insurance). Imagine you paying for insurance and than getting sued for damages that your insurance should pay for. I would think long and hard before signing up with Empower insurance.

Interesting how my bank account was debited without an active policy. My policy has been cancelled for 2 months and you guys didnt call, email or give a receipt to what these charges are for?! I do not have a reason for you to debit my account. This is fraudulent activity. This is outrageous behavior of your company and I demand a call back or I will press charges for fraud and possibly file a small claims lawsuit against your company for illegally deducting funds from my account without notice or what the charge is about. Someone needs to contact me ASAP. MY NAME ISNT HARD TO FIND IN YOUR SYSTEM. This review is necessary to ensure this meets the right person.

Worst to deal with when it comes to claims.

Go with literally any other insurance. My insurance was set to expire on September 4th and I had chose to not renew. However they charged me the next day for $137. I called to ask why they charged me even though I had not agreed on 6 more months of insurance with them. They said it was because I had auto payment on my account, but had auto payment for the 6 months I had previously agreed on. I did not call or go in person to extend it. It’s been about a month and I have only received a check for $46 not the full $137 they withdrew without my permission. So they just get to keep my $80ish dollars, for what I don’t even have insurance with them anymore.

Very affordable have SR-22s on 2 vehicles at only $202 a month

This insurance company is a joke, they lie they do not do their job and they change their company name to keep from being sued for the neglectful way they conduct business. Very very shady people who know nothing about what an insurance companies responsibilities are. Their policy Holder backed in to my mustang and left the scene of the accident and they still have not paid to repair the extensive damage that he caused so now Im driving my car with a damaged door and fender because the lack of responsibility on empower insurance. If you want good coverage with a real insurance company DO NOT CALL EMPOWER A.K.A. ALINSCO, because they are complete idiots.

Super Tacos. Great taste. Happened to get there aound happy hour which are $1 per taco chicken or steak. Figured they would be small tacos and I was wrong. They are not stingy and flavor is great. Will definitely go back.
