I have been shopping around all day.. calling the big and small companies getting the run around. Agents left and right saying they were busy and would call me back.. Then the down payments were outrageous along with the cost.... Then I called here. FATIMA answered and was so sweet, told me she would call back and get me lower quotes and she did. Not only did she get me a low down payment, which mind you wasnt the lowest that I found but she was so helpful, she also got me the lowest monthly quote. 49.50 is what I am going to be paying monthly! Thank you Fatima. You are personable and friendly. Dont change that!

Awful service. They made a mistake then cancelled my insurance, then CHARGED to reinstate it. They are never available by phone, just rings and goes to voice mail. My advice? Take your business elsewhere because they either dont care or dont want the business.

Not Happy with customer service, a boy in there can never answer any questions, all the decent ones and the ones that knew what they were doing are gone. i have been here for 8 plus years, but, its getting to the point to move on.

Lie to,, my insurance had laps called to renew and added an old car got a quote for both vehicles pay it and told 2 weeks later that I didnt have coverage that the money I paid was just to add a vehicle, stupid
