My experience was great! I especially appreciated Spencer, who worked hard to repair my vehicle just as I requested. He communicated with me during the entire process and even worked with me when the insurance company was being difficult to ensure that I received the best parts. I was rear-ended and the entire bumper had to be replaced and the lift gate had to be repaired. It looks great now! I also had them fix a spot in my hood from a previous incident. They did a great job with all repairs and with painting. My vehicle looks like nothing happened. Spencer listened to all of my concerns and communicated with the insurance directly to make sure the proper FULL repair amount was given. Grateful that they made this process easy as it was my first time having to deal with something like this.

The front fender of my Toyota was damaged during the Ice Storm. I took my car to Caliber Collision on Vickery St, Ft. Worth. From the moment you walk in, the professionalism is unmatched.All paperwork is prepared, including vehicle rental. Enterprise is on-site.Isaac, my point of contact, was wonderful and thorough. He was in constant contact with me regarding my repairs and timeline for completion.The work they did was top notch. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be whenever I need vehicle repair/services.

I have used this location unfortunately for me, 4 times for three different crashes over the last 4 years. They do top notch work every single time. My first experience with them was actually a complete redo of a half butt job by a different autobody shop with missing trim pieces and a off center door. They salvaged that and done a factory perfect job every time, and quickly at that! I will always come here as long as people keep crashing into me which I hope is not anytime soon. Friendly, social able and keep you in the loop! Love these guys.

Caliber Collision is great they made me feel good about leaving my car in there hands. They gave me weekly updates at least twice a week to let me know exactly what they were doing and how long they were going to have my car. Also picked my car up today they did an excellent job putting it back together front bumper was trashed now you cant even tell anything happened to it thank you guys again.

My BMW went to caliber collision for hail, snow storm damage.Bobby was my tech and I am very satisfied with his quality of work.His communication with me was excellent.One issue we found is the process of submitting an message via text needs attention. ...I received voicemail from Bobby but a series text messages didnt get to me. Bobby worked around the issues and contacted me directly via cell phone or email! I can’t say enough about these folks. Spencer, Steven and the entire staff rescued me after taking my car to another body shop. I had to bring my car back 4 times to that other shop for 4 different things they messed up. What a hassle! I brought it to this shop and they not only corrected someone else’s mistakes, but threw in repairs they didn’t have to take responsibility for just to make sure I was happy. I hope we don’t get in another accident, but if we do....THIS IS OUR SHOP!

They were even able to get the job done before the estimated date of completion. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Brought my brand new 2019 Accord to them after two separate minor accidents. Awesome experience. Super helpful and knowledgeable on body works and repairs on a range of cars from low end to high end vehicles. I have a 2017 jaguar xf that needed a paint job and replace washer cap that sprays water on the headlights, steven ogden was the person who helped me and was very impressed with his knowledge on that car and he was extremely helpful in advising on the best and cheapest way to tackle the repair.

What a great experience...in take was easy, rental car company was there with the rental and I got frequent updates in the repair process. Small glitch in reconnecting wires in the door was repaired in less than 24 hours! Matt was awesome the whole time and I’d recommend this crew to anyone!!

I brought my 2019 Mazda 3 to them in October of 2019 for a hit and run accident. During the whole process my car was there, I was updated once by Issac. I had almost 30 extra miles added to my car and it was only there for 4 days. I also brought it in with little less than half a tank but got my car back with 30 Miles until empty. I decided to make a very poor choice and bring it back to them a second time for repairs last week. It was a very minor repair and I was given Issac again as the person who was handling my repairs and updates. Once again I was not updated at all but once. I brought my car in Tuesday morning at 11am I didn’t get any updates on my car until Thursday. I asked him a question in which he didn’t even respond. I had to call a location in Colleyville to ask them the question because Issac failed to answer me back. They also lied to the insurance company and told them that I knew from day one that my car would be ready Friday which is not true at all. When i dropped off the car Issac said it was minor and he could probably have it ready Wednesday and asked me if I was able to come the next day if it was ready. I got no updates from him on Wednesday to even know if my car was ready or anything! This time around it will be my last time coming to Caliber ever. I will never give my time or money to a company who lied in their customer and completely failed to update me on a car I’m paying to be fixed. I trusted them twice to make it right and they didn’t. I called and spoke to the store manager who said he would fill up my tank due to the experience last time and this time. I appreciate him trying to make the situation a little better but I will still never recommend them or come back. I am paying for part of this repair and they have failed to have any type of respect for the fact this isn’t all insurance and I have to pay for very poor service and also to be lied on! If I were you, I would take your car elsewhere to a place who will keep you updated, keep their word, and respect you.

My service representative, Karin, was amazing! She spent time talking with me to get to know me and discern my needs from the first moment I brought my car in for repair. She kept me regularly informed of the progress. I had a couple of issues with my insurance and rental car situation and she went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of correctly. She communicated with the Enterprise representative, located inside Caliber Collision for me when needed.(The Enterprise Representative, Franky, was great to work with and took excellent care of my car rental needs.) Karin was a pleasure to work with and I knew she would make sure my car was repaired to look like new....and it was! Thanks to Karin for treating me like a concerned friend, rather than just another customer!

I have used Caliber in the past, and understand everyone can have different experiences, but i will no longer be using them after my last experience. I came in for an estimate for a repair similar to the one i had them fix 6 months ago, only to see my estimate astronomically higher than the previous time. Parts more expensive, as well as labor rates by $8/Hour higher. The guy even wrote an estimate for a $600 light that was only missing a bracket, which I found online for $50. Took my car down the street to Haws Paint and Body and got an estimate for $1,000 cheaper, fixed in 2 days, looks good as new. The adjuster here was unprofessional, and lost a client for life.

Well did not go for service but did take my son to apply. What a joke..they did not know if they were hiring, mind you they had an ad on indeed. Gave him 2 business cards of hiring managers. Neither number was correct. More research was done and he found the corporate # and email. Spoke with 2 different managers and now will not return calls or email. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I was running an errand downtown before work when I was made aware that I had a flat tire. I called Caliber Collision as it was the closest shop to me and asked if it was possible to have my spare tire put on if I could limp my car there. The manager, Steve, told me not to drive it, that he would send two of his techs to come help me, no charge. Adam and Nick were quick and efficient; I was back on the road and to work within twenty minutes of calling. I know this is probably not usual, but they saved me today and I am SO appreciative and grateful for their help. I will definitely be recommending Caliber Collision to all my friends and family for any future autobody needs. Thanks again!

I hate to say this, but very not pleasant experience here. Due to delay of fixing my car, one of the staff promised to extend my car rental, because of the back and forth process. But the manager declined what the staff promised and wont pay for the rental without any advanced notice. When I called to explained, the manager is rude, did not listen, and hung up directly. At least he should ask the staff what happened and validate the process. After he hung up, I tried to call again, but they keep saying he is busy. When I went to their location, they did not even apologize. In my opinion, either the staff or the manager should take some responsibility and acknowledge the miscommunication and mistakes, but no apology at all instead.

BECAUSE I WROTE A NEGATIVE REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY ON YELP (Steven - the “MANAGER”) CALLED ME AND SAID HE REFUSED TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE.THIS WAS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING ME - at 30 weeks pregnant, with two little kids - going to pick up a SECOND rental because there was a mechanical issue with the first one.Don’t use your freedom of speech regarding this company!!! Instead of trying to resolve the situation - THEY WILL REFUSE SERVICE. THIS IS THEIR IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE APPARENTLY!!!

I give Caliber Collision 5 stars. Their customer service is superb - from Jenna the receptionist, the advisors and technicians! Took my 2015 Chrysler 200 S for a minor bumper damage due to a collision and was surprised at how quickly they got me back on the road. Karin at the W Vickory location is a jewel! She kept me updated every step of the process until the repair was complete. I couldnt tell the difference!On another isolated incident (car was keyed), I called Karin to request her to be my advisor for the paint repair. The paint matched the original and she ensured the car came back to me like new!I have a lifetime warranty from them as long as I own the car so I am confident they’ll take care of it if anything happens.

These guys are great. They take their time to give you an honest and fair assessment and wont try to recommend unnecessary work or repairs like some repair shops do. I will definitely go back.

Poor customer service in regards to communication. They kept telling me they would get back to me regarding the progress of repairs and repeatedly failed to do so. Promises to call me back are consistent unfulfilled. I would recommend this company but not this location.

This place is awful, please save yourself time and take your vehicle somewhere else that has a better qa/qc department. I had to take my car in 3 times to fix it after a collision and they still did not fix everything so I have to find time to take it back to get it fixed. The service advisor asked me not to do another review ... lol. If the service wasn’t so bad I would not have to do one. Anyways, my update to the status 12/10/2018 - went to change my tires and these guys broke my key to the bolts so I have to pay to get them taken off today. Horrible. Again, save yourself time and go the distance and find someone else to do your repairs.

I recommend this place 100% fixed my troca do an excellent job I was hit in the front of the person who hit me I say that he is responsible for more than 2 weeks without my truck told me that I could also rent a car but I He tells the man that he hit me that they will not only fix it and it was all so that so much to abuse that I am not going to be richer and I really do not like to take advantage of accidents. God takes care of us.
